The terminology used herein in the description of the invention is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
In various embodiments of the present invention, for convenience in description and not in limitation, the term "coupled" as used in the specification and claims of the present application is not limited to physical or mechanical connections, but may include electrical connections, whether direct or indirect. "upper", "lower", "left", "right", and the like are used merely to indicate relative positional relationships, and when the absolute position of the object being described is changed, the relative positional relationships are changed accordingly.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a chassis in a first embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the cabinet includes a cabinet body 10, a movable plate 11, a side plate 12, and a locking device 20. The flap 11 is movably connected to the chassis body 10 along a first direction a-a shown in fig. 1, so that the flap 11 can move back and forth along the first direction a-a relative to the chassis body 10 to open or close the chassis. The locking device 20 is disposed in the case body 10 and is used for locking the movable plate 11 on the case body 10 to ensure the safety of the equipment.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of the locking device according to the first embodiment in a state where the retractable rod is inserted into the open slot, and fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of the movable plate of the chassis according to the first embodiment. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the movable plate 11 has a substantially flat plate shape and covers a side surface of the chassis body 10. In some embodiments, a handle may also be provided at an end of the flap 11 for pulling the flap 11 to move in the first direction A-A. In the present embodiment, the end of the movable plate 11 is further provided with an edge extending toward the inside of the casing body 10.
The locking device 20 includes a lock body 21 and a connecting block 111 disposed in the casing body 10. The connecting block 111 has a rectangular shape, one end of which is connected to the edge of the movable plate 11, and the other end of which extends along the first direction a-a. In another embodiment, one end of the connection block 111 may be connected to the side surface of the movable plate 11 facing the inside of the casing body 10, and the other end extends perpendicular to the direction of the movable plate 11. The connecting block 111 is provided with an open groove 112. The open slot 112 is formed in an end of the connecting block 111 opposite to the end connected to the movable plate 11, and is a substantially U-shaped slot. In this embodiment, the opening groove 112 faces downward, and the telescopic rod 211 can be moved out of the opening groove 112 from the opening end of the opening groove 112 in the extended state.
The lock body 21 is preferably an electromagnetic lock, and includes a telescopic rod 211 and a control circuit board 23. The control circuit board 23 is used to control the extension or retraction of the telescopic bar 211. As shown in FIG. 2, the extendable rod 211 is extendable and retractable in a second direction B-B, wherein the first direction A-A and the second direction B-B intersect, preferably perpendicular to each other, such that the extendable rod 211 can be extended into the open slot 112 in an extended state and retracted out of the open slot 112 in a retracted state. When the telescopic rod 211 passes through the opening groove 112, the telescopic rod 211 may block the movable plate 11 from moving in the first direction a-a, so that the chassis is in a locked state. When the telescopic rod 211 is retracted to exit the opening groove 112, the movable plate 11 can move in the first direction a-a without being blocked by the telescopic rod 211, so that the cabinet can be opened. When the chassis is in a locked state, when the movable plate 11 is forced to be slapped by an external force or when the movable plate 11 is forcibly pulled to be deformed, the telescopic rod 211 of the lock body 21 is difficult to retract or to be pulled out from the opening groove 112, so that the chassis is opened.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a lock device in a second embodiment, and fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of the lock device in fig. 4 in an exploded state. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the locking device 20 further includes a bracket 22, a first connecting member 25 and a second connecting member 24.
The bracket 22 is substantially in the shape of a rectangular or square box, and has a hollow interior and two adjacent sides open, so that the lock body 21 can be installed in the bracket 22. As shown in fig. 4, the top surface of the bracket 22 is provided with two bracket through holes 224. The bracket through hole 224 penetrates the top surface of the bracket 22, and the second connecting member 24 is connected to the top surface of the lock body 21 through the bracket through hole 224 of the bracket 22, so that the lock body 21 can be fixed in the bracket 22. The side of the bracket 22 is provided with a positioning convex hull 221 and a connecting hole 222, and the positioning convex hull 221 is a cylinder protruding out of the side of the bracket 22. In addition, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the bracket 22 may further include a hook 223. The hook 223 has a length direction protruding from a side surface of the bracket 22 and a width direction extending in a vertical direction.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of the locking device when mounted on the cabinet body, and fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of a side plate of the cabinet body. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the side panel 12 of the chassis body 10 (i.e., the side panel connected to the bracket 22) includes a positioning hole 121, a first through hole 122 and a second through hole 123. The positioning hole 121 corresponds to the positioning convex hull 221 of the bracket 22, and when the positioning convex hull 221 of the bracket 22 is inserted into the positioning hole 121, the bracket 22 is rotated so that the connecting hole 222 is aligned with the first through hole 122 of the side plate 12. The first connecting member 25 is connected to the connecting hole 222 through the first through hole 122 to mount the bracket 22. In this embodiment, the first connecting member 25 is an anti-theft bolt, preferably a quincunx anti-theft bolt with a column.
The second through hole 123 corresponds to the hook 223 of the bracket 22, is an elongated through hole extending in the vertical direction, and penetrates through the side plate 12. The width of the middle portion of the second through hole 123 is greater than the width of both ends, so that the hook 223 can pass through the middle portion of the second through hole 123 and protrude from the outer side surface of the side plate 12 when the bracket 22 is coupled to the side plate 12.
In some special situations, such as when the lock body 21 is powered off or damaged, the telescopic rod 211 of the lock guiding body 21 cannot be automatically retracted, and thus it is difficult to open the cabinet. At this time, the first connector 25 may be removed using a tool corresponding to the first connector 25. Fig. 8 is a schematic structural view showing a state where the holder 22 and the lock body 21 are suspended from the side plate 12 by the hook 223 when the first coupling member is removed. As shown in fig. 8, when the first connecting member 25 is removed, the bracket 22 and the lock body 21 fall under the self-weight, so that the telescopic rod 211 of the lock body 21 can be released from the open slot 112, so that the movable plate 11 can be normally opened. On the other hand, the hook 223 moves downward to the end of the second through hole 123 following the bracket 22 and is clamped at the end of the second through hole 123, so that the bracket 22 is suspended from the side plate 12 of the case body 10 through the hook 223, and thus the bracket 22 and the lock body 21 will finally stay in the case body 10 and will not fall and touch components at the bottom of the case body 10.
