s5, die cutting, namely die cutting the grooved corrugated paper sample plate by a die cutter to obtain a die cutting sample plate;
and S6, gluing the box, and folding and adhering the die-cutting sample plate through a box gluing machine to obtain the finished corrugated carton.
Comparative example 2: a preparation and processing method of a corrugated case is different from that of embodiment 1 in that the solid protective agent in the third step is prepared by uniformly stirring and mixing the silicone-acrylic emulsion, the deionized water and the polyethylene glycol in corresponding parts by weight, wherein the stirring speed is 1200rpm, the stirring time is 5min, then adding the brucite fiber in corresponding parts by weight, continuously stirring for 10min, finally adding the polydimethylsiloxane, the sodium starch phosphate and the emulsified silicone oil in corresponding parts by weight, the stirring speed is 700rpm, the stirring time is 5min, and fully stirring and mixing to obtain the solid protective agent.
Comparative example 3: the preparation method of the corrugated case is different from the embodiment 1 in that the solid protective agent in the steps of three is prepared by uniformly stirring and mixing the silicone-acrylic emulsion, the deionized water and the polyethylene glycol in corresponding parts by weight at the stirring speed of 1200rpm for 5min, adding the lignin fiber in corresponding parts by weight, continuously stirring for 10min, adding the polydimethylsiloxane, the sodium starch phosphate and the emulsified silicone oil in corresponding parts by weight at the stirring speed of 700rpm for 5min, and fully stirring and mixing to obtain the solid protective agent.
Comparative example 4: the preparation method of the corrugated case is different from the embodiment 1 in that the solid protective agent in the steps of three is prepared by the following steps of stirring and mixing the silicone-acrylic emulsion, the deionized water and the polyethylene glycol in corresponding parts by weight uniformly at the stirring speed of 1200rpm for 5min, adding the polydimethylsiloxane, the sodium starch phosphate and the emulsified silicone oil in corresponding parts by weight at the stirring speed of 700rpm for 5min, and fully stirring and mixing to obtain the solid protective agent.
Comparative example 5: the manufacturing and processing method of the corrugated case is different from the embodiment 1 in that the third step is specifically set as the following steps: folding the printed product by a creasing wheel to form longitudinal indentation and transverse indentation, pre-embossing to mark a cut line, spraying a fixing protective agent at the longitudinal indentation, the transverse indentation and the cut line, wherein the spraying amount of the fixing protective agent on the printed product is 5 g/square meter, the spraying range extends from the longitudinal indentation, the transverse indentation and the cut line to two sides of the printed product by 4cm respectively, the drying temperature is 70 ℃, the time is 7.5, and completely drying to obtain a coated semi-finished product.

Performance testing
Test samples: corrugated paper produced and manufactured by Qingdao Zhengmao packaging company Limited is selected as a corrugated paper raw material; the box-bonding adhesive is HSL-309-1 water-based sealing adhesive of new materials of the Iriketta Limited.
The test method comprises the following steps: 26 standard samples were prepared according to the manufacturing process of corrugated containers in examples 1 to 18 and comparative examples 1 to 8 using the above test samples, and then each standard sample was examined according to the contents of the standard GB/T6546-1998 "measuring method of edge crush strength of corrugated cardboard", and the edge crush strength was recorded in correspondence with examples 1 to 18 and comparative examples 1 to 8.
And (3) test results: the test results of examples 1 to 18 and comparative examples 1 to 8 are shown in Table 2. As can be seen from table 2, the results of the tests of examples 1 to 5 and comparative example 1 are compared, and the edge crush strength of the corrugated cardboard box product can be greatly improved by spraying the solid type protecting agent at the longitudinal indentation, the transverse indentation and the cut line. Comparing the test results of examples 6 to 18 with the test result of example 1, the leveling agent, the thickening agent, the defoaming agent and the processing control process in the solid protective agent disclosed by the invention are all suitable for the preparation and processing method, and the obtained corrugated case finished product has good and stable edge pressure strength. Compared with the test results of comparative examples 2 to 4 and example 1, the brucite fiber and the lignin fiber have good compounding synergistic effect, the solid protective agent has good and stable effect, and the obtained corrugated case finished product has good and stable edge pressure strength.

cutting, namely cutting a corrugated paper raw material to obtain a corrugated board;
step two, printing, namely conveying the cut corrugated board to a printing machine, selecting an image-text printing plate, and printing the corrugated board to obtain a printed matter;
step three, line pressing and spraying protection: folding the printed matter by a creasing wheel to form longitudinal indentation and transverse indentation, pre-embossing and marking a cut line, spraying a solid protective agent at the longitudinal indentation, the transverse indentation and the cut line, and completely drying to obtain a coated semi-finished product;
step four, grooving, namely grooving the dried coating semi-finished product by a grooving machine to obtain a corrugated paper sample plate;
step five, die cutting, namely die cutting is carried out on the corrugated paper sample plate after grooving by a die cutting knife to obtain a die cutting sample plate;
and step six, gluing the box, namely folding and bonding the die-cutting sample plate through a box gluing machine to obtain a finished corrugated carton product.
2. The corrugated case manufacturing method according to claim 1, wherein in the third step, the solid protective agent comprises the following components in parts by weight:
45-55 parts of silicone-acrylate emulsion;
10-20 parts of deionized water;
0.1-0.3 part of leveling agent;
4-6 parts of a thickening agent;
0.2-0.4 part of defoaming agent;
1.5-2.5 parts of polyethylene glycol;
2-5 parts of brucite fiber;
4-6 parts of lignin fiber.
3. The corrugated case manufacturing method according to claim 1, wherein the leveling agent is any one of polydimethylsiloxane, polyacrylic acid, and carboxymethyl cellulose.
4. The method for manufacturing a corrugated case according to claim 1, wherein the thickener is any one of sodium starch phosphate, sodium polyacrylate and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.
5. The method for manufacturing a corrugated case according to claim 1, wherein the defoaming agent is any one of silicone emulsion, polyoxypropylene glyceryl ether and stearic acid.
6. The corrugated carton manufacturing method according to claim 1, wherein the third step is specifically configured as: folding the printed matter by a creasing wheel to form longitudinal indentation and transverse indentation, pre-molding and marking a cut line, spraying a solid protective agent at the longitudinal indentation, the transverse indentation and the cut line, drying at 60-80 ℃ for 5-10min, and completely drying to obtain a coated semi-finished product.
7. The method for preparing and processing the corrugated case according to claim 1, wherein in the third step, the amount of the solid protective agent sprayed on the printed matter is 6 to 8g per square meter, and the spraying range extends from the longitudinal indentation, the transverse indentation and the incision line to 3 to 5cm respectively towards the two sides of the printed matter.
8. The corrugated case manufacturing method according to claim 1, wherein the sixth step is configured to glue the case, grind the cut on the cut template with a rubber wheel to a depth of 15-35 μm, and then fold and adhere the cut by a gluing machine to obtain the finished corrugated case.
