Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of preservation equipment, and particularly relates to novel ozone coupling ultraviolet preservation equipment for Lingwu long jujubes.
Background
The Lingwu long jujube is an excellent fresh-eating jujube variety with local characteristics in the autonomous region of Ningxia Hui nationality, and in recent years, the long jujube industry is rapidly developed, so that the economic benefit brought to local farmers is quite abundant. However, due to the physiological and biochemical characteristics of the long-term jujubes and the adverse environmental stress of the storage environment after the long-term jujubes are picked, the long-term jujubes are seriously lost after the long-term jujubes are picked, and the commodity value is greatly reduced. Fresh jujubes are not treated at normal temperature after being harvested and are placed for 24 hours, the water loss rate is over 5 percent, and the Vc is seriously lost and the nutritional value is reduced due to much water loss, physiological metabolism disorder, fruit flesh alcoholization and the like; the rot phenomenon appears after 5-7 days, and the edible value and the commodity value are nearly lost. In recent years, with the rapid expansion of planting area of Lingwu long dates, the date farmers urgently need to master the storage and preservation technology of long dates. If the producing area does not have related fresh-keeping technology and storage and transportation conditions, severe consequences of 'rotten in busy seasons and off-season' are caused.
At present, the storage and the preservation of the Lingwu long dates after the picking mainly comprise modified atmosphere preservation treatment, low temperature treatment, preservative treatment and the like at home and abroad. During the storage and transportation process, related research achieves certain effect. The modified atmosphere preservation and vacuum refrigeration preservation treatment technology has high cost, the chemical preservative has low relative cost, but secondary pollution can be caused to fruits, and the quality of the pulp is adversely affected. But the problem of the lingwu long jujube which is easy to lose water and soften the wine is not completely solved. The invention provides equipment for keeping Lingwu long jujubes fresh, which obviously improves the shelf life of the long jujubes, is convenient to operate and is suitable for practical application of enterprises.
Through searching, the following patent documents relevant to the present application are found, and the specific disclosures are as follows:
1. a red date preservation process (CN 106615042A) discloses a process that red dates are washed, scalded and sterilized by clear water at 80-90 ℃ for 20-30 min, air-dried for surface moisture, secondarily sterilized by ozone with the concentration of 5-10 ppm for 20-30 min, and then transferred to an aseptic packaging workshop for vacuum packaging, wherein the defects of the patent are that heat-sensitive active substances are seriously lost after ① blanching and sterilization, ② ozone half-life period is short, but part of ozone is still dissipated into the air to cause harm to human bodies, and ③ operation process temperature fluctuation is large and influences the quality of the red dates.
2. When the humidity probe detects that the humidity in the sub-warehouse is lower than the set suitable storage humidity, the conversion switch of the atomization humidifier is turned on, micron-sized water mist is circularly humidified in the warehouse along with air convection, and the conversion switch is turned off when the humidity is suitable for storage. In addition, micron-sized particles formed by atomizing food-grade bud inhibitors such as CIPC, chlorine dioxide and the like and bactericides are adopted to treat the sweet potatoes to inhibit buds and bacteria. When the bactericide is stored for a long time, the bactericide can be treated in a pulse mode regularly according to needs, and the treatment is carried out every 40 to 60 seconds, and various bactericides can be used alternately to avoid phytotoxicity and pathogenic bacteria drug resistance. Moreover, during the storage period, the ultraviolet ozone pulse type synergistic treatment is performed at regular time every day, the ozone concentration is 30ppm, the treatment is performed for 30min, the storage quality is ensured, and the environment-friendly and safe effects are achieved.
Atomization effect test data:
the bacteriostatic performance of atomized chlorine dioxide and peracetic acid on salmonella typhimurium is improved along with the increase of the concentration of the atomized chlorine dioxide and peracetic acid. In-vivo bacteriostasis tests on Lingwu long jujube show that 100mg/kg of chlorine dioxide, 200mg/kg of peroxyacetic acid, a combination of 2% of lactic acid, 2% of acetic acid and 2% of levulinic acid and an organic acid combination of 3% of lactic acid and 3% of acetic acid have more than 5log CFU/fruit of the salmonella typhimurium inoculated on the surface of the Lingwu long jujube. The aerosolized chlorine dioxide treatment of 400mg/kg inhibited Salmonella typhimurium tomato stem-apex by more than 5log CFU/fruit. During storage, the bacteriostatic agent treatment has no obvious influence on the physicochemical indexes and the quality of the Lingwu long jujube. The inhibition of the atomized hydrogen peroxide treatment on the salmonella typhimurium and the listeria inoculated on the surface of the ziziphus jujubes can reduce 5log CFU/fruit, and the inhibition on the escherichia coli O157: h7 may then fall below the detection range. Atomized hydrogen peroxide treatment of salmonella typhimurium, escherichia coli O157: the inhibitory amounts of H7 and Listeria were between 1.0-1.4log CFU/fruit. Under the same treatment conditions, the inhibition of Salmonella typhimurium and Listeria monocytogenes inoculated on spinach leaves was 4.2 and 4.0log CFU/leaf, respectively.
