The stirring device comprises a stirring motor 303 and stirring blades 304 which are arranged on one side of the flotation tank 302; the circulating filter device for the floating washing liquid comprises a water suction pump 310, a water suction valve 306, a floating washing liquid circulating water pipe 307 and a floating washing water filtering tank 308, wherein the water suction valve 306 is arranged at the bottom of the floating washing tank 302 and is connected with a top water inlet of the floating washing water filtering tank 308 through a pipeline, a bottom water outlet of the floating washing water filtering tank 308 is connected with one end of the bottom of the floating washing liquid circulating water pipe 307, and one end of the top of the floating washing liquid circulating water pipe 307 is connected with the water suction pump 310 and extends to the upper part of the floating washing tank 302; the floating water filtering tank 308 is provided with an impurity filtering layer and an impurity cleaning window 311, the impurity filtering layer is preferably provided with a built-in filtering filter element, when the filtering tank needs to be cleaned regularly, the impurity cleaning window 311 is opened, the filtering filter element is taken out and cleaned, and the filtering tank is installed after being cleaned, and the filtering structure, the water filling port (hole), the impurity cleaning port (window) and the filter element in the floating water filtering tank 308 are all in the prior art or can be realized by purchasing the prior finished product.
The floating washing pool 302 is internally provided with floating washing liquid for floating and washing the PET bottle flakes. The supernatant comprises NaCl solution with density of 1.1-1.2; the float conveyor 309 is an inclined conveyor, one end of which is immersed below the liquid level of the float solution and the other end of which extends outside the edge of the float bath 302; the flotation conveyer belt 309 can drive the PET bottle flakes floating on the upper layer of the water surface to leave the flotation tank 302 during operation, the inclination angle of the flotation conveyer belt 309 is 15-45 degrees, and the preferred inclination angle is 15 degrees in the embodiment. The PET bottle flakes floating on the upper layer of the liquid surface are pushed to move towards the inclined floating and washing conveyor belt 309 by the stirring device on the water surface, and are fished up by the floating and washing conveyor belt 309 to be conveyed to the rinsing device 401; the angle of flotation conveyer belt 309 can be adjusted according to the demand, the component according to different batches of PET bottle piece is different, change flotation conveyer belt 309's inclination, density is not conform to the well lower floor that other PET bottle pieces of requirement probably fall into flotation tank 302 liquid level like this, and density conforms to the PET bottle piece of requirement and floats in flotation tank 302 liquid level or suspension in the well upper strata of flotation tank 302 liquid level, be promoted to flotation conveyer belt 309 by the produced water thrust of agitating unit motion easily, and formed a prefiltration to the PET bottle piece at the flotation in-process. The angle adjustment of the float belt 309 is achieved by a lifting design of one end, and a movable support (not shown) or a cylinder support (not shown) which can be lifted is arranged at one end, and the other end is a fixed support 109 with a belt motor 108 and fixed between the two sides of the housing.
As shown in fig. 3, the rinsing device 401 includes a rinsing tank 402, a rinsing water filter tank 403, a rinsing circulation water pipe 404, a rinsing circulation booster pump 405, a temperature control device 406, a rinsing liquid level sensor 407, a PH sensor 408, and a mesh-type rinsing conveyor 409; a rinse tank 402. A rinsing feeding groove 410 is arranged below one side of the rinsing tank 402 close to the floating conveying belt 309, the rinsing conveying belt 409 is arranged on the other side of the rinsing tank 402, and a second feeding air blower 312 is arranged above the rinsing feeding groove 410; second pay-off air-blower 312, not only will have the wind-blowing of uniform temperature to PET bottle piece, can carry out the preliminary treatment to PET bottle piece, make PET bottle piece be heated in advance, help the drying on PET bottle piece surface for its landing is to rinsing pond 402 of rinsing pan feeding groove 410 below in, and can get into high temperature soda with more suitable temperature, thereby promotes the rinsing efficiency of rinsing link. The temperature control device 406 includes a rinsing heater 411 provided at the bottom in the rinsing tank 402; two ends of a rinsing circulating water pipe 404 are respectively connected with two ends of a rinsing pool 402, a rinsing water filter tank 403 and a rinsing circulating booster pump 405 are respectively arranged on the rinsing circulating water pipe 404 and are mutually communicated with the rinsing circulating water pipe, a rinsing filter layer is arranged in the rinsing water filter tank 403, the structure of the rinsing water filter tank 403 is the same as that of the rinsing water filter tank 308, and the rinsing water filter tank 403 is filtered by a filter element and can be provided with an impurity cleaning window for cleaning impurities; a rinsing liquid level sensor 407 and a pH value sensor 408 are arranged on the inner wall of the rinsing tank 402 and are respectively electrically connected with the controller 102; an alkaline water rinsing liquid is arranged in the rinsing tank 402, one end of the rinsing conveyor belt 409 is arranged below the liquid level of the alkaline water rinsing liquid, the other end of the rinsing conveyor belt 409 extends out of the edge of the other side of the rinsing tank 402, and a third feeding blower 506 capable of blowing and dropping the PET bottle chips conveyed to the end after rinsing to the outside and the lower part is arranged above the rinsing conveyor belt 409. The inclination angle of the rinsing conveyor belt 409 is 25-60 degrees; the temperature of the alkaline water rinsing liquid is 80-90 ℃. In this embodiment, the angle of inclination of the rinse belt 409 is preferably 30 °; preferably the alkaline rinse is at a temperature of 90 ℃.
As shown in fig. 4, the washing device 501 includes a mesh-type washing conveyor belt 502, a hot water spray pipe 503, and a washing warming and pressurizing device, and the washing warming and pressurizing device includes a water reservoir 504, a warming device, and a washing circulation device 505; the washing conveyor belt 502 is horizontally arranged above the water storage tank 504, the hot water spray pipe 503 is horizontally arranged above the washing conveyor belt 502, the end of the hot water spray pipe 503 is downwards provided with a baffle 507, and the bottom of the hot water spray pipe 503 is downwards provided with a high-pressure nozzle 508; a flushing feeding chute 509 extending to one side of the rinsing device 401 is arranged upwards on one side of the flushing conveyor belt 502; the flushing circulation device 505 comprises a flushing booster water pump 510, a flushing filter water tank 511 and a flushing filter circulation water pipe 512 which are arranged at the bottom of the reservoir 504, wherein the flushing booster water pump 510 and the flushing filter water tank 511 are communicated with the reservoir 504 through one end of a flushing filter pipe, and the other end of the flushing filter pipe extends upwards to be communicated with the hot water spray pipe 503; one end of the washing conveyor 502 extends above the drying device 601; the heating device comprises a heater 513 arranged at the bottom of the water reservoir 504, and the heater 513 is connected with a heating pipe 514 fixed at the bottom in the water reservoir 504; a water storage temperature sensor 515 and a water storage level sensor 516 electrically connected to the controller 102 are provided within the water reservoir 504. The water temperature of the reservoir 504 is 80 deg. -90 deg., and in this embodiment it is preferred that the water temperature of the reservoir 504 is 90 deg..
As shown in fig. 5, the drying device 601 includes a drying bin 602, a drying feeding groove 603 extending to a corresponding end of the washing conveyor 502 is disposed at a top of the drying bin 602, and a fourth feeding blower 604 is disposed above the drying feeding groove 603; a discharge valve 605 is arranged at the bottom of the drying bin 602, and the discharge valve 605 is communicated with a discharge hole 104 on the shell 101; a drying and heating device and a temperature and humidity detection device are arranged in the drying bin 602, wherein the drying and heating device comprises a drying heater 606 and a cooling fan 607, and a protective filter screen support 608 for separating the drying and heating device and the PET bottle pieces from each other is arranged on the outer side of the drying and heating device; the top of the drying bin 602 is provided with a ventilation filter hole 609; the drying heater 606 includes a heating pipe 610 disposed around the inner wall of the drying chamber 602; the temperature and humidity detecting device comprises a drying temperature sensor 611 and a drying humidity sensor 612, and a quantity sensor 613 is arranged at an inlet on the top of the inner wall of the drying bin 602. The protection filter screen support 608 of the drying bin 602 separates the drying and heating device from the PET bottle chips, and the heat emitted by the drying and heating device is uniformly diffused to the PET bottle chips around through the cooling fan 607, so that the drying degree of the PET bottle chips is further accelerated, the air-permeable filter holes 609 can discharge the water vapor evaporated on the surface of the PET bottle chips, the drying degree in the drying bin 602 is maintained, and the drying efficiency of the drying bin 602 is improved.
Further, the controller 102 is provided with an alarm electrically connected to each level sensor; the controller 102 will alert the operator to replenish the cleaning fluid once the fluid level is too low.
The unpacking conveyor belt 202, the floating conveyor belt 309, the rinsing conveyor belt 409 and the washing conveyor belt 502 are all controlled by the controller 102 to drive the conveyor belts to rotate by the conveyor belt motor 108, so that the PET bottle pieces are conveyed.
Specifically, the first feeding blower 207 feeds the PET bottle chips falling into the unpacking feeding groove 206 into the floating pond 302 with the built-in saline (NaCl solution) through wind power, and after being transversely stirred by the stirring device, the PET bottle chips are kept stand, impurities on the PET bottle chips are preliminarily washed away, and after being kept stand, the PET bottle chips on the middle layer are fished out by the obliquely-placed floating conveyor belt 309 and are fed into the rinsing feeding groove 410. Due to diffusion, the rinsed PET will be continuously transported out of the surface of the float conveyor 309 into the rinse feed tank 410. After the flotation tank 302 operates for a period of time, the impurities accumulated in the lower layer are sent to the flotation water filtering tank 308 outside the flotation tank 302 by starting the water suction pump 310 after being opened by the water suction valve 306, the impurities are filtered by the filter element in the tank, and the NaCl solution with the impurities filtered out flows into the flotation tank 302 through the water suction pump 310 and the flotation liquid circulating water pipe 307 for recycling. The impurities filtered in the water filtering tank 308 are accumulated to a certain degree and then cleaned through the impurity cleaning window 311.
The second feeding blower 312 blows the PET bottle chips falling from the rinsing feeding groove 410 down to the rinsing tank 402, the high-temperature alkaline water in the rinsing tank 402 drives the PET bottle chips to be rinsed in the rinsing tank 402, the rinsed high-temperature alkaline water filters the alkaline water in the rinsing tank 402 through the rinsing circulating water pipe 404 under the action of the rinsing water filtering tank 403 and the rinsing circulating booster pump 405, and the filter element in the rinsing water filtering tank 403 filters out impurities such as glue in the alkaline water, so that the alkaline water can be recycled. On the side of the outlet of the rinsing bath 402, the PET bottle chips are fished via an inclined rinsing conveyor belt 409 into a flushing inlet chute 509 and fall onto a mesh conveyor belt of the flushing device 501. The rinsing water filtering tank 403 is provided with an impurity cleaning window 311 and a water injection valve for injecting and supplementing a rinsing alkaline water solution, and the cleaning and water supplementing operation can be carried out by opening the shell 101. The inner wall of the hot water rinse tank 402 is provided with a rinse level sensor 407, and when the level of the rinse liquid is lowered to a certain level, the controller 102 will alert the operator to replenish the prepared rinse solution.
The rinsing heater 411 arranged at the bottom in the rinsing tank 402 can heat the PET bottle chips and the alkaline water to 80-90 ℃. The rinse solution in the rinse tank 402 is a high temperature alkaline water. After impurities are removed, the high-temperature alkaline water is pressurized by the rinsing circulation booster pump 405 and is sent to the feeding port 103 of the rinsing tank 402 again, and the high-temperature alkaline water flows in the rinsing tank to drive the PET bottle chips at the feeding port 103 to be rinsed. At the discharge port 104 of the rinsing device 401, the PET bottle chips and the high-temperature alkaline water can be separated by a perforated screen type rinsing conveyor belt 409 which is arranged at a certain inclination angle in the conveying process. The angle of inclination of the rinsing conveyor 409 is 25 to 60 degrees. A liquid level detection sensor is installed on the inner wall of the rinsing tank 402 in the rinsing device 401, and when the liquid level is lowered to a certain level, the controller 102 reminds the operator to replenish the prepared alkaline water. In addition, a pH value detection sensor is simultaneously installed on the inner wall of the rinsing pool 402 in the rinsing device 401, and when the pH value is reduced to a certain standard, the controller 102 reminds an operator to supplement alkali liquor with higher concentration. And a heat-insulating material layer is additionally arranged on one side of the outer wall of the rinsing pool 402.
The PET bottle pieces after being rinsed are conveyed to the end by the rinsing conveying belt 409 and then blown off by the third feeding blower 506, the PET bottle pieces are blocked by the rinsing feeding chute 509 and then fall onto the mesh-type rinsing conveying belt 502, when the rinsing conveying belt 502 runs, the PET bottle pieces are uniformly paved on the conveying surface of the mesh-type rinsing conveying belt 502 by the baffle 507 arranged at the bottom of the end part of one corresponding end of the hot water spray pipe 503, and when the PET bottle pieces pass through the region rinsed by the high-pressure nozzle 508, the PET bottle pieces on the conveying belt are rinsed and cleaned by the high-pressure nozzle 508 above the rinsing conveying belt 502 by using hot water in a part of the process of conveying the PET bottle pieces by the rinsing conveying belt 502, so that impurities such as alkaline solution on the PET surface and glue which is not separated are rinsed off. The distance between the high-pressure nozzles 508 in the flushing device 501 and the flushing conveyor belt 502 is 4 cm-20 cm, the high-pressure nozzles 508 are shower nozzles, and the number of the high-pressure nozzles 508 can be adjusted according to the number of the PET bottle chips treated at one time. The washed hot water flows into a water reservoir 504 at the bottom through the surface of a filter screen of a washing conveyor belt 502, is filtered by a washing heating and pressurizing device, is pressurized and heated, keeps the water temperature within a temperature range of 80-90 ℃, is sent into a high-pressure nozzle 508 to wash the PET bottle chips, and is recycled. The warming device comprises a warmer 513 arranged at the bottom of the water reservoir 504, and the warmer 513 is connected with a warming pipe 514 fixed at the bottom in the water reservoir 504; the temperature sensor is arranged in the water reservoir 504, and the temperature of the water tank is adjusted to be 80-90 ℃ by the heater 513 at the bottom of the water reservoir 504. The washing and filtering water tank 511 is provided with an impurity cleaning window 311 and a water injection valve for injecting water, and the cleaning and water supplementing operation can be carried out by opening the shell 101. A reservoir temperature sensor 515 and a reservoir level sensor 516 are provided in the reservoir 504 and are electrically connected to the controller 102. when the water level in the tank is below a certain level, the controller 102 will alert the operator to add fresh water. The exterior side wall of the water reservoir 504 is provided with a layer of insulating material (not shown).
After leaving the washing area of the high pressure nozzle 508, the washed PET bottle flakes are continuously conveyed by the surface of the screen-type washing conveyor belt 502, and after being naturally drained for a short time in the conveying process, the washed PET bottle flakes are blown by the wind power of the fourth feeding blower 604 to be fed into the material tank 603 of the drying bin 602. When the drying heater 606 with the humidity less than 0.03% stops heating and drying, the discharge valve 605 at the bottom of the drying bin 602 is opened, the dried PET bottle chips fall into the discharge port 104 on the shell 101 for standby, and the flow is repeated after the undried PET bottle chips are fed into the drying bin 602. Preferably, in order to increase the speed of the dried PET bottle flakes falling into the discharge hole 104 of the housing 101, a fifth blower (not shown) for blowing air in the direction of the discharge valve 605 may be additionally provided in the drying chamber 602. A feeding valve (not shown) communicated with the drying and feeding groove 603 is arranged at the inlet of the top of the drying bin 602, a quantity sensor 613 for detecting the quantity of the PET bottle chips is arranged on the inner wall of the inlet of the top of the drying bin 602, when the quantity of the PET bottle chips in the drying bin 602 reaches a certain standard, the feeding valve is closed, and meanwhile, the unpacking device 201, the floating washing device 301, the rinsing device 401 and the washing device 501 stop working temporarily. After the drying operation of the drying chamber 602 is finished, the unpacking device 201, the floating device 301, the rinsing device 401 and the washing device 501 all start to operate normally.
Referring to fig. 7, a second embodiment of the present invention, in which a rotary serpentine rinsing channel is provided on one side of a rinsing tank 402 adjacent to a rinse inlet tank 410, and a rinsing conveyor is provided on the other side of the rinsing tank. The labyrinth type rotary snake-shaped rinsing water pool can form flowing circulation of high-temperature alkaline washing liquor in the rinsing pool 402 through the rinsing circulation booster pump 405 and the rinsing circulation water pipe 404 of the rinsing pool 402, so that the PET bottle chips form a longer rotary reciprocating rinsing process in the high-temperature alkaline water in the rinsing pool 402, a high-speed water flow is formed through a rotary snake-shaped reciprocating water flow channel, and the PET bottle chips can be rinsed more fully and efficiently by the impact of the high-speed water flow. The screen type rinsing conveyor belt 409 can drag up the floating PET bottle chips by means of the flowing direction of the water flow circulation and transmit the PET bottle chips to the rinsing conveyor belt 502 to enter the next link. It should be noted that all the conveyors in the present invention are driven by the conveyor motor 108, and all the components are fixed in the housing by the fixing bracket 109.
