Background
There are two kinds of diamond-set products on the market at present. One method is glue bonding, when a rectangular stone is inlaid at the opening of a watch case ring, an original processing mode is to cut an annular pit groove on the ring opening, spot glue in the pit groove of the ring opening, put square stones into the pit groove for arrangement, and put the square stones into an oven to bake the glue. Its disadvantages are: firstly, because the square stones are transparent, glue stains at the bottom can be seen through the stones; secondly, the glue layer separates stainless steel and diamond, thus seriously affecting the permeability and the light reflection effect of the rhinestone; thirdly, the glue can lose efficacy and become brittle and fall off when exceeding a certain service life, and stones can fall off.
The other is a product adopting claw-inlaid square stones, but the claw-inlaid square stones lead to too large space between the square stones, so that the square stones of the product lack the dynamic sense of 'the square stones are close to or adjacent to each other to reflect glittering'.

A method for embedding the decorations 2 according to the embodiment of the present invention will now be described.
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment of the decoration 2 embedding method, the decoration embedding method includes the following steps:
s10: processing a watch case 1, wherein the watch case 1 is provided with a track groove 10 for placing an ornament 2, the track groove 10 divides the watch case 1 into an inner ring 12 and an outer ring 11, and the inner wall of the track groove 10 close to the outer ring 11 is provided with a first clamping groove 111 for clamping the ornament 2;
s20: the decorations 2 are sequentially placed into the track grooves 10, and one side of each decoration 2 is clamped in the first clamping groove 111;
s30: pre-rolling the inner ring 12 to reduce the width of the track groove 10 by a first predetermined width, and forming a second clamping groove 123 for clamping the ornament 2, wherein two sides of the ornament 2 are respectively clamped in the first clamping groove 111 and the second clamping groove 123;
s40: screening the unqualified decorations 2 and replacing the decorations 2;
s50: finishing rolling the inner ring 12 to reduce the width of the track groove 10 by a second predetermined width, and fixing the ornament 2 in the track groove 10;
s60: watch case 1 is finished according to the design dimensions of watch case 1.
The ornament inlaying method of the above embodiment, watchcase 1 after processing has track groove 10, one side of track groove 10 has first draw-in groove 111, put into track groove 10 and joint back in first draw-in groove 111 with ornament 2 in proper order, through pre-rolling, form second draw-in groove 123, make the both sides of ornament 2 joint respectively in first draw-in groove 111 and second draw-in groove 123, can make ornament 2 tentatively fix a position in track groove 10, then the screening and change unqualified ornament 2, then carry out the final rolling, make ornament 2 be fixed in track groove 10. The ornament inlaying method provided by the invention can fix the ornament 2 without using glue for fixation or claw inlaying, and the ornament 2 can be arranged in a close fit manner, so that the watch case 1 is more glittering.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in step S10, the raw material of watch case 1 may be stainless steel such as SUS316L, or precious metal such as gold and silver. The watch case 1 may be embodied as a front ring, a back ring, a case, or any other external surface of a wristwatch.
In the step of processing the watch case 1, a plate material for making the watch case 1 is first blanked and then punched to form a ring-shaped blank. More specifically, a punch press can be adopted for blanking, and the punching force of the punch press can be selected to be 400KN, 600KN and the like; the punching machine can be used for punching, and the punching force of the punching can be selected to be 250KN, 400KN and the like. Track groove 10 is then machined to provide watch case 1 with outer race 11 and inner race 12. track groove 10 may be annular, arcuate or bar-shaped, and the shape of track groove 10 extending in its lengthwise direction is not limited herein. Outer ring 11 is disposed adjacent the exterior of case 1 and inner ring 12 is disposed adjacent the interior of case 1. Wherein the track groove 10 can be turned by a lathe. After the track groove 10 is machined, a first clamping groove 111 is machined in the inner wall, close to the outer ring 11, of the track groove 10, a buffer groove 122 is machined in the inner wall, close to the inner ring 12, of the track groove 10, one side of the buffer groove 122 is arranged close to the bottom wall of the track groove 10, and a cantilever portion 121 is formed in the radial protruding mode of the inner wall, close to the inner ring 12, of the track groove 10. The first engaging groove 111 and the buffer groove 122 may be both cut with a hook cutter. The cantilever portion 121 may be deformed after being pressed. The thickness of the cantilever part 121 can be selected to be 0.15mm to 0.25mm, so that the cantilever part 121 has certain rigidity to bear the ornament 2 and can also deform to buffer the pressure on the ornament 2 after being subjected to large pressure.
Alternatively, when the watch case 1 is a front ring, a knurling can be processed in the circumferential direction of the watch ring, so that the aesthetic degree of the front ring is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, the left side of fig. 4 is a front view of the ornament 2, and the right side of fig. 4 is a side view of the ornament. In step S20, before the decorations 2 are sequentially placed in the rail groove 10, the qualified decorations 2 are screened so that the size of the decorations 2 matches the size of the rail groove 10. Wherein, the ornament 2 can be crystal, gem, diamond, zircon and other ornaments. The ornament 2 comprises a crown 21, a skirt 22 and a bottom 23 which are connected in sequence, wherein the crown 21 and the bottom 23 are both in a trapezoidal square shape, so that the width of the skirt 22 (namely the waist of the ornament 2) is the largest, and two sides of the skirt 22 are respectively clamped in the first clamping groove 111 and the second clamping groove 123. The width of the waist part of the qualified ornament 2 is larger than the width of the two sides, and the difference between the width of the track groove 10 and the radial width of the watch case 1 after the qualified ornament 2 is placed in the track groove 10 is 0.03mm to 0.06mm, so that the ornament 2 can be easily placed in the track groove 10, and the ornament 2 can be positioned in a certain way after pre-rolling. In addition, in the height direction of the ornament 2, the height of the ornament 2 after being obliquely placed into the rail groove 10 needs to be smaller than the height of the rail groove 10, so that the ornament 2 is prevented from being crushed in the extrusion process.
Referring to fig. 5, in step S20, a plurality of decorations 2 are sequentially placed in the track groove 10 to make the distance between the decorations 2 as small as possible, so as to achieve a glittering effect. One side of the ornament 2 is clamped in the first clamping groove 111, and the other side of the ornament 2 is clamped in the second clamping groove 123. The arrangement direction of the decorations 2 is not limited herein. As shown in fig. 8, the decorations 2 are annularly arranged on the case 1, the length direction of the decorations 2 is the tangential direction of the case 1, and the width direction of the decorations 2 is the radial direction of the case 1. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 9, the decorations 2 are annularly arranged on the case 1, the length direction of the decorations 2 is the radial direction of the case 1, and the width direction of the decorations 2 is the tangential direction of the case 1. Of course, the length and width of the ornament 2 may be the same, and may be square.
When the ornament 2 is placed, one side of the ornament 2 is first placed in the first catching groove 111 of the outer ring 11, and then the ornament 2 is pressed using a stone pressing tool to bend the ornament 2 into the rail groove 10. The wall thickness of the outer ring 11 is relatively thin, for example, between 0.05mm and 0.1mm, one side of the ornament 2 is placed into the first clamping groove 111 of the outer ring 11, then the ornament 2 is pressed, and the outer ring 11 can generate certain elastic deformation due to the relatively thin wall thickness. Therefore, the ornaments 2 are prevented from entering by resistance before entering the track grooves 10, and the two ends of the ornaments 2 can be adjusted and moved after completely entering the track grooves 10, so that the space between the ornaments 2 can be adjusted more conveniently, and the ornaments 2 are arranged closely. The cantilever part 121 can support the ornament 2, and can transmit pressure to the cantilever part 121 when the ornament 2 is subjected to larger rolling pressure, and when the pressure is too large, the cantilever part 121 deforms, so that the ornament 2 is not crushed or the watch case 1 is not excessively deformed due to too large interference fit of the decoration part and the watch case 1. Thus, the thin-wall design of the cantilever part 121 and the outer ring 11 can play a role of buffering the ornament 2 when the rolling step is carried out, the ornament 2 can not be easily crushed, and the production yield and the production efficiency are improved.
Referring to fig. 6, in step S30, the inner ring 12 is pre-rolled to reduce the width of the track groove 10 by a first predetermined width. Specifically, the watch case 1 is in a ring shape, and the annular inner wall of the watch case 1 and the end surface of the inner ring 12 facing the appearance surface are respectively rolled, so that the inner ring 12 is pressed towards the inside of the track groove 10 and simultaneously pressed towards the bottom 23 of the track groove 10, and the decoration 2 is wrapped by the watch case 1 as much as possible, and the decoration 2 is prevented from falling off in the using process. More specifically, in the pre-rolling process, the second engaging groove 123 is formed on the inner wall of the track groove 10 close to the inner ring 12, and the other side of the ornament 2 enters the second engaging groove 123 of the inner ring 12, and at this time, the side of the ornament 2 abuts against the cantilever portion 121. The second engaging groove 123 and the buffer groove 122 are respectively disposed on two sides of the cantilever portion 121. The second card slot 123 is disposed near the outer surface of the watch case 1, and the buffer slot 122 is disposed opposite to the outer surface of the watch case 1. The first predetermined width may be 0.08mm to 0.12mm, such that the width of the track groove 10 is reduced by 0.08mm to 0.12mm, such as 0.1mm, 0.11mm, and the like. Thus, after pre-rolling, the track groove 10 has a certain binding force on the ornament 2, and the ornament 2 is not difficult to be taken down, so that the ornament 2 is convenient to check and replace before final rolling.
The cantilever portion 121 is spaced apart from the bottom wall of the track groove 10, and a buffer groove 122 is formed between the cantilever portion 121 and the bottom wall of the track groove 10, so that when the cantilever portion 121 deforms toward the bottom wall of the track groove 10, the cantilever portion can deform toward the buffer groove 122 without pressing the bottom wall of the track groove 10.
In step S40, the defective ornament 2 is screened and replaced with the ornament 2, and the defective ornament 2 may be a broken ornament 2 or an ornament 2 whose adjacent distance is too large. Screening before the final rolling can improve the production yield of watchcase 1, reduction in production cost. Before screening, the rolled watchcase 1 is cleaned, so that detection is convenient, and ultrasonic cleaning can be adopted. Specifically, the broken decorations 2 may be manually detected using a magnifier or automatically detected using a detection camera, and then the broken decorations 2 may be removed and replaced with the decorations 2 having the same size. When the magnifier is used for manual detection or the detection camera is used for automatically detecting the parts with larger intervals of the ornaments 2, the ornaments 2 at the positions are also cancelled, and the ornaments 2 with other sizes are replaced, so that the intervals between the re-assembled ornaments 2 are reduced.
In step S50, watch case 1 is finally rolled to reduce the width of track groove 10 by a second predetermined width. Specifically, watch case 1 is formed in a ring shape, and the ring-shaped inner wall of watch case 1 and the end surface of inner ring 12 facing the outer surface are respectively rolled to press inner ring 12 toward the inside of track groove 10 and also press bottom 23 of track groove 10, so that ornament 2 is wrapped as much as possible by watch case 1, and ornament 2 is fixed in track groove 10. The second predetermined width may be selected to be 0.2 to 0.3mm, such that the width of the track groove 10 is reduced again by 0.2mm to 0.3mm, such as 0.25mm, 0.3mm, etc. Thus, after the finish rolling, 97% to 100% of the decorations 2 are firmly fixed in the rail groove 10 and do not fall off during the use.
After step S50, the damaged garnish 2 or the loosened garnish 2 is detected by ultrasonic vibration. This is unqualified product, can not continue to process, avoids processing unqualified product, extravagant productivity.
Referring to fig. 7, in step S60, case 1 is finished according to the design size of case 1. In fig. 2, 3, 5 and 6, the dashed line inside watch case 1 is the design shape of watch case 1, and watch case 1 is finished according to the dashed line shape. After finish machining, the watch case 1 is ground, polished and electroplated, so that the appearance of the watch case 1 is more attractive.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
