Abstract
The invention discloses a simulation artificial breast, and relates to the technical field of artificial breast processing. The artificial breast comprises a substrate and a skin, wherein the skin is fixedly connected with the substrate through a connecting plate, an inner cavity formed between the substrate and the skin is filled with silica gel, and an air cavity is formed inside the silica gel; the rear side fixed mounting of air cavity has first bracing piece, and the front end of first bracing piece passes through the front side fixed connection of backing plate with the air cavity, and the inside of air cavity is provided with the montant, and the equal fixedly connected with connecting block in both ends of montant. The invention can adjust the weight of the artificial breast by arranging the upper water cavity and the lower water cavity which can adjust the water storage capacity, prevent the unbalanced condition of the breasts at both sides of the patient, and enable the patient to freely adjust the size of the artificial breast by arranging the air cavity which can control the air inflation quantity; the design not only increases the comfort level of the artificial breast, but also improves the aesthetic feeling of the artificial breast.

Background
The breast prosthesis is also called artificial breast or artificial breast. Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a simulation artificial breast, which solves the problem that the size and the weight of the existing artificial breast can not be adjusted.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a simulation breast prosthesis comprises a substrate and a skin, wherein the skin is fixedly connected with the substrate through a connecting plate, an inner cavity formed between the substrate and the skin is filled with silica gel, and an air cavity is formed inside the silica gel;
the rear side of the air cavity is fixedly provided with a first supporting rod, the front end of the first supporting rod is fixedly connected with the front side of the air cavity through a backing plate, a vertical rod is arranged inside the air cavity, two ends of the vertical rod are fixedly connected with connecting blocks, and a plurality of branch rods are connected between the connecting blocks and the inner wall of the air cavity; the rear side of the air cavity is provided with an inflation tube, and one end of the inflation tube, which is far away from the air cavity, sequentially penetrates through the connecting plate and the base plate and extends to the rear side of the base plate.
Further, the water cavity has been seted up to the inside top of crust, and the water cavity has been seted up down to the inside below of crust, the left side of base plate is provided with last inlet tube and lower inlet tube respectively, last inlet tube all runs through base plate and connecting plate and extends to the connecting plate front side with lower inlet tube, the one end that last inlet tube and lower inlet tube extended to the connecting plate front side communicates with the inner chamber in water cavity and lower water cavity through last connecting pipe and lower connecting pipe respectively.
Further, the shape of the outer skin is semicircular, and a false nipple is arranged at the position of the outer surface substrate of the outer skin.
Furthermore, it is rubber material to have first bracing piece, montant, connecting block and branch pole.
Further, the depth of the upper water cavity is smaller than that of the lower water cavity.

the artificial breast has the advantages that the weight of the artificial breast can be adjusted by a patient through the arrangement of the upper water cavity and the lower water cavity which can adjust the water storage capacity, the unbalanced condition of breasts at two sides of the patient is prevented, and the size of the artificial breast can be freely adjusted by the patient through the arrangement of the air cavity which controls the air inflation quantity; the design not only increases the comfort level of the artificial breast, but also improves the aesthetic feeling of the artificial breast.

a first supporting rod 6 is fixedly installed on the rear side of the air cavity 5, the front end of the first supporting rod 6 is fixedly connected with the front side of the air cavity 5 through a base plate 7, a vertical rod 8 is arranged inside the air cavity 5, two ends of the vertical rod 8 are both fixedly connected with connecting blocks 9, and a plurality of branch rods 10 are connected between the connecting blocks 9 and the inner wall of the air cavity 5; the rear side of the air cavity 5 is provided with an inflation tube 18, and one end of the inflation tube 18 far away from the air cavity 5 sequentially penetrates through the connecting plate 3 and the substrate 1 and extends to the rear side of the substrate 1.
Wherein water cavity 11 has been seted up to the inside top of crust 2, water cavity 12 has been seted up down to the inside below of crust 2, the left side of base plate 1 is provided with last inlet tube 13 and lower inlet tube 14 respectively, last inlet tube 13 all runs through base plate 1 and connecting plate 3 and extends to connecting plate 3 front side with lower inlet tube 14, the one end that last inlet tube 13 and lower inlet tube 14 extend to connecting plate 3 front side is respectively through the inner chamber intercommunication of last connecting pipe 15 and lower connecting pipe 16 and last water cavity 11 and lower water cavity 12.
Wherein the shape of the outer skin 2 is semicircular, and the outer surface of the outer skin 2 is provided with a false nipple 17 at the position of the substrate 1.
Wherein there are first bracing piece 6, montant 8, connecting block 9 and branch pole 10 to be the rubber material, and the rubber material texture is softer, can increase and decrease patient's comfort level.
Wherein the depth of the upper water cavity 11 is less than that of the lower water cavity 12, thus lowering the center of gravity of the artificial breast and being more in line with the curve of the human body.
During the use, through going up inlet tube 13 and the discrepancy of the steerable artificial breast water of lower inlet tube 14, just so can change the weight of artificial breast, can control the air in the air cavity 5 through gas tube 18, when gaseous full, the volume of artificial breast increases, and gaseous back of being taken out, the volume of artificial breast reduces naturally, and such design makes the volume of the control artificial breast that the patient can be quick.
To sum up, this use is novel to have solved the problem that current artificial breast can not adjust size and weight, makes things convenient for more pleasing to the eye and comfortable that the patient adjusted the artificial breast according to actual conditions, increases patient's confidence.

Claims (5)

A simulation artificial breast comprises a substrate (1) and a skin (2), and is characterized in that: the outer skin (2) is fixedly connected with the substrate (1) through the connecting plate (3), an inner cavity formed between the substrate (1) and the outer skin (2) is filled with silica gel (4), and an air cavity (5) is formed inside the silica gel (4);
a first supporting rod (6) is fixedly mounted on the rear side of the air cavity (5), the front end of the first supporting rod (6) is fixedly connected with the front side of the air cavity (5) through a base plate (7), a vertical rod (8) is arranged inside the air cavity (5), two ends of the vertical rod (8) are fixedly connected with connecting blocks (9), and a plurality of branch rods (10) are connected between the connecting blocks (9) and the inner wall of the air cavity (5); an inflation tube (18) is arranged on the rear side of the air cavity (5), and one end, far away from the air cavity (5), of the inflation tube (18) sequentially penetrates through the connecting plate (3) and the base plate (1) and extends to the rear side of the base plate (1);
the shape of the outer skin (2) is semicircular, an upper water cavity (11) is formed in the upper portion of the inner part of the outer skin (2), and a lower water cavity (12) is formed in the lower portion of the inner part of the outer skin (2);
an upper water inlet pipe (13) and a lower water inlet pipe (14) are respectively arranged on the left side of the base plate (1);
the depth of the upper water cavity (11) is less than that of the lower water cavity (12).
2. The artificial breast of claim 1, wherein: the upper water inlet pipe (13) and the lower water inlet pipe (14) penetrate through the base plate (1) and the connecting plate (3) and extend to the front side of the connecting plate (3).

The artificial breast of claim 2, wherein: and one end of the upper water inlet pipe (13) and one end of the lower water inlet pipe (14) extending to the front side of the connecting plate (3) are respectively communicated with the inner cavities of the upper water cavity (11) and the lower water cavity (12) through an upper connecting pipe (15) and a lower connecting pipe (16).
4. The artificial breast of claim 1, wherein: the outer surface of the outer skin (2) is provided with a false nipple (17) at the position of the substrate (1).
5. The artificial breast of claim 1, wherein: the first supporting rod (6), the vertical rod (8), the connecting block (9) and the branch rod (10) are all made of rubber materials.
