the first sealing ring comprises a first sealing part sleeved on the shielding cable and a flanging which is connected with the first sealing part and clamped between the tail cover and the connector shell, the flanging extends out towards the outer side of the first sealing part, and the flanging is contacted with the end face of the connector shell; the first sealing part is a cylinder with two open ends and hollow inside, a first outer bulge which protrudes outwards and is used for contacting with the inner circular surface of the connector shell is arranged on the outer circular surface of the first sealing part, and a first inner bulge which protrudes inwards and is used for contacting with the outer circular surface of the outer insulating layer of the shielded cable is arranged on the inner circular surface of the first sealing part; the flanging is of a circular ring-shaped structure extending along the whole circumferential direction on the outer circular surface of the first sealing part, the flanging extends out along the radial direction of the first sealing part and towards the outer side of the first sealing part, and the flanging is arranged at one axial end of the first sealing part; the first outer bulge is provided with a plurality of three first outer bulges which are sequentially arranged along the axial direction of the first sealing part and are distributed at equal intervals, all the first outer bulges are positioned on the same side of the flange, the first outer bulge is of a circular ring-shaped structure extending along the whole circumferential direction on the outer circular surface of the first sealing part, the outer diameter of the flange is larger than that of the first outer bulge, the first outer bulge extends out towards the outer side of the first sealing part along the radial direction of the first sealing part, the cross section of the first outer bulge is triangular, the first outer bulge is positioned in the connector shell, the tip end of the first outer bulge is contacted with the inner circular surface of the connector shell, a groove is formed between two axially adjacent first outer bulges, and the groove is a V-shaped groove;
the first inner bulge is provided with a plurality of first inner bulges, all the first inner bulges are sequentially arranged along the axial direction of the first sealing part and are distributed at equal intervals, the first inner bulge is of a circular ring-shaped structure extending along the whole circumferential direction on the inner circular surface of the first sealing part, the cross section of the first inner bulge is triangular, the first inner bulge extends towards the inside of the first sealing part along the radial direction of the first sealing part, the tip end of the first inner bulge is contacted with the outer circular surface of the shielding cable, a groove is formed between two axially adjacent first inner bulges, and the groove is a V-shaped groove; the first sealing ring is provided with a flange, after the first sealing ring is assembled into the connector shell, the flange is contacted with the end face of the shell, and the tail cover is buckled to the connector shell and then extrudes the flange to form sealing;
the second sealing ring comprises a second sealing part, a second outer bulge arranged on the outer circular surface of the second sealing part and a second inner bulge arranged on the inner circular surface of the second sealing part, the second sealing part is a cylinder with two open ends and hollow inside, the second outer bulge protrudes towards the outer side of the second sealing part, the second outer bulge is in contact with the inner circular surface of the wire connector shell, the second inner bulge protrudes towards the inner side of the second sealing part, and the second inner bulge is in contact with the outer circular surface of the inner insulating layer of the shielded cable;
the second outer bulges are arranged in a plurality of numbers, all the second outer bulges are sequentially arranged along the axial direction of the second sealing part and are distributed at equal intervals, the second outer bulges are of circular ring structures extending along the whole circumferential direction on the outer circular surface of the second sealing part, the second outer bulges extend towards the outer side of the second sealing part along the radial direction of the second sealing part, the cross sections of the second outer bulges are triangular, the second outer bulges are positioned in the wire connector shell, the tip ends of the second outer bulges are contacted with the inner circular surface of the wire connector shell, a groove is formed between every two axially adjacent second outer bulges, and the groove is a V-shaped groove; the second inner bulges are arranged in a plurality of numbers, all the second inner bulges are sequentially arranged along the axial direction of the second sealing part and are distributed at equal intervals, the second inner bulges are of circular ring structures extending along the whole circumferential direction on the inner circular surface of the second sealing part, the cross sections of the second inner bulges are triangular, the second inner bulges extend towards the inner part of the second sealing part along the radial direction of the second sealing part, the tip ends of the second inner bulges are contacted with the outer circular surface of the shielding cable, a groove is formed between two axially adjacent second inner bulges, and the groove is a V-shaped groove;
when assembling the high-voltage high-current shielding wire connector, sleeving the first sealing ring into the shielding cable; stripping an outer insulating layer and an inner insulating layer of a shielded cable according to a traditional process to expose a cable shielding layer and a conductor, then penetrating a shielding crimping sleeve from a stripping end of the cable shielding layer, penetrating a shielding contactor and placing the cable shielding layer between the shielding crimping sleeve and the shielding contactor, placing a crimping area on a crimping mold after assembling, and connecting the cable shielding layer with the shielding contactor by cold pressing; then, a second sealing ring is sleeved on the shielded cable, the sleeved cable and the whole pressed and connected cable penetrate into the connector shell, then the wiring terminal is pressed, and a third sealing ring and a retainer ring are sequentially sleeved on the mounting surface from the wiring terminal after the pressed and connected cable is pressed and connected;
the shielding conduction piece is an annular spiral spring sleeved on the shielding contactor, and the shielding contactor is provided with a groove for embedding the shielding conduction piece; the shielding contactor is communicated with the connector shell through the annular spiral spring, so that the conduction is ensured, and the complete shielding conduction connection is formed;
the shielding contactor comprises a first shielding contact part and a second shielding contact part, the shielding conducting piece is sleeved on the first shielding contact part, and the outer diameter of the first shielding contact part is larger than that of the second shielding contact part; the first shielding contact part and the second shielding contact part are both of circular structures and are coaxially arranged, the first shielding contact part is fixedly connected with one end of the second shielding contact part, the inner diameter of the first shielding contact part is the same as that of the second shielding contact part, and the inner circular surfaces of the first shielding contact part and the second shielding contact part are attached to the outer circular surface of the inner insulating layer of the shielding cable; the shielding crimping sleeve comprises a sleeve part and a flange part connected with the sleeve part, the sleeve part and the flange part are both of circular ring structures, the flange part is fixedly connected with one end of the sleeve part and is coaxial with the sleeve part, the inner diameter of the flange part is the same as that of the sleeve part, the outer diameter of the flange part is larger than that of the sleeve part and is positioned between the sleeve part and the first sealing ring, and the inner circular surface of the sleeve part is attached to the outer insulating layer of the shielding cable and the outer circular surface of the shielding layer of the cable; a section of cable shielding layer of the shielded cable is exposed out of the outer insulating layer, the length of the sleeve part is greater than that of the second shielding contact part, the second shielding contact part is a shielding compression joint area, the inner circular surface of the sleeve part is attached to the cable shielding layer, the sleeve part and the second shielding contact part are subjected to cold pressing, the cable shielding layer is connected with the second shielding contact part through cold pressing, and the shielding contactor is used for connecting the cable shielding layer with the connector metal shell through the annular spiral spring on the shielding contactor to realize the connection of the cable shielding layer and the connector shell;
the groove is an annular groove extending along the whole circumferential direction on the outer circular surface of the first shielding contact part; the sleeve part is a cylinder with two open ends and hollow inside, the flange part is a circular ring structure extending along the whole circumferential direction on the outer circular surface of the sleeve part, the flange part extends out towards the outer side of the sleeve part along the radial direction of the sleeve part, the flange part is arranged at one axial end of the sleeve part, and the flange part is positioned between the first sealing ring and the sleeve part;
the high-voltage large-current shielding wire connector also comprises a check ring which is connected with the wire connector shell and used for limiting a second sealing ring, so that the second sealing ring is prevented from moving axially, and the second sealing ring is positioned between the shielding contactor and the check ring; the check ring is of an annular structure, the check ring is sleeved on the shielded cable, and the inner circular surface of the check ring is attached to the outer circular surface of the inner insulating layer of the shielded cable;
the retainer ring is connected with the wire connector shell in a clamping mode, a plurality of buckles are arranged on the retainer ring, a clamping groove for embedding the buckles is formed in the wire connector shell, and the retainer ring is clamped at one end of the wire connector shell during assembly;
