The shape of the shell and the like is suitable for the brim of a hat, and the size can be increased in some cases to meet the requirement, such as higher space, better shading, more attention of other people and the like.
In some cases, the lower edge of the shell 1 may have an opening 9, in order to prevent accidental pulling of the shell 1 when the cap is removed; furthermore, the provision of the opening 9 allows for easier removal of the exchangeable insert 4 or the hanging card 4.1 from the housing 1.
The longitudinal ribs 10 on the outer shell 1 serve to increase the friction between the outer shell and the visor and also facilitate processing and increase structural strength.
The special shape of the shell 1 is not completely consistent with the bending of the cap peak 2, so that the cap peak 2 and the shell 1 can be attached more closely, and the shell 1 is prevented from sliding down.
