Description

Adsorber for waste gas desorption treatment
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of organic waste gas treatment, in particular to an adsorber for waste gas desorption treatment.
Background
As is well known, the VOC treatment process of adsorption concentration and catalytic combustion is widely applied to the treatment of low-concentration and high-air-volume organic waste gas due to simple and feasible technology and low operation cost. Currently, the adsorption concentration unit mainly adopts activated carbon adsorption.
There are three main forms of activated carbon used for adsorption: active carbon particles, honeycomb active carbon and active carbon fibers. Although the honeycomb activated carbon and the activated carbon fiber have many advantages, the application is still not wide at present mainly because of the higher price. The honeycomb activated carbon has the same adsorption performance, the price of the honeycomb activated carbon is 2-3 times that of the granular activated carbon, and the price of the activated carbon fiber is 7-10 times that of the granular activated carbon.
Adsorbers currently generally take two forms: drawer type and cylinder type. Due to the structural limitation of the drawer type activated carbon adsorption box, the occupied space volume is large, and the drawer type activated carbon adsorption box is generally used for the working condition that the air quantity is not large. If the treated air volume exceeds 10000m3And h, ensuring enough filling amount, the volume is too large, the economical efficiency is greatly reduced, and in the case, short flow is easily caused, so that the saturation degree of the activated carbon layer is not uniform, and the absorption efficiency is reduced. Later, vertical cylindrical activated carbon adsorption columns were developed. The structure form of traditional packed tower has been used for reference to it, adopts the structure form of multilayer active carbon filler series connection, though the problem that area is big has been solved in part, nevertheless has the resistance loss big, the difficult shortcoming of changing of active carbon granule. The structure of the cylindrical vertical adsorber that exists simultaneously adopts the cylinder filter layer of annular cross section, and this kind of structural style has partly solved the problem that resistance loss is big, but under the big condition of filling volume, the active carbon granule can pile up and easily causes the compaction that the bottom active carbon hardens in the cartridge filter, also can cause the active carbon adsorption layer saturation inhomogeneous, also has the shortcoming of being difficult to change active carbon moreover.
The adsorption/desorption unit of the adsorption concentration and catalytic combustion VOC treatment complete device adopts a plurality of (generally 3-6) activated carbon adsorption boxes connected in parallel to meet the requirement of online desorption. In this case, the above-mentioned structural style generally adopts an independent desorption pipeline, and the desorption air pipeline is parallel to the adsorption air pipeline, and the process structure is more complicated and the operation and maintenance are inconvenient. In addition, the defects of large occupied area and high cost of the structure form are more prominent for a plurality of structures connected in parallel.
