The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 2, the existing stirrer adopts a mixed flow type stirring structure, and can form axial and radial mixed flows, so that materials are mixed while moving directionally, the number of the first stirring vanes 200 and the second stirring vanes 300 of the flap paddle type arranged thereon and the length of the whole stirring shaft 400 directly affect the stirring effect of the stirrer, and in order to improve the stirring efficiency, the length of the stirring shaft is conventionally increased, and the adoption of the method can cause the size of the whole stirrer to be larger and larger, thus being inconvenient to transport, and further increasing the floor area, the production cost and the transportation cost.
Therefore, the invention aims to achieve the purpose of improving the stirring effect without changing the length of the stirring shaft on the premise of not changing the main structure of the stirrer.
Aiming at the existing mixed-flow stirring structure, in the whole stirring process, if the stirring time and the conveying stroke are fixed and the area of the stirring blades is not changed, the resultant force direction borne by the movement of the materials is changed by adding the reverse axial-flow type pushing structure, so that the moving directions of the materials are not consistent any more, the materials are interacted and forcedly mixed, and the aim of improving the stirring effect can be achieved.
