Referring to fig. 1, a method for processing a visual natural fiber interior trim part for an automobile includes a step 1 of preparing an interior trim part substrate having a visual natural fiber surface layer and a step 2 of manufacturing the visual natural fiber interior trim part for the automobile by compression molding the interior trim part substrate, as shown in fig. 2, the visual natural fiber interior trim part for the automobile includes a first polymer material 1 layer (fig. 3) containing natural fibers and a texture layer 3 which is formed on the surface of the first polymer material 1 layer and is penetrated by the first polymer material 1 layer and the second polymer material 2 layer and presents natural fiber textures.

The first polymer material 1 containing natural fibers meets certain rigidity requirements according to light weight requirements and part requirements, and the surface density of the first polymer material is 1400g/m2~2000g/m2

The method enables the second high polymer material 2 and the first high polymer material 1 to generate a mutual permeation effect, the spacing between the upper heating pressing plate 6 and the lower heating pressing plate 4 is limited by the limiting block 5, and when the upper heating pressing plate 6 is pressed downwards, certain concave deformation is generated to enable the texture of natural fibers to be presented on the surface of the material but not to be directly exposed on the surface of the material, so that the surface quality of the substrate is improved, and the method can be directly used for preparing the interior trim parts with fiber texture appearances in a mould pressing mould without the texture of patterns.
