And the change module is used for changing clinical trial data fields and diagnostic data in the data receiving table based on the change request and correspondingly changing the diagnostic data in the statistical data table.
In one embodiment, the apparatus may further include: and the first sending module is used for receiving the preview instruction after the data receiving table generating module 200 generates the data receiving table according to the selected clinical trial data field, and sending the generated data receiving table to the display terminal according to the preview instruction so as to enable the display terminal to display the data receiving table.
In one embodiment, the apparatus may further include:

The modules in the generation device of the standard statistical format data can be all or partially implemented by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 4. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, computer programs, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The database of the computer device is used for storing standard data, statistical format data and the like. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method of generating standard statistical format data.
It will be appreciated by persons skilled in the art that the architecture shown in fig. 4 is merely a block diagram of some of the architecture relevant to the present inventive arrangements and is not limiting as to the computer device to which the present inventive arrangements are applicable, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine some of the components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided comprising a memory storing a computer program and a processor that when executing the computer program can implement the steps of: receiving a field selection instruction through a form generation interface, wherein the field selection instruction carries clinical trial data fields in a conventional field library; generating a data receiving table according to the selected clinical trial data fields; based on the association relation between the preset clinical test data field and the medical research data standard field in the standard field library, acquiring the medical research data standard field corresponding to the clinical test data field from the standard field library, generating a statistical data table according to the statistical format requirement of a statistical terminal, and storing the statistical data table into a statistical database, wherein the medical research data standard field in the standard field library is created according to the medical research data standard; and receiving diagnosis data corresponding to each clinical test data field through the data receiving table, and storing the received diagnosis data into a statistic data table in a statistic database to obtain statistic format data.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, may further implement the steps of: creating a standard field library corresponding to medical research data standards and a conventional field library corresponding to clinical trial data; and establishing an association relation between clinical trial data fields in the conventional field library and traditional Chinese medicine research data standard fields in the standard field library.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, may further implement the steps of: based on the association relation, acquiring medical research data standard fields corresponding to clinical test data fields from a standard field library, generating a standard data table according to medical research data standards, and storing the standard data table into a standard database; and obtaining diagnosis data corresponding to each clinical trial data field received by the form in the conventional database, and storing the diagnosis data into a standard database to obtain standard data.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, may further implement the steps of: receiving a change request for a data receiving table through a table generation interface; based on the change request, the clinical trial data fields and the diagnostic data in the data receiving table are changed, and the diagnostic data in the statistical data table is correspondingly changed.
In one embodiment, after the processor, when executing the computer program, implements generating the data receiving table from the selected clinical trial data fields, the following steps may also be implemented: and receiving the preview instruction, and sending the generated data receiving table to the display terminal according to the preview instruction so that the display terminal displays the data receiving table.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, may further implement the steps of: receiving a statistical request of a statistical terminal; acquiring statistical format data based on the statistical request, and generating a comparison table corresponding to the medical research data standard field and the clinical test data field; and sending the statistical format data and the comparison table to a statistical terminal.
In one embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, can implement the steps of: receiving a field selection instruction through a form generation interface, wherein the field selection instruction carries clinical trial data fields in a conventional field library; generating a data receiving table according to the selected clinical trial data fields; based on the association relation between the preset clinical test data field and the medical research data standard field in the standard field library, acquiring the medical research data standard field corresponding to the clinical test data field from the standard field library, generating a statistical data table according to the statistical format requirement of a statistical terminal, and storing the statistical data table into a statistical database, wherein the medical research data standard field in the standard field library is created according to the medical research data standard; and receiving diagnosis data corresponding to each clinical test data field through the data receiving table, and storing the received diagnosis data into a statistic data table in a statistic database to obtain statistic format data.
In one embodiment, the computer program may further implement the following steps when executed by a processor: creating a standard field library corresponding to medical research data standards and a conventional field library corresponding to clinical trial data; and establishing an association relation between clinical trial data fields in the conventional field library and traditional Chinese medicine research data standard fields in the standard field library.
In one embodiment, the computer program may further implement the following steps when executed by a processor: based on the association relation, acquiring medical research data standard fields corresponding to clinical test data fields from a standard field library, generating a standard data table according to medical research data standards, and storing the standard data table into a standard database; and obtaining diagnosis data corresponding to each clinical trial data field received by the form in the conventional database, and storing the diagnosis data into a standard database to obtain standard data.
In one embodiment, the computer program may further implement the following steps when executed by a processor: receiving a change request for a data receiving table through a table generation interface; based on the change request, the clinical trial data fields and the diagnostic data in the data receiving table are changed, and the diagnostic data in the statistical data table is correspondingly changed.
In one embodiment, after the computer program is executed by the processor to implement the generation of the data receiving table from the selected clinical trial data fields, the following steps may also be implemented: and receiving the preview instruction, and sending the generated data receiving table to the display terminal according to the preview instruction so that the display terminal displays the data receiving table.
In one embodiment, the computer program may further implement the following steps when executed by a processor: receiving a statistical request of a statistical terminal; acquiring statistical format data based on the statistical request, and generating a comparison table corresponding to the medical research data standard field and the clinical test data field; and sending the statistical format data and the comparison table to a statistical terminal.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory. The nonvolatile memory can include Read Only Memory (ROM), programmable ROM (PROM), electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), dynamic RAM (DRAM), synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), memory bus direct RAM (RDRAM), direct memory bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the application, which are all within the scope of the application. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the present application is to be determined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A method of generating standard statistical format data, the method comprising:
receiving a field selection instruction through a form generation interface, wherein the field selection instruction carries clinical trial data fields in a conventional field library;
generating a data receiving table according to the selected clinical trial data fields;
based on the association relation between the preset clinical test data field and the medical research data standard field in the standard field library, acquiring the medical research data standard field corresponding to the clinical test data field from the standard field library, generating a statistical data table according to the statistical format requirement of a statistical terminal, and storing the statistical data table into a statistical database, wherein the medical research data standard field in the standard field library is created according to the medical research data standard;
receiving diagnosis data corresponding to each clinical test data field through the data receiving table, and storing the received diagnosis data into a statistic data table in the statistic database to obtain statistic format data;
receiving a change request for the data receiving table through a table generation interface;
based on the change request, changing clinical trial data fields and diagnostic data in the data receiving table, and automatically correspondingly changing the diagnostic data in the statistical data table.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the establishing manner of the association relationship includes:
creating a standard field library corresponding to medical research data standards and a conventional field library corresponding to clinical trial data;
and establishing an association relation between the clinical test data field in the conventional field library and the traditional Chinese medicine research data standard field in the standard field library.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
based on the association relation, acquiring a medical research data standard field corresponding to the clinical test data field from the standard field library, generating a standard data table according to a medical research data standard, and storing the standard data table into a standard database;
and obtaining diagnosis data corresponding to each clinical trial data field received by a form in a conventional database, and storing the diagnosis data into the standard database to obtain standard data.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
after the clinical trial data fields in the data receiving table are changed, storing the changed clinical trial data fields into the conventional field library;
and establishing an association relationship between the modified clinical trial data field and the medical research data standard field.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after generating the data reception table from the selected clinical trial data fields, the method further comprises:
and receiving a preview instruction, and sending the generated data receiving table to a display terminal according to the preview instruction so that the display terminal displays the data receiving table.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving a statistical request of a statistical terminal;
acquiring the statistical format data based on the statistical request, and generating a comparison table corresponding to the medical research data standard field and the clinical test data field;
and sending the statistical format data and the comparison table to the statistical terminal.
7. A device for generating standard statistical format data, comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving a field selection instruction through a form generation interface, wherein the field selection instruction carries clinical trial data fields in a conventional field library;
the data receiving table generating module is used for generating a data receiving table according to the selected clinical trial data fields;
the statistical data table generation module is used for acquiring medical research data standard fields corresponding to the clinical test data fields from the standard field library based on the preset association relation between the clinical test data fields and the medical research data standard fields in the standard field library, generating a statistical data table according to the statistical format requirement of a statistical terminal, and storing the statistical data table into a statistical database, wherein the medical research data standard fields in the standard field library are created according to the medical research data standard;
the statistical format data generation module is used for receiving diagnosis data corresponding to each clinical test data field through the data receiving table, and storing the received diagnosis data into a statistical data table in the statistical database to obtain statistical format data;
a change request receiving module for receiving a change request of the data receiving table through a table generation interface;
and the statistical data changing module is used for changing clinical trial data fields and diagnostic data in the data receiving table based on the changing request and automatically correspondingly changing the diagnostic data in the statistical data table.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the creation module is used for creating a standard field library corresponding to the medical research data standard and a conventional field library corresponding to the clinical test data;
and the association relation establishing module is used for establishing association relation between clinical test data fields in the conventional field library and traditional Chinese medicine research data standard fields in the standard field library.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 6 when the computer program is executed.
10. A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 6.
