The controller controls the electric telescopic rods at the corresponding positions to brake to extend the corresponding sealing side plates to perform heat dissipation for a set time threshold, and when the temperature in the server heat dissipation box is detected to be still higher than a set first temperature threshold, the controller controls the hydraulic oil pump to work, and the hydraulic oil pump is used for pumping the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank into the hydraulic cylinder, so that the hydraulic cylinder lifts the whole server heat dissipation box from the base to perform heat dissipation;
when the temperature in the server heat dissipation box is detected to be lower than a set second temperature threshold value, controlling the electric telescopic rod to return to recover the corresponding sealing side plate; and controlling the hydraulic oil pump to stop working so that the server heat dissipation box falls back to the base.

Claims (10)

1. A server heat dissipation cabinet is characterized by comprising a server heat dissipation box (1), wherein rectangular through holes (2) are formed in the top and the side of the server heat dissipation box (1), a sealing side plate (3) is installed at the position of the rectangular through hole in the side of the server heat dissipation box, and a sealing top plate (5) is installed at the position of the rectangular through hole in the top of the server heat dissipation box; the sealing side plate (3) and the sealing top plate (5) are both provided with a heat-dissipation dustproof fan box (13), and a heat-dissipation fan (16) is arranged in the heat-dissipation dustproof fan box (13);
electric telescopic rods (6) are arranged at four corners of each sealing side plate (3), and the sealing side plates (3) are arranged on the server heat dissipation box (1) through the electric telescopic rods (6); electric telescopic rods (6) are installed at four corners of the sealing top plate (5), and the sealing top plate (5) is installed at the top of the server heat dissipation box (1) through the electric telescopic rods (6).

The server heat dissipation cabinet as claimed in claim 1, wherein a bell mouth (17) is arranged on one side of the heat dissipation fan (16), an air pipe (18) is installed on one side of the bell mouth (17), the air pipe (18) is connected with a water tank (19), and an air outlet pipe (21) is installed at the top of the water tank (19).
3. The heat sink cabinet for server as claimed in claim 2, wherein the top plate in the water tank (19) is installed with filter cotton (20).
4. The heat dissipation cabinet for the servers, as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sealing side plate (3) is connected with the sealing door (9) through a hinge, and the heat dissipation dustproof fan box (13) is installed on the sealing door (9); and a handle (11) is arranged on the sealing door (9).

The server heat dissipation cabinet according to claim 1, further comprising a base (14), wherein the hydraulic cylinders (10) are fixedly mounted at four corners of the bottom end (14), a hydraulic oil pump (22) and a hydraulic oil tank (23) are mounted in the base (14), and the hydraulic oil pump (22) is connected to the hydraulic cylinders (10) and the hydraulic oil tank (23) through hydraulic oil pipes, and is configured to supply oil to the hydraulic cylinders (10) to enable the hydraulic cylinders to move up and down in a telescopic manner.
6. The heat sink cabinet for server as claimed in claim 5, wherein the bottom of the base (14) is provided with support legs (15) at four corners.
7. A server heat sink cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the inner sides of the sealing side plates (3) and the inner sides of the sealing top plates (5) are provided with cooling liquid pipes (12).
8. A heat dissipation control system of a server heat dissipation cabinet is characterized by comprising the server heat dissipation cabinet, a power supply and a controller; the server heat dissipation cabinet is the server heat dissipation cabinet of any one of claims 1-7;
a temperature sensor is arranged in the server heat dissipation box and connected with the controller; the electric telescopic rod (6) is connected with the controller; the heat radiation fan (16) is connected with the controller; when the server heat dissipation cabinet comprises the hydraulic cylinder (10), the hydraulic cylinder (10) is connected with the controller through the hydraulic oil pump (22); the power supply is respectively connected with the hydraulic oil pump (22) and the controller.
9. A heat dissipation control method for a heat dissipation cabinet of a server is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the temperature sensor detects the temperature in the server heat dissipation box, and when the temperature is higher than a set first temperature threshold value, the controller controls the heat dissipation fan to be connected with a power supply to dissipate heat of the server;
after a cooling fan is started to cool for a set time threshold, when the temperature in the server cooling box is detected to be still higher than a set first temperature threshold, a controller controls the electric telescopic rod at the corresponding position to brake, and the corresponding sealing side plate extends out to dissipate heat;
when the temperature in the server heat dissipation box is detected to be lower than a set second temperature threshold value, controlling the electric telescopic rod to return to recover the corresponding sealing side plate;
when the temperature in the server heat dissipation box is detected to be lower than a set third temperature threshold, controlling the heat dissipation fan to stop working; wherein the third temperature threshold is less than the second temperature threshold, and the second temperature threshold is less than or equal to the first temperature threshold.
10. The method of claim 9, further comprising: after the controller controls the electric telescopic rods at the corresponding positions to brake and extend the corresponding sealing side plates to radiate heat for a set time threshold, when the temperature in the server radiating box is detected to be still higher than a set first temperature threshold, the controller controls a hydraulic oil pump to work, hydraulic oil in a hydraulic oil tank is pumped into a hydraulic cylinder by using the hydraulic oil pump, and the hydraulic cylinder lifts the whole server radiating box from the base to radiate heat;
when the temperature in the server heat dissipation box is detected to be lower than a set second temperature threshold value, controlling the electric telescopic rod to return to recover the corresponding sealing side plate; and controlling the hydraulic oil pump to stop working so that the server heat dissipation box falls back to the base.
