A portable outdoor communication equipment mechanism according to claim 1, wherein: the two second belt pulleys (23) and the first belt pulley (21) are on the same horizontal line, the surfaces of the two second belt pulleys (23) are in transmission connection with the surface of the first belt pulley (21) through a belt (24), and the diameter of the first belt pulley (21) is larger than that of the second belt pulley (23).
