Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present invention. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the invention, as detailed in the appended claims.
In the related art, account password information is input manually through active binding of a user; or sending a binding request, carrying out related binding operations such as information verification and the like by sending a short message verification code by an operator, and binding a plurality of devices to the same account. In the binding process, the operation process is cumbersome.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a device binding method, wherein a first device autonomously binds other devices under the same account number by monitoring surrounding wireless communication signals, and can directly bind a plurality of devices without user operation, which is convenient and fast.
FIG. 1 is a flow chart illustrating a method of device binding according to an example embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the device binding method is applied to a first device, and the first device may include: any intelligent device such as a mobile phone, a tablet, or a computer is not limited in this disclosure. The first device method includes the following steps S11 to S12.
In step S11, the wireless communication signal transmitted by the second device is listened to.
In this embodiment of the present disclosure, the second device is a device to which the specified account is not bound. The second device may be a same kind of smart device as the first device, or may be a different kind of smart device, which is not limited in this disclosure. The first device monitors a wireless communication signal sent by the second device, so that whether the second device with the unbound specified account exists around the first device or not is found conveniently, and the second device with the unbound specified account is found beneficially. In an embodiment, the second device may be a device to which another account is bound but not to which an account of the first device is bound, and the second device may also be a device to which no account is bound, which is not limited in this disclosure.
In the disclosure, the first device may be bound with the specified account in advance, and the specified account is in a working state by starting the first device, so that a monitoring function of the first device is triggered conveniently, and the first device is used for monitoring a wireless communication signal of the second device. For example, the first device may be a smartphone installed with an MIUI system, and the smartphone installed with the MIUI system may be previously bound with an MIUI system account.
The first device may also trigger a monitoring function of the first device by using an application program containing a specified account to monitor a wireless communication signal transmitted by the second device. For example, the first device may be a smartphone, on which a mijie application is installed, and the mijie application has a corresponding specified account. In an embodiment, the monitored wireless communication signals may include bluetooth signals, wireless fidelity WIFI signals, or bluetooth signals and wireless fidelity WIFI signals, which is convenient for the first device to autonomously monitor the second devices to be bound in the same surrounding area, so that the binding between the intelligent device and the designated account is more accurate.
In step S12, in response to monitoring the wireless communication signal sent by the second device, and the distance between the second device and the first device is smaller than the set distance threshold, a binding request is sent to the second device and the second device is bound to the specified account.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the first device responds to the second device according to whether the wireless communication signal sent by the second device is monitored, and performs communication interaction with the second device. And confirming the distance between the second equipment and the first equipment by using distance measuring means such as phase distance measuring or laser distance measuring, and when the distance between the second equipment and the first equipment is smaller than a set distance threshold, the first equipment sends a binding request of a specified account to the second equipment to bind the second equipment and the specified account in the first equipment. And when the distance between the second equipment and the first equipment is greater than the set distance threshold, not binding. The account binding relationship is limited through the distance threshold, and therefore the intelligent device which is large in range and irrelevant to the current specified account is prevented from being mistakenly bound.
According to the embodiment, the two devices are bound independently through wireless communication interaction, manual operation of a user is not needed, and the device is convenient and fast.
In another example of the present disclosure, when a device is bound, a popup window may prompt a user whether to receive binding of the smart device, and the smart device is bound to a specific account according to an autonomous selection of the user.
Fig. 2 is a flow diagram illustrating another method of device binding according to an example embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, the device binding method includes the following steps S21 to S23.
In step S21, the wireless communication signal transmitted by the second device is listened to.
In step S22, the popup displays the presentation information.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, after the first device discovers the second device by monitoring the wireless communication signal, the popup window is used to display the prompt information to prompt the user whether to bind the second device with the specified account. And after the binding is confirmed according to a first operation instruction input by a user and used for selecting the binding of the second equipment and the specified account, the first equipment responds according to a wireless communication signal sent by the second equipment and sends a binding request. In an embodiment, after a second operation instruction for canceling the binding of the second device and the specified account is input by the user according to the prompt information displayed by the popup window, the first device responds according to the wireless communication signal sent by the second device, cancels the sending of the binding request to the second device, and enables the user to freely select the intelligent device bound under the specified account. The second operation instruction may be various instructions characterizing the unbinding, and for example, may be a voice input instruction, a gesture instruction, or the like different from the first operation instruction.
Through the embodiment, after the first device is confirmed by the user, the first device responds according to the wireless communication signal sent by the second device, and the second device is bound with the specified account, so that the binding relationship between the second device and the specified account is more accurate.
Fig. 3 is a flow chart illustrating yet another method of device binding according to an example embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the device binding method includes the following steps S31 to S33.
In step S31, the wireless communication signal transmitted by the second device is listened to.
In step S32, a list item for a user to select a sub-account is displayed, the list item including a plurality of sub-accounts included in a specified account.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after monitoring the wireless communication signal sent by the second device, the first device displays a list item for the user to select the sub-account. And the user selects the sub-account bound by the second device according to the list item, and binds the second device with the selected sub-account. The sub-accounts may be distinguished according to attributes, such as: an application scenario or an application location. The list items comprise a plurality of sub-accounts included in the specified account. For example, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the plurality of sub-accounts associated under the account specified in the mike application may be accounts of each family. By binding the second device to the corresponding sub-account, the user can conveniently bind the designated sub-accounts to the multiple devices to be bound through one designated account.
In step S33, in response to monitoring the wireless communication signal sent by the second device, and the distance between the second device and the first device is smaller than a set distance threshold, the second device is bound with a sub-account based on the sub-account selected by the user.
Based on the same invention idea, the present disclosure also provides another device binding method, which is applied to a second device not bound with a specific account.
Fig. 4 is a flow chart illustrating yet another method of device binding according to an example embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, the device binding method includes the following steps S41 through S42.
In step S41, a wireless communication signal is transmitted.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the second device performs communication interaction with other devices by transmitting a wireless communication signal, so that the other devices can monitor according to the wireless communication signal transmitted by the second device, so as to bind with the specified account. The other device may be, for example, the first device to which embodiments of the present disclosure relate.
In an embodiment, the wireless communication signal may include a bluetooth signal, a WIFI signal, or a bluetooth signal and a WIFI signal, which facilitates interaction between devices in the same area, so that the second device and the designated account are accurately bound.
In step S42, a binding request sent by the first device that listens for the wireless communication signal is received, and binding is performed with the specified account based on the binding request.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the first device sends a binding request for binding with a specified account to the second device in response to the monitored wireless communication signal of the second device. It is understood that, in order to implement the above functions, the device binding apparatus provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure includes a hardware structure and/or a software module for performing each function. The disclosed embodiments can be implemented in hardware or a combination of hardware and computer software, in combination with the exemplary elements and algorithm steps disclosed in the disclosed embodiments. Whether a function is performed as hardware or computer software drives hardware depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the solution. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present disclosure.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram illustrating an apparatus for device binding according to an example embodiment. As shown in fig. 5, the device binding apparatus 100 is applied to a first device, and the device binding apparatus 100 includes: a listening unit 110 and a binding unit 120.
The monitoring unit 110 is configured to monitor a wireless communication signal sent by a second device, where the second device is a device to which an account is not bound.

Referring to fig. 7, the apparatus 300 may include one or more of the following components: processing component 302, memory 304, power component 306, multimedia component 308, audio component 310, input/output (I/O) interface 312, sensor component 314, and communication component 316.
The processing component 302 generally controls overall operation of the device 300, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing components 302 may include one or more processors 320 to execute instructions to perform all or a portion of the steps of the methods described above. Further, the processing component 302 can include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between the processing component 302 and other components. For example, the processing component 302 may include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 308 and the processing component 302.
The memory 304 is configured to store various types of data to support operations at the device 300. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on device 300, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth. The memory 304 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
The power supply component 306 provides power to the various components of the device 300. The power components 306 may include a power management system, one or more power sources, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the device 800.
The multimedia component 308 includes a screen that provides an output interface between the device 300 and a user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. For example, audio component 310 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when apparatus 300 is in an operating mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may further be stored in the memory 304 or transmitted via the communication component 316. In some embodiments, audio component 310 also includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The I/O interface 312 provides an interface between the processing component 302 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor assembly 314 includes one or more sensors for providing various aspects of status assessment for the device 300. For example, sensor assembly 314 may detect an open/closed state of device 300, the relative positioning of components, such as a display and keypad of apparatus 300, the change in position of apparatus 300 or a component of apparatus 300, the presence or absence of user contact with apparatus 300, the orientation or acceleration/deceleration of apparatus 300, and the change in temperature of apparatus 300. Sensor assembly 314 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object without any physical contact. The sensor assembly 314 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 314 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 316 is configured to facilitate wired or wireless communication between the apparatus 300 and other devices. The device 300 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, 2G or 3G, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 316 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 316 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus 300 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions, such as the memory 304 comprising instructions, executable by the processor 320 of the apparatus 300 to perform the above-described method is also provided. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
It is further understood that the use of "a plurality" in this disclosure means two or more, as other terms are analogous. "and/or" describes the association relationship of the associated objects, meaning that there may be three relationships, e.g., a and/or B, which may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. The character "/" generally indicates that the former and latter associated objects are in an "or" relationship. The singular forms "a", "an", and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
It will be further understood that the terms "first," "second," and the like are used to describe various information and that such information should not be limited by these terms. These terms are only used to distinguish one type of information from another and do not denote a particular order or importance. Indeed, the terms "first," "second," and the like are fully interchangeable. For example, first information may also be referred to as second information, and similarly, second information may also be referred to as first information, without departing from the scope of the present disclosure.
It is further to be understood that while operations are depicted in the drawings in a particular order, this is not to be understood as requiring that such operations be performed in the particular order shown or in serial order, or that all illustrated operations be performed, to achieve desirable results. In certain environments, multitasking and parallel processing may be advantageous.

Claims (14)
1. A device binding method, applied to a first device, the method comprising:
monitoring a wireless communication signal sent by second equipment, wherein the second equipment is equipment not bound with a specified account;
and in response to the fact that the wireless communication signal sent by the second device is monitored, and the distance between the second device and the first device is smaller than a set distance threshold, sending a binding request to the second device and binding the second device with the specified account.
2. The device binding method of claim 1, further comprising:
displaying prompt information through a popup window, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting a user to input a first operation instruction for selecting the second equipment to be bound with the specified account;
and in response to detecting that the first operation instruction is used, sending a binding request to the second device and binding the second device with the specified account.
3. The device binding method according to claim 2, wherein the prompt message is used to prompt a user to input a second operation instruction for canceling the binding of the second device with the specified account, and the method further comprises:
in response to detecting that the second operation instruction is to be sent, canceling sending a binding request to the second device.
4. The device binding method according to claim 1, wherein the designated account includes a plurality of sub-accounts, and the method further includes:
displaying a list item for a user to select a sub-account, wherein the list item comprises a plurality of sub-accounts included in the specified account;
the binding the second device with the specified account includes:
and binding the second device with the sub-account based on the sub-account selected by the user.
5. The device binding method according to claim 1, wherein the listening to the second device is triggered by one or a combination of the following methods:
when the first equipment and the specified account number have a binding relationship, triggering and monitoring the second equipment when the first equipment is in a working state;
and triggering and monitoring the second device when the first device does not have the binding relationship with the specified account and the application program of the specified account is run on the first device.
6. A device binding method is applied to a second device which is not bound with a specified account, and comprises the following steps:
transmitting a wireless communication signal;
and receiving a binding request sent by the first equipment which monitors the wireless communication signal, and binding the binding request with the specified account based on the binding request.
7. An apparatus for binding devices, applied to a first device, the apparatus comprising:
the monitoring unit is used for monitoring a wireless communication signal sent by second equipment, wherein the second equipment is equipment not bound with a specified account;
and the binding unit is used for responding to the monitoring of the wireless communication signal sent by the second equipment, sending a binding request to the second equipment and binding the second equipment with the specified account in response to the condition that the distance between the second equipment and the first equipment is less than a set distance threshold.
8. The device binding apparatus of claim 7, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the prompting unit is used for displaying prompting information in a popup window, and the prompting information is used for prompting a user to input a first operation instruction for selecting the second equipment to be bound with the specified account;
the binding unit is further configured to send a binding request to the second device and bind the second device with the specified account in response to detecting that the first operation instruction is sent.
9. The device binding apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the prompt message is used to prompt a user to input a second operation instruction for canceling the binding of the second device with the specified account;
the binding unit is further configured to:
in response to detecting that the second operation instruction is to be sent, canceling sending a binding request to the second device.
10. The device binding apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the designated account includes a plurality of sub-accounts, and the apparatus further includes:
the display unit is used for displaying a list item used for a user to select a sub-account, wherein the list item comprises a plurality of sub-accounts included in the specified account;
the binding unit binds the second device with the specified account in the following manner:
and binding the second device with the sub-account based on the sub-account selected by the user.
11. The device binding apparatus of claim 7, wherein the listening unit triggers listening to the second device in one or a combination of the following manners:
when the first equipment and the specified account number have a binding relationship, triggering and monitoring the second equipment when the first equipment is in a working state;
and triggering and monitoring the second device when the first device does not have the binding relationship with the specified account and the application program of the specified account is run on the first device.
12. An apparatus for binding a device, applied to a second device not bound with a specific account, the apparatus comprising:
a transmitting unit for transmitting a wireless communication signal;
and the account binding unit is used for receiving a binding request sent by the first equipment which monitors the wireless communication signal, and binding the binding request with the specified account based on the binding request.
13. A network-distribution apparatus, comprising:
a memory to store instructions; and
a processor for invoking the memory-stored instructions to perform the device binding method of any of claims 1 to 5 or the device binding method of claim 6.
14. A computer-readable storage medium storing instructions which, when executed by a processor, perform the device binding method of any one of claims 1 to 5 or the device binding method of claim 6.
