1. A monitoring device for security management based on a block chain technology comprises a base (1), a fixing plate (2), a switching mechanism, a cleaning mechanism and two cameras (3), and is characterized in that a processor and a memory are arranged in the base (1), the processor is electrically connected with the memory, and the memory receives block chain data written by block chain nodes and stores the block chain data;
the switching mechanism is arranged above the base (1), the switching mechanism is in transmission connection with the fixed plate (2) and the cleaning mechanism, and the two cameras (3) are respectively fixed on two sides of the fixed plate (2);
the switching mechanism comprises a supporting assembly, a driven wheel (4), a belt (5), a first motor (6) and a driving wheel (7), the first motor (6) is fixed above the base (1), the first motor (6) is in transmission connection with the driving wheel (7), the driving wheel (7) is connected with the driven wheel (4) through the belt (5), the fixing plate (2) is fixed above the driven wheel (4), the diameter of the driven wheel (4) is twice of that of the driving wheel (7), and the driven wheel (4) is arranged above the base (1) through the supporting assembly;
the cleaning mechanism comprises a sealing pipe (8), a reciprocating assembly, a cleaning box (9), a cleaning pump (10), a conveying pipe (11) and a cleaning assembly, wherein the sealing pipe (8) is arranged above a driving wheel (7) through the reciprocating assembly, the cleaning box (9) is fixed at the bottom in the sealing pipe (8), the conveying pump is fixed on the cleaning box and is connected with the cleaning assembly through the conveying pipe (11), the cleaning assembly comprises a transverse pipe (12), a cleaning pipe (13), a wiping unit, a sliding unit, a rotating unit and a plurality of spray heads (14), the periphery of one end, far away from the cleaning pump (10), of the conveying pipe (11) is connected with the inner wall of the transverse pipe (12) in a sealing manner, the cleaning pipe (13) is fixed on the transverse pipe (12), and the spray heads (14) are uniformly distributed at two ends, far away from one side of the transverse pipe (12), of the cleaning pipe (13), shower nozzle (14) set up in stand pipe (8) through the slip unit, clean the unit and be connected with scavenge pipe (13), the unit rotates and is connected with violently pipe (12) transmission, the top of wasing the case is equipped with annotates liquid pipe (15), the top of annotating liquid pipe (15) is equipped with sealing plug (16).

The monitoring device for security and protection management based on the blockchain technology as claimed in claim 1, wherein the processor is a single chip or a PLC, the memory includes a memory database and a disk database, and the memory database and the disk database respectively receive blockchain data written by blockchain nodes and store the blockchain data.

The monitoring device for security management based on the block chain technology as claimed in claim 1, wherein the supporting component includes a rotating shaft (17) and two supporting units, the rotating shaft (17) is fixed below the driven wheel (4), the base (1) is sleeved on the rotating shaft (17), the two supporting units are respectively located at two sides of the base (1), the supporting units include a plurality of supporting blocks (18), the supporting blocks (18) are circumferentially and uniformly distributed at the periphery of the rotating shaft (17), one side of the supporting blocks (18) close to the base (1) is provided with a notch, a ball (19) is arranged in the notch, the notch is matched with the ball (19), the center of the ball (19) is arranged in the notch, and the ball (19) abuts against the base (1).
