s4: after the concrete in the mixing tank (1) is uniformly mixed, the sealing cover (28) at the tail end of the discharging cylinder (22) is opened, so that the concrete slurry in the mixing tank (1) is discharged from the discharging cylinder (22), and construction can be carried out by utilizing the concrete slurry.
