The drum-type washing machine 1 is provided with a plurality of operation courses (for example, a washing course, a washing-and-drying course, and a drying course). A plurality of operation programs are selectable via the operation display unit 13. The control device 100 controls the main motor 33, the water supply valve 44, the drain valve 53, the heat pump unit 81, and the blower fan 82 in accordance with the selected operation program. The washing process includes, for example, a washing step, a rinsing step, and a dehydrating step.
The control device 100 further includes a softener input control unit 101. The softener input control unit 101 is a function realized by the CPU executing a predetermined program.
In the final rinsing step, the softener input controller 101 supplies water from the water supply unit 41 to the inside of the water tank 20 through the first water supply pipe 431, switches the water supply path 43 from the first water supply pipe 431 to the second water supply pipe 432, and controls the water supply unit 41 and the water supply valve 44 to supply water from the water supply unit 41 to the inside of the water tank 20 through the second water supply pipe 432.
For example, in the final rinsing step, after a first time t1 (e.g., 12 seconds) has elapsed since the water supply unit 41 started supplying water into the water tank 20 via the first water supply pipe 431, the softener input control unit 101 controls the water supply valve 44 to switch the water supply path 43 from the first water supply pipe 431 to the second water supply pipe 432, and starts supplying water into the water tank 20 via the second water supply pipe 432.
After a second time t2 (for example, 10 seconds) elapses from the start of the water supply to the inside of the water tank 20 via the second water supply pipe 432, the softener input controller 101 controls the water supply valve 44 to stop the water supply to the inside of the water tank 20 via the second water supply pipe 432. After a third time t3 (for example, within 10 seconds) has elapsed since the water supply to the inside of the water tank 20 via the second water supply pipe 432 was stopped, the softener input control unit 101 restarts the water supply to the inside of the water tank 20 via the second water supply pipe 432. The second water supply to the inside of the water tank 20 via the second water supply pipe 432 is performed until a fourth time t4 (for example, 55 seconds) elapses from the second water supply to the inside of the water tank 20 via the second water supply pipe 432.
After a fourth time t4 elapses from the second water supply to the inside of the water tank 20 via the second water supply pipe 432, the softener input control unit 101 determines whether or not the water level inside the water tank 20 is the preset water level based on the water level inside the water tank 20 detected by the water level sensor 61. When it is determined that the water level inside the water tank 20 is the preset water level, the softener input controller 101 controls the water supply valve 44 to stop the water supply to the inside of the water tank 20 through the second water supply pipe 432. On the other hand, when it is determined that the water level inside the water tank 20 is not the preset water level, the softener input controller 101 supplies water to the inside of the water tank 20 through the second water supply pipe 432 until it is determined that the water level inside the water tank 20 is the preset water level.
When the rinsing step is performed only once, the final rinsing step is performed as the rinsing step, and when the rinsing step is performed a plurality of times, the final rinsing step is the final rinsing step of the rinsing steps performed a plurality of times.
For example, in the final rinsing step, when water is supplied to the inside of the water tank 20 through the second water supply pipe 432 instead of the first water supply pipe 431, water containing the softener first supplied to the inside of the water tank 20 may flow into the drain passage 51 and may not be deposited on the laundry 110 to the drain pipe 54. In this case, the user must input a larger amount of the softener than the amount of the softener originally required in order to attach a desired amount of the softener to the laundry 110.
In the drum-type washing machine 1 of the first embodiment, in the final rinsing step, after water is supplied from the water supply portion 41 to the inside of the water tub 20 through the first water supply pipe 431, the water supply path 43 is switched from the first water supply pipe to the second water supply pipe, and water is supplied from the water supply portion to the inside of the water tub through the second water supply pipe. That is, after the supply of water containing no softener is performed inside the water tank 20, the supply of water containing softener is performed. This allows the softener to be contained in the water supplied to the inside of the water tank 20 without depositing on the bottom of the water tank 20, and therefore, the efficiency of adhesion of the softener to the clothes can be improved.
After a predetermined time (for example, a first time t1) has elapsed since the start of the water supply to the inside of the water tank 20 via the first water supply pipe 431, the water supply path 43 is switched from the first water supply pipe 431 to the second water supply pipe 432, and the water supply to the inside of the water tank 20 via the second water supply pipe 432 is started. Thus, the adhesion efficiency of the softening agent to the clothing can be improved with a simple configuration.
In addition, the device also comprises: a drain path 51 for discharging water in the water tank 20 to the outside, a circulation path 70 connected to the drain path 51 and the inside of the water tank 20, and a circulation pump 71 disposed on the circulation path 70 for returning water flowing from the inside of the water tank 20 into the drain path 51 to the inside of the water tank 20 and circulating the water. For example, in the final rinsing step, by controlling circulating pump 71 to circulate the water flowing from the inside of water tank 20 into drain path 51 back to the inside of water tank 20, the softener can be reliably contained in the water supplied to the inside of water tank 20 without settling the softener on the bottom of water tank 20. This can further improve the efficiency of adhesion of the softening agent to the garment.
(second embodiment)
In the drum type washing machine of the first embodiment, the first and second water supply pipes 431 and 432 are switched by one water supply valve 44, but is not limited thereto. For example, water supply valves may be provided in the first and second water supply pipes 431 and 432, respectively. If the water supply valve provided in the first water supply pipe 431 is a main water supply valve and the water supply valve provided in the second water supply pipe 432 is a sub water supply valve, the detergent input control part 101 performs on/off control of the main water supply valve and the sub water supply valve as shown in fig. 4 in the final rinsing step. Accordingly, after water is supplied from the water supply unit 41 to the inside of the water tank 20 through the first water supply pipe 431, the water supply path 43 is switched from the first water supply pipe 431 to the second water supply pipe 432, and water is supplied from the water supply unit 41 to the inside of the water tank 20 through the second water supply pipe 432.
(third embodiment)
In the drum type washing machine 1 of the first embodiment, the water supply path 43 is switched from the first water supply pipe 431 to the second water supply pipe 432 after a predetermined time has elapsed since the water is supplied to the inside of the water tank 20 through the first water supply pipe 431, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the water supply path 43 may be switched from the first water supply pipe 431 to the second water supply pipe 432 by the water level inside the water tank 20 detected by the water level sensor 61, or the water supply path 43 may be switched from the first water supply pipe 431 to the second water supply pipe 432 when a predetermined amount of water (for example, 2 liters) is supplied to the inside of the water tank 20 from the water supply to the inside of the water tank 20 through the first water supply pipe 431.
(fourth embodiment)
The drum-type washing machine 1 according to the first embodiment includes: a circulation path 70 connected to the drain path 51 and the inside of the water tank 20, and a circulation pump 71 disposed on the circulation path 70 and circulating the water flowing from the inside of the water tank 20 into the drain path 51 back to the inside of the water tank 20. The circulation path 70 and the circulation pump 71 can be omitted according to the design of the drum-type washing machine 1.
Here, the adhesion amount of the softener in the case where water is supplied into the water tank via the second water supply pipe after water is supplied into the water tank via the first water supply pipe in the final rinsing step, and the adhesion amount of the softener in the case where water is supplied into the water tank 20 via the second water supply pipe without water being supplied into the water tank via the first water supply pipe 431 in the final rinsing step is measured for the drum-type washing machine 1 of the first embodiment (the circulation path 70 and the circulation pump 71 are present) and the drum-type washing machine of the fourth embodiment (the circulation path 70 and the circulation pump 71 are not present).
(measurement conditions)
2kg of JIS cloth +5 pieces of fresh towels were used as the laundry 110.
No detergent is used.
Use 12ml of a commercially available softener as softener.
The laundry 110 is stored in the drum 30, and the washing process (note) is performed in one cycle, and after the washing process is completed, the amount of the softener attached to each towel is measured.
The measurement of the amount of the softener attached was performed by measuring the odor of each towel.
The odor of each towel was measured for (1) immediately after completion of the washing process, (2) when it was allowed to dry naturally, and (3) when it was dried by using the heat pump unit 81. For (2) and (3), the odor was measured after wiping the dried towels.
In the drum-type washing machine 1 (circulation path 70 and circulation pump 71) of the first embodiment, the following results are obtained. That is, in the final rinsing step, when the adhering amount (odor) of the softener in the case where water is supplied into the water tank 20 through the second water supply pipe without supplying water into the water tank 20 through the first water supply pipe 431 is 1, the adhering amount (odor) of the softener in the case where water is supplied into the water tank through the second water supply pipe after supplying water into the water tank through the first water supply pipe is 2.1 times in the case where (1) the amount immediately after the completion of the washing process is 1.0 times, the amount (odor) in the case where (2) the water is naturally dried, and the amount (odor) in the case where the water is dried by using the heat pump unit 81 is 1.7 times.
In the drum-type washing machine 1 according to the fourth embodiment (without the circulation path 70 and the circulation pump 71), the following results were obtained. That is, in the final rinsing step, when the adhering amount (odor) of the softener in the case where water is supplied into the water tank 20 through the second water supply pipe 432 without supplying water into the water tank 20 through the first water supply pipe 431 is 1, the adhering amount (odor) of the softener in the case where water is supplied into the water tank through the first water supply pipe and then supplied into the water tank through the second water supply pipe is 1.7 times in the case where (1) the washing process is immediately completed, 2.1 times in the case where (2) the washing process is naturally dried, and 2.0 times in the case where (3) the washing process is dried by using the heat pump unit 81.
As is apparent from the measurement results, in the final rinsing step, water is supplied into the water tank through the first water supply pipe and then supplied into the water tank through the second water supply pipe, thereby improving the adhesion efficiency of the softener to the clothes. Further, it is found that the adhesion efficiency of the softening agent to the clothes is further improved in the drum-type washing machine 1 not having the circulation path 70 and the circulation pump 71.
The various embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above with reference to the drawings, and finally, various embodiments of the present invention are described.
A drum-type washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
a water tank 20;
a drum 30 rotatably disposed inside the water tub 20 and accommodating laundry 110; a water supply section 41 that supplies water from the outside;
a detergent box 42 having a first storage portion 421 capable of storing detergent and a second storage portion 422 provided independently of the first storage portion 421 and capable of storing softener;

and a softener input controller 101 for switching the water supply path 41 from the first water supply pipe 431 to the second water supply pipe 432 after supplying water from the water supply unit 41 to the inside of the water tank 20 through the first water supply pipe 431 in a final rinsing step, and controlling the water supply unit 41 and the water supply switching unit 41 so that water is supplied from the water supply unit 44 to the inside of the water tank 20 through the second water supply pipe 432.
According to the drum type washing machine 1 of the above embodiment, in the final rinsing step, after water is supplied from the water supply portion 41 to the inside of the water tub 20 through the first water supply pipe 431, the water supply path 43 is switched from the first water supply pipe to the second water supply pipe, and water is supplied from the water supply portion to the inside of the water tub through the second water supply pipe. That is, after supplying water containing no softener inside the water tank 20, supplying water containing softener is performed. Thus, the softener can be contained in the water supplied inside the water tank 20 without being deposited on the bottom of the water tank 20, and therefore, the efficiency of adhesion of the softener to the clothes can be improved.
In addition, in the drum type washing machine 1 of one embodiment,
