Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of food processing, in particular to a chicken intestine oil and chicken intestine powder co-production process.
Background
With the expansion of the processing scale of livestock and poultry products, a large amount of byproducts are generated. Deep processing and comprehensive utilization of livestock and poultry byproducts are key links for adjusting product structures and changing development modes of enterprises, the problems of low technical content, low automation degree, low comprehensive utilization level, low added value and short industrial chain exist in livestock and poultry product processing in China for a long time, and only the livestock and poultry byproducts are subjected to deep processing and extreme utilization through high and new technical means, so that waste can be changed into valuable, and the economic benefit is increased.
In 2004 to 2012, the annual yield and consumption of chicken in China are continuously increased, the annual yield and sales of chicken are slightly reduced due to the influence of factors such as epidemic situations and the like since 2013, and the annual yield of chicken in 2018 is 1,170 ten thousand tons. A small amount of byproducts of the chicken intestines are processed into dishes by human beings, a part of the chicken intestines are used for processing feed or fertilizer, and a considerable part of the chicken intestines are discarded, so that resource waste, environmental pollution and hidden danger of disease transmission are caused. Therefore, the high-new steam explosion technology is adopted to carry out deep processing on leftovers such as chicken viscera mainly comprising chicken intestines, the additional value of the product is improved, the method has positive significance for saving energy, reducing emission and promoting environmental protection, and a new way is opened up for the efficient utilization of livestock and poultry products.
At present, the processing method of chicken intestines mainly comprises three methods: the normal-pressure cooking method, the high-pressure cooking method and the enzymolysis method are more used domestically, but the two traditional processing technologies have higher energy consumption and cost. The enzymolysis production process has the disadvantages of complicated steps, long period and unstable product quality and yield.
