Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an implementation environment involved in a method for preventing photo loss, replacement, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the implementation environment comprising: a user terminal 101, an attendance class server 102 and an attendance management platform 103. Meanwhile, the implementation environment shown in fig. 1 reflects an attendance management system adopted for facilitating attendance verification for the outgoing situation of the checked-in staff in the case of enterprises or other situations requiring attendance.
The user terminal 101 is a mobile terminal device held by an attendance checking person, and may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a laptop portable computer or the like. The user terminal 101 is provided with the application program A, and attendance staff mainly shoots through the application program and reports the outgoing information, so that an enterprise can check attendance according to the outgoing condition of the staff, wherein the outgoing information of the attendance staff can comprise information such as photos, shooting time, shooting places and the like when the attendance staff goes out, and the like.
The attendance checking server 102 may be a server or a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers, and data between servers in the server cluster may be shared, or may be a cloud computing service center. The embodiment of the present invention does not limit the physical implementation of the attendance type server 102. The attendance checking server 102 is mainly used for receiving and storing outgoing information uploaded by the user terminal 101.
The attendance management platform 103 can acquire the outgoing information of the checked-in staff from the attendance class server 102, so that the checked-in staff can conveniently browse and check whether the outgoing information of the checked-in staff meets the specified requirements or not through the attendance management platform 103.
It will be appreciated by persons skilled in the art that the foregoing implementation environment is merely illustrative, and is not intended to limit the implementation environment specifically.
In combination with the implementation environment shown in fig. 1, the user terminal 101 may be a commonly used mobile phone in one possible implementation, and considering that many enterprises now require staff to use the mobile phone to take pictures and upload the scene when checking on attendance or going out, if the network condition is bad or the pictures on the memory card of the mobile phone are deleted by mistake and lost at this time, the problem that the pictures cannot be uploaded will occur. In addition, consider that some employees might use the outdoor photo to replace the file under the photo directory to forge themselves as they go out to a designated location before uploading the photo if they are very easy to touch the photo storage directory of the cell phone.
The method for collecting, storing and uploading the outgoing information of the user terminal 101 in the outgoing attendance process is mainly described in the following embodiment, and the technical scheme adopted by the invention can still be used for retrieving the lost photo when the photo is deleted by mistake and the photo is lost, or can be used for identifying the authenticity of the photo when the photo is manually replaced, so that attendance management staff can be helped to effectively check the actual outgoing condition of the checked person.
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of a method for preventing photo loss and replacement according to the present invention, showing the steps of implementing the method, including:
in step 201, a photo is stored, the photo is stored in an online photo catalog and an offline photo catalog, and a photo record of the photo is stored in an online photo table and an offline photo table, wherein the photo record comprises an uploading state and a photo MD5 check code, and the uploading state comprises uploaded and non-uploaded;
it should be noted that, before implementing step 201 shown in fig. 2, an online photo directory, an offline photo directory, an online photo table, and an offline photo table need to be established, where the path of the offline photo directory is set to be a hidden path, which is not easy to be touched and operated by an attendance person, so as to prevent the person from making a false for outgoing information. In one possible implementation, the naming rules for hidden files may be satisfied by naming the files to create hidden files.
When the person to be checked on his attendance arrives at the place, it is usually necessary to use the user terminal 101, and in one possible implementation, the user terminal is used to take a picture of the scene by starting the attendance application on the mobile phone, and upload the picture to the attendance server 102 in time through the communication network, so it is easy to understand that the picture should reflect the place and the person.
In another possible implementation, when the communication network of the outgoing site is poor and even in the case of network disconnection, the attendance photos cannot be uploaded timely, but are deleted by mistake before the uploading is successful, but are not detected by the attendance staff, and cannot be re-photographed on site timely, so that attendance omission is caused. In order to solve the problem, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is that after taking a picture by adopting an attendance program on the user terminal 101, the picture is saved in an online picture catalog and an offline picture catalog, and meanwhile, the picture record of the picture is saved in an online picture list and an offline picture list.
It should be noted that, the attendance checking application on the user terminal 101 obtains photos from the online photo directory and uploads the photos, where the photos in the offline photo directory are copies of the photos in the online photo directory, and the data in the online photo table and the offline photo table correspond to the photo records in the online photo directory and the offline photo directory, respectively, where the photo records in the two tables include an upload status and a photo MD5 check code, and the MD5 Message Digest Algorithm (Message-Digest Algorithm) is a widely used cryptographic hash function, and can generate a hash value (hash value) of 128 bits (16 bytes) to ensure that the information transmission is completely consistent. The uploading state comprises the uploading state and the uploading state, the uploading state of the photo can be marked, and the phenomenon that the attendance photo is repeatedly uploaded is avoided. In another possible practical operation, the photo record may also include a photographing time and a photographing place, i.e. an outgoing time and an outgoing place may be reflected.
In step 202, uploading a photo, when it is detected that there is a record with an uploading status of not uploading in the online photo table, matching is performed from an online photo directory according to a photo MD5 check code in the record, and uploading is performed according to a matching condition, which specifically includes:
in step 202a, s21, if not matched, matching the offline photo directory from the offline photo front and back, copying the matched photo to the online photo directory, and uploading;
in step 202b, s22, if the matching is performed, the photo on the matching is uploaded.
After the attendance photo information is stored in step 201, the photo is uploaded through this step, and the photo information is uploaded to the attendance server 102 in fig. 1, so that the attendance of the checked-in person can be completed, otherwise, the attendance manager cannot obtain the outgoing information of the checked-in person through the attendance management platform 103.
In this step, the attendance checking application program on the user terminal 101 starts a photo uploading service, which can detect at regular time whether a photo record with an uploading state being not uploaded exists in the online photo table, and it should be noted that the timing period is preset for a person, and optionally, 5 minutes. If the uploading state of the photo record A is not uploaded, matching is carried out from the online photo catalogue according to the photo MD5 check code in the photo record A, and uploading is carried out according to the matching condition. In one possible practical operation, by traversing the photos in the online photo directory and calculating the corresponding photo MD5 check code, if the check code is the same as the photo MD5 check code in photo record a, the photo is uploaded. In another possible practical operation, by traversing the photos in the online photo directory and calculating the corresponding photo MD5 check codes, if the photo check codes in the online photo directory are different from the photo MD5 check codes in the photo record A, the offline photo directory is matched from the offline photo table, the offline photo record corresponding to the photo MD5 check code is searched from the offline photo table according to the photo MD5 check code in the photo record A, and the photos matched with the offline photo record in the offline photo directory are copied to the online photo directory and uploaded.
In one possible implementation, after the photo is uploaded successfully, the uploading state of the photo record corresponding to the photo is updated to be uploaded. In another possible implementation, after the photos are uploaded successfully, the photos are deleted from the online photo directory and the offline photo directory, so that the storage space of the photos can be saved.
In a possible practical operation, when the photo is deleted by mistake and the photo is lost, when the photo is uploaded in step 202, it is known that the photo in the online photo directory is already deleted by the explanation of step 202, but the photo is already backed up in the offline photo directory when the photo is stored in step 201 in advance, so after the photo record in the uploading state of the online photo table is detected to be not uploaded, the corresponding photo can be found in the offline photo directory according to the photo MD5 check value in the photo record, and the photo is copied into the online photo directory for uploading.
In another possible practical operation, when photos are manually replaced or added from other non-attendance application sources to forge outgoing information, by applying the technical scheme adopted by the invention, the photos of the forged outgoing information cannot be uploaded to the attendance type server 102, because the uploading photo service in the attendance application only detects that the photos are not uploaded in the online photo table at regular time when the photos are uploaded in the step 202, and the photo information from other non-attendance application sources is not appeared in the photo database through the manual replacement or addition.
Firstly, storing photos into an online photo catalog and an offline photo catalog, and simultaneously storing photo records of the photos into an online photo table and an offline photo table, wherein the photo records comprise uploading states and photo MD5 check codes, and the uploading states comprise uploaded and non-uploaded; when detecting that a record with an uploading state of not uploading exists in the online photo list, matching is performed from an online photo catalog according to a photo MD5 check code in the record, and uploading is performed according to a matching condition, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: if the photos are not matched, matching the photos from an offline photo directory, copying the matched photos to the online photo directory, and uploading the photos; if so, uploading the matched photo. According to the invention, through comparing and verifying according to the MD5 check code of the photo in the photo list record and the MD5 check code of the photo in the photo directory, when the photo is deleted by mistake and the photo is lost, the lost photo can still be retrieved, or the authenticity of the photo can be identified when the photo is replaced manually.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic diagram of a device for preventing photo loss and replacement according to an embodiment of the invention, which mainly comprises a processor 301, a memory 302 and a bus 303, wherein the memory stores at least one program, and the program is executed by the processor to implement the method for preventing photo loss and replacement according to the above embodiment.
The device also comprises a camera which can be used for taking outgoing pictures by attendance staff.
