Abstract
The invention discloses a device for detecting small holes of a shell of a cigarette cartridge at high speed, wherein a feeding mechanism is arranged below a detection mechanism, a feeding channel is provided with a detection gap, a first blocking block, a second blocking block and a positioning block extend into the feeding channel from the detection gap along with respective piston rods, and the positioning block is arranged between the first blocking block and the second blocking block; the rejecting stop blocks extending out along respective piston rods are matched with the positioning blocks and used for clamping the workpiece at the detection notch; the front end of the positioning block is provided with an air blowing channel; the detection mechanism is used for collecting and detecting pictures of the workpiece at the notch. The device for detecting the small hole of the shell of the cigarette cartridge at high speed has the advantages of reasonable structure, reliable action, low false detection rate and high production efficiency.

Background
The demand for the electronic cigarette is more and more in the market, but the demand for the disposable electronic cigarette cartridge in the electronic cigarette is larger, and the quality of the electronic cigarette cartridge directly influences one of the qualities of the electronic cigarette. The shell is a main part of the cigarette bullet, but the phenomenon of blockage or material shortage of a small vent hole is detected by most shell detection methods in an artificial visual inspection mode at present, the production efficiency of the method is low, the artificial detection quality is unstable, and the quality of the shell of the electronic cigarette bullet is poor.
In order to realize high efficiency, low cost, automation and high detection precision, the quality of the electronic cigarette shell is ensured, and an online high-speed detection small hole device needs to be developed urgently to meet the requirements of the market on the production of electronic cigarette shell components.

Preferably, a first sensor and a second sensor are arranged on the side face of the detection notch, the first sensor is used for sensing that the workpiece is arranged at the position of the detection notch, and the second sensor is used for sensing that the workpiece is sent out from the position of the detection notch.

The side of the detection notch 205 is provided with a first sensor 204 and a second sensor 202, the first sensor 204 is used for sensing that the notch has a workpiece, and the second sensor 202 is used for sensing that the workpiece is sent out from the detection notch.

The other side surface of the detection notch is provided with a rejection fixing seat of a rejection mechanism, a rejection cylinder is arranged on the rejection fixing seat, and a rejection stop block is arranged on a piston rod of the rejection cylinder; and a waste box is arranged at the rear side of the rejection stop block.
When the device is used, workpieces such as the cigarette cartridge shell 501 are sequentially blown in from one end of a feeding channel by gas, the cigarette cartridge shell reaches a detection gap, a first material distribution cylinder extends out of a first blocking block to block the cigarette cartridge shell, and after a first detection sensor detects the cigarette cartridge shell, a positioning cylinder extends out of a positioning block to tightly press the cigarette cartridge shell in front of a removal block which extends out all the time; meanwhile, the second material distribution cylinder extends out of the second blocking block to block or press the rear smoke cartridge shell to be detected.
The detection mechanism starts to work, and the camera detects whether the number and the size of the small holes on the top surface of the cigarette cartridge shell clamped by the positioning block from the side surface are within the preset tolerance range of 19 small holes of 0.4mm or not, and whether the cigarette cartridge shell is qualified or not is judged; if the cigarette cartridge shell passes the detection, the first distributing cylinder drives the first blocking block to retract, meanwhile, the positioning cylinder drives the positioning block to retract, the qualified cigarette cartridge shell is sent out through the feeding channel, and the second sensor senses that the cigarette cartridge shell falls out of the detection notch; after the action of sending out the cigarette cartridge shell is finished, the first material distribution cylinder extends out to block the next cigarette cartridge shell to be detected, then the second material distribution cylinder retracts, and the next cigarette cartridge shell to be detected is sent to the detection notch to be detected next time.
If the cigarette is judged to be unqualified, the first material separating cylinder and the positioning cylinder do not act, the rejecting cylinder drives the rejecting stop dog to retract, the side face of the detection notch is exposed, an air inlet port of the positioning cylinder supplies air to the air blowing channel through an air pipe, the unqualified cigarette is blown out, the unqualified cigarette cartridge shell falls into a waste box, the rejecting cylinder extends out after the detection is finished, and the side face is blocked to perform the next detection action.
