The invention provides a torsion display device of a mechanical pneumatic-electric screwdriver, which is assembled at the head of the pneumatic-electric screwdriver and comprises an open type and a protective type, wherein the open type is suitable for a factory needing to quickly adjust the torsion; the protection type is suitable for using fixed torque force for a long time, and can prevent field operators from adjusting the torque force value without permission. Particularly, the current set value of the pneumatic and electric screwdriver can be easily read, the ISO management regulation is met, and the correction function can be performed regularly; especially, the torsion value can be adjusted at will according to the requirement, and the currently set or adjusted torsion value is displayed in real time, so that the effect of saving the correction time of the torsion tester is achieved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a mechanism design of an air-powered screwdriver, in particular to a torsion force display device of a mechanical air-powered screwdriver.
Background
When screws are locked, the torque value corresponding to screws of different sizes is called torque or torque T. For a common small-sized screw, T generally refers to locking torque force, the unit is Kgf-cm, the torque force value of the M3 screw made of the existing common material is 6.0Kgf-cm, and the torque force value of the M3 screw made of special steel can reach 14.4 Kgf-cm; different materials, different friction coefficients and different diameters can establish different torque values. Therefore, when a tool driver is used to lock a screw, the first task is to determine the magnitude of the torque.
The current market-sold pneumatic electric tools have no cheap simple mechanical torque value display reference scale value table except for a torque screwdriver with extremely high price and digital electronic digital display, only have rough values of 1-10, cannot display the torque value set by an operator at present, and need to be corrected by using a torque tester, which is troublesome, time-consuming and labor-consuming; secondly, the operator cannot know the torque value of the used tool in real time, which causes various inconveniences in the implementation of locking operation; in addition, the torque testing machine is expensive and is not a necessity for general users and even products produced by developing Chinese families.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to a torque display device for a mechanical pneumatic/electric screwdriver, which can easily read the current torque setting value of the pneumatic/electric screwdriver, and comply with ISO regulations, and can periodically perform a calibration function.
Another objective of the present invention is to provide a torsion display device for a mechanical pneumatic/electric screwdriver, which can adjust the torsion value arbitrarily according to the requirement, and display the currently set or adjusted torsion value in real time, so as to save the time required for calibrating the torsion tester.
In order to achieve the above objects, the present invention provides at least one kind of torque display device for a mechanical pneumatic/electric screwdriver, which includes an open type and a protective type, wherein the open type is suitable for factories requiring rapid torque adjustment; the protection type is suitable for using fixed torque force for a long time, and can prevent field operators from adjusting the torque force value without permission.
The open torque force display mechanism is assembled on the head of the pneumatic electric screwdriver, and comprises: a base line ring screwed on the circumferential surface of the torque cylinder to perform axial displacement so as to form a screwing or loosening state, and a base line is formed on one side edge of the base line ring; the torsion adjusting ring is axially combined and sleeved on the basic wire ring, a section of inner concave surface is formed on the peripheral surface of the torsion adjusting ring, a plurality of annular staggered and hollowed inner windows and torsion value numbers engraved on any sides of the inner windows are distributed on the inner concave surface in proper positions; when the baseline ring is superposed in the torsion adjusting ring, the baseline can be displayed through one of the inner windows and corresponds to the torsion value number.

The two types of display devices designed above in the present invention can achieve the following effects: firstly, the torsion set value number of the pneumatic and electric screwdriver can be quickly and simply read; secondly, the torsion value can be corrected at any time; thirdly, the torsion value number of the used pneumatic and electric screw driver can be directly known and the required locking operation can be directly carried out, thus avoiding purchasing expensive torsion testing machine equipment; fourthly, the torsion can be fixed for long-term use, and field personnel can be prevented from adjusting the torsion value of the pneumatic and electric screwdriver without permission; fifthly, the torsion value set by the pneumatic and electric screwdriver currently used by an operator can be displayed in real time, and the time for testing or adjusting by using a torsion testing machine is saved.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the torsion display device 1 of the mechanical pneumatic screwdriver of the present invention is disposed at the head (torsion cylinder) of a general pneumatic screwdriver 2, and includes an open type and a protective type. Wherein the open type is suitable for factories needing rapid torque adjustment; the protection type is suitable for using fixed torque force for a long time, and can prevent field operators from adjusting the torque force value without permission.
Please refer to fig. 1 to fig. 3, which show a torque display device of a mechanical pneumatic/electric screwdriver according to a first preferred embodiment of the present invention, wherein the torque display device 1 is open; the specific implementation mode comprises: a base wire ring 11 screwed on the circumferential surface of the torque cylinder 21 of the pneumatic screwdriver 2 to perform axial displacement so as to form a tightening or loosening state, and a base wire 111 of any type (such as a groove) is formed on one side of the base wire ring 11; a torsion adjusting ring 12 axially combined and sleeved on the base line ring 11, a cut-off inner concave surface 121 formed on the circumferential surface of the torsion adjusting ring 12, a plurality of inner windows 122 which are staggered with each other and have any geometric shape (such as strip shape and the like) and are hollow-out, torsion value numbers 123 engraved on any edge of the inner windows 122, and a fixing screw 124 inserted in proper position on the circumferential surface of the torsion adjusting ring 12; a cap 15 for axially coupling the torque barrel 21 of the pneumatic/electric driver 2 to provide a coupling tool head; thereby, when the baseline ring 11 is overlapped in the torque adjustment ring 12, the baseline 111 is displayed through one of the inner windows 122 and corresponds to the torque value number 123.
Referring to fig. 4 to fig. 6, a torque display device of a mechanical pneumatic/electric screwdriver according to a second preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown, wherein the torque display device 1 is a protective type; the specific embodiment comprises: a base wire ring 11 screwed on the circumferential surface of the torque cylinder 21 for axial displacement to form a tightening or loosening state, and a base wire 111 of any type (such as a groove) is formed on one side of the base wire ring 11; a torsion adjusting ring 12 axially combined and sleeved on the base line ring 11, wherein a section of inner concave surface 121 is formed on the circumferential surface of the torsion adjusting ring 12, a plurality of inner windows 122 which are staggered with each other and have any geometric shape (such as strip shape and the like) and are hollow are distributed on the inner concave surface 121 in proper positions, and torsion value numbers 123 engraved on any sides of the inner windows 122, so that when the base line ring 11 is superposed in the torsion adjusting ring 12, the base line 111 can be displayed through one of the inner windows 122 and corresponds to the torsion value numbers 123; a torsion sheath 13 axially sleeved on the torsion adjusting ring 12 and capable of freely rotating, wherein an outer window 131 which is also in any geometric shape (such as oblong shape) and is hollowed out is arranged on the circumferential surface of the torsion sheath 13, and the torsion sheath 13 is rotated to enable the outer window 131 to clearly and completely see the torsion value number 123 aligned with the inner window 122 and the base line 111; a fixing ring 14 axially sleeved on the torque sheath 13 and screwed to the head of the pneumatic/electric driver 2, and two oil seals 141 are disposed at two axial sides in the fixing ring 14, wherein one oil seal 141 is used to prevent the fixing ring 14 from loosening, and the other oil seal 141 is used to sleeve the outer diameter of the torque sheath 13, so as to generate a little resistance, and the torque sheath 13 is not too loosened, so that the outer window 131 can be slowly rotated and adjusted to align with the inner window 122, thereby achieving the effect of reading torque value number; a cap 15 axially coupled to the torque barrel 21 of the pneumatic driver 2 to provide a coupling tool head.
As can be seen from the open and protective torsion display device 1, the pneumatic and electric screwdriver 2 of the present invention has a torsion value that can be easily read or currently used; particularly, the protective torque display device 1 has the torque sheath 13 outside, so that it can prevent anyone from changing the torque value at will, and is beneficial and satisfactory to factories with strict quality control and customers with precise torque value requirements.
In addition, after the pneumatic screwdriver is used for a period of time, in order to prevent the torsion value number from being wrong with the actual torsion value, the torsion value is required to be corrected regularly and accords with the current production management operation standard, so that the torsion display equipment provided by the invention does not influence the correction and adjustment of the torsion value. For example, in the open type torque display device 1, when calibrating, the fixing screw 124 is loosened by the tool wrench, the torque adjusting ring 12 is rotated to a fixed value, for example, to 6.0Kgf-cm, the actual torque value of the pneumatic/electric driver is tested by a torque tester, and the average value is recorded to obtain an actual torque value, the torque value of the torque adjusting ring 12 is rotated to align to the base line 111 of the base line ring 11 through the inner window 122, and finally the fixing screw 124 is locked and positioned, so that the torque adjusting ring 12 cannot rotate, thereby completing the calibration operation.
When the protective torque display device 1 is calibrated, the fixing ring 14 and the torque sheath 13 are firstly loosened, the torque tester is used for testing the torque value number of the current pneumatic/electric screwdriver and recording the average value, the torque adjusting ring 12 is opened and the base line 111 of the adjusting base line ring 11 is rotated to adjust the torque error value, the inner window 122 is used for reading whether the torque value number is correct after the torque adjusting ring 12 is locked, the torque sheath 13 and the fixing ring 14 are combined after the error is confirmed, the torque sheath 13 is rotated and adjusted before the fixing ring 14 is locked, the outer window 131 is parallel and consistent with the inner window 122, and the fixing ring 14 is locked.
It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely a few embodiments of the invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (8)
1. A mechanical pneumatic-electric screwdriver torque force display device is characterized by comprising:
a base line ring screwed on the circumferential surface of the torque cylinder of the pneumatic electric screw driver to perform axial displacement so as to form a screwing or loosening state, and a base line is formed on one side edge of the base line ring; and
a torsion adjusting ring, axially combined and sleeved on the basic wire ring, a section of inner concave surface is formed on the circumferential surface of the torsion adjusting ring, a plurality of inner windows which are annularly staggered and hollowed out and torsion value numbers engraved on any sides of the inner windows are distributed on the inner concave surface in proper positions;
when the baseline ring is superposed in the torsion adjusting ring, the baseline can be displayed through one of the inner windows and corresponds to the torsion value number.
2. The electro-mechanical screwdriver torque display device of claim 1 wherein said base string is of any type.
3. The electro-mechanical screwdriver torque display device of claim 1 wherein the shape of the inner window is any geometric shape.
4. A mechanical pneumatic-electric screwdriver torque force display device is characterized by comprising:
a base line ring screwed on the circumferential surface of the torque cylinder of the pneumatic electric screw driver to perform axial displacement so as to form a screwing or loosening state, and a base line is formed on one side edge of the base line ring;
a torsion adjusting ring, axially combined and sleeved on the basic wire ring, a section of inner concave surface is formed on the circumferential surface of the torsion adjusting ring, a plurality of inner windows which are annularly staggered and hollowed out and torsion value numbers engraved on any sides of the inner windows are distributed on the inner concave surface in proper positions;
the torsion sheath is axially combined and sleeved on the torsion adjusting ring and can freely rotate, a hollow-out outer window is arranged on the peripheral surface of the torsion sheath, and the torsion value number aligned with the inner window and the baseline can be clearly and completely seen through the outer window by rotating the torsion sheath; and
a fixing ring which is axially sleeved on the torsion sheath and is screwed and positioned at the head of the pneumatic and electric screwdriver;
by rotating the torsion sheath, the torsion value number aligned by the inner window and the base line can be clearly and completely seen by the outer window.
5. The electro-mechanical screwdriver torque display device of claim 4 wherein said base string is of any type.
6. The electro-mechanical screwdriver torsion display device of claim 4, wherein the shape of the inner window can be any geometric shape.
7. The electropneumatic screwdriver torsion display device of claim 4, wherein the shape of the outer window can be any geometric shape.
8. The electropneumatic screwdriver torque display device of claim 4, wherein said retainer ring has an oil seal disposed on each of two axial sides thereof.
