1. two second hydraulic pumps (16) are rotatably connected below the first motor (4) through a rotary ring (18), the two second hydraulic pumps (16) are respectively arranged on two sides of the rotary ring (18), and clamping and feeding tables (11) are connected below the two second hydraulic pumps (16) through second hydraulic shafts (17) in an extending manner;
a fourth motor (19) is arranged in the middle of the upper portion of the clamping and conveying table (11), an European top sleeve frame (20) is rotatably connected to the lower portion of the fourth motor (19), side baffles (21) are vertically arranged on two sides of the top sleeve frame (20), and clamping seats (22) are vertically arranged below the inner walls of the side baffles (21);
the clamping seat (22) is provided with a driving oil cylinder (23), and one end of the driving oil cylinder (23) is connected with a pressure pad (25) through a driving shaft (24) in an extending way.
