本发明公开了一种喷水滚球牵引地下缆线敷设方法,采用预先埋入管道,然后用一个塑胶球,在塑胶球上,开一个孔,牵引线头端与塑胶球连接,牵引线的尾端与缆线连接;球放入管道中,从管道进球口灌水,在水力作用下,将球甩出管道出口处,然后采用抽水法,将管道中的水基本抽干;将牵引线头端从塑胶球商解开并连接在搅轴机上,通过搅轴机作用牵引缆线到达出口处,然后抽出缆线的套管,并将缆线连接到地面缆线上。本发明施工方便、质量好,不影响通航交通。

现有的过江河湖海道路地下缆线需进行栏埋,截流破路,从而影响通航交通。

本发明的目的在于提供一种施工方便、质量好的喷水滚球牵引地下缆线敷设方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种喷水滚球牵引地下缆线敷设方法,其特征是:采用预先埋入管道,然后用一个塑胶球,在塑胶球上,开一个孔,牵引线头端与塑胶球连接,牵引线的尾端与缆线连接;球放入管道中,从管道进球口灌水,在水力作用下,将球甩出管道出口处,然后采用抽水法,将管道中的水基本抽干;将牵引线头端从塑胶球商解开并连接在搅轴机上,通过搅轴机作用牵引缆线到达出口处,然后抽出缆线的套管,并将缆线连接到地面缆线上。
塑胶球可用橡胶球替代。
本发明施工方便、质量好,不影响通航交通。
