Therefore, the invention aims to achieve the purpose of improving the stirring effect without changing the length of the stirring shaft on the premise of not changing the main structure of the stirrer.
Aiming at the existing mixed-flow stirring structure, in the whole stirring process, if the stirring time and the conveying stroke are fixed and the area of the stirring blades is not changed, the resultant force direction borne by the movement of the materials is changed by adding the reverse axial-flow type pushing structure, so that the moving directions of the materials are not consistent any more, the materials are interacted and forcedly mixed, and the aim of improving the stirring effect can be achieved.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a horizontal mixing agitator, including an agitator main body 100, the agitator main body 100 is provided with:
a stirring chamber provided in the stirrer body 100;
a feed inlet 101 which is arranged at the upper part of one end of the stirrer main body 100 and is communicated with the stirring cavity;
a discharge port 102 arranged at the lower part of the other end of the stirrer 100 and communicated with the stirring cavity;
a drive mechanism 103, a drive device of the whole mixer;
the agitator sets up in the stirring intracavity, is driven by actuating mechanism 103, is provided with (mixing) shaft 400, as shown in fig. 3, and circumference is provided with the mixed stirring vane that a plurality of spirals are marchd on (mixing) shaft 400 to be provided with the screw propulsion blade that a plurality of spirals are marchd between a plurality of mixed stirring vane, the direction of propulsion that a plurality of mixed stirring vane formed is opposite with the direction of propulsion that a plurality of spiral propulsion blade formed.
Different from the traditional improvement method, the improvement method does not adopt equidirectional progressive, overcomes the problems of insufficient stirring blade quantity, insufficient stirrer length and the like through the reverse propelling direction formed by the spiral propelling blades, can form secondary or even multiple times of stirring, thus achieving the purpose of improving the stirring times and the stirring stroke and further improving the stirring effect.
Obviously, in the above structure, when the propelling direction formed by the mixing and stirring blades is consistent with the propelling direction of the materials, the propelling effect of the whole stirrer is best.
In view of the need for uniform stirring, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the horizontal distance between two adjacent mixing blades is the same.
As for the arrangement of the spiral propelling blade, the arrangement is comprehensively carried out according to the practical conditions of the viscosity degree, the particle size and the like of the materials, and various arrangement modes can be provided.
Preferably, regarding the arrangement of the helical propelling blade, in order to avoid interference between the helical propelling blade and the mixing and stirring blade, one helical propelling blade is arranged between two adjacent mixing and stirring blades, so as to improve the stirring effect.
Further, the number of the stirring shafts 400 may be one or more, and according to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, two stirring shafts 400 are provided, and the two stirring shafts 400 are parallel to each other and rotate in opposite directions.
Then, on each stirring shaft 400, after a helical propelling blade is arranged between every two mixing stirring blades, the helical propelling blade is mutually matched with the mixing stirring blade and the helical propelling blade on the other stirring shaft 400, an efficient mixed flow pushing effect is formed through the mixing stirring blades on the two stirring shafts 400, and an efficient backflow stirring effect is formed through the helical propelling blade.
Further, considering that the mixing of the two mixing shafts 400 are matched with each other and interference is not easily generated, according to a further embodiment of the present invention, the mixing blades and the helical blades of one mixing shaft 400 are staggered with the mixing blades and the helical blades of the other mixing shaft 400, and the mixing blades and the helical blades of the two mixing shafts 400 cannot interfere with each other.
The mixing blade and the helical propelling blade are specifically described herein according to some of the above-described structural arrangements.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the mixing blade includes a plurality of first stirring blades 200 and a plurality of second stirring blades 300, the first stirring blades include a first connection arm 202 and a first stirring blade 201, one end of the first connection arm 202 is connected to the stirring shaft 400, and the other end is connected to the first stirring blade 201; the second stirring blade 300 comprises a second connecting arm 302 and a second stirring blade 301, one end of the second connecting arm 302 is connected with the stirring shaft 400, and the other end is connected with the second stirring blade 301; the area of the first stirring blade 201 is larger than that of the second stirring blade 301, so that the stirring and propelling effects are better.
Preferably, the first stirring vane 200 is disposed at the starting end of the stirring shaft 400, i.e., at the position closest to the feeding hole 101, so as to ensure the effectiveness of material pushing.
As for the helical propelling blade, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the helical propelling blade is configured as the helical fan blade 500, and a line connecting the bending directions of two adjacent helical fan blades 500 is located on the same helical line, thereby having a better reverse propelling effect.
In addition, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the stirring shaft 400 is provided with a plurality of spirally-propelled scrapers at a position close to the discharge port 102, a propelling direction formed by the plurality of scrapers is also opposite to a propelling direction of the material, the conveying speed of the material is slowed down by the scraping in the direction of the scrapers, and the material can be extruded from the discharge port 102, so that excessive squeezing effect of the material on the stirring cavity when the material is discharged from the discharge port 102 is avoided.

A horizontal mixer-agitator according to claim 6, wherein the mixing-agitator-blades comprise a plurality of first-agitator-blades (200) and a plurality of second-agitator-blades (300), the first-agitator-blades comprise a first-connecting-arm (202) and a first-agitator-blade (201), one end of the first-connecting-arm (202) is connected to the mixer-agitator (400), and the other end is connected to the first-agitator-blade (201); the second stirring blade (300) comprises a second connecting arm (302) and a second stirring blade (301), one end of the second connecting arm (302) is connected with the stirring shaft (400), and the other end of the second connecting arm is connected with the second stirring blade (301); the area of the first stirring blade (201) is larger than that of the second stirring blade (301).
