In addition, unless expressly stated or limited otherwise, the terms "mounted" and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., the connection may be a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; the two structures can be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate medium, and the two structures can be communicated with each other. To those skilled in the art, the specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in light of the present general concepts, in connection with the specific context of the scheme.
As shown in fig. 1, a film winding mechanism comprises a frame 1, wherein the frame 1 is a metal plate structure and comprises an upper base plate 11 and a lower base plate 12, and the upper base plate 11 and the lower base plate 12 are reinforced and fixed through a connecting member.
Two parallel winding shafts 2 are rotatably connected to the frame 1, and both ends of the winding shafts 2 are respectively connected to an upper base plate 11 and a lower base plate 12 through bearings. Meanwhile, two driving motors 3 are installed on the frame 1 (such as the lower bottom plate 12), and the two driving motors 3 are respectively and mechanically connected with the two reels 2; in this embodiment, the driving motor 3 is preferably a speed reducing motor, and the driving motor 3 is further connected to the reel 2 through a speed changing device, which may be a continuously variable transmission or a frequency converter for controlling the driving motor 3.
Still including the film 4 that contains a plurality of pictures, film 4 is the rectangle, and the both ends of film 4 are connected with two reels 2 respectively, for example through adhesive bonding or screwed connection all can, and the whole rolling of film 4 is on two reels 2, guarantees that the film 4 between two reels 2 does not appear relaxing and rocks the phenomenon.
The frame 1 is also provided with a film picture framing detection device 5, correspondingly, each picture on the film 4 is provided with a framing detection mark, and the framing detection mark is matched with the film picture framing detection device 5 for use to detect the picture position on the film 4. The film picture framing detection device further comprises a controller (not shown in the figure), the controller is fixedly installed on the machine frame 1 or is installed independently, and the two driving motors 3 and the film picture framing detection device 5 are electrically connected with the controller.
In this embodiment, the film picture framing detection device 5 is preferably an optical coupler, which includes a light emitter and a light receiver arranged opposite to each other, and meanwhile, as a support, a continuous shading strip is arranged on the side edge of the film 4, and the shading strip is located between the light emitter and the light receiver and is used for blocking light emitted by the light emitter; the framing detection marks are light-transmitting areas which are arranged on the shading strip at intervals. When a picture moves and passes, the light receiver receives an optical signal in a light-transmitting area, converts the optical signal into an electric signal and transmits the electric signal to the controller, and the controller can know the position of a certain picture on the film 4 according to the electric signal, so that the controller can conveniently control the driving motor 3 to carry out operations such as speed change or stop.
When in use, the rotating speed of the driving motor 3 is preset through a controller according to the requirement; when the slide film is projected, the two driving motors 3 rotate forwards and reversely one by one, and drive the film 4 to move together; meanwhile, the film picture framing detection device 5 feeds back the detected framing detection marks to the controller through electric signals, on one hand, the controller adjusts the rotating speed of the driving motor 3, and on the other hand, the real-time position of the picture on the film 4 can be determined, so that a light source can be conveniently polished to form a projection slide.
As an alternative to the above-described embodiment, the film picture framing detection means 5 may preferably be a magnetic coupling, and accordingly, the framing detection marks are magnetic marks provided at intervals on the film 4.
On the basis of the above embodiments, the frame 1 is rotatably connected with a plurality of guiding rotating shafts 6, two ends of the guiding rotating shafts 6 are also connected with the upper bottom plate 11 and the lower bottom plate 12 through bearings, and the film 4 is wound on the plurality of guiding rotating shafts 6. The guiding rotary shaft 6 is arranged to guide the film 4 on one hand and also play a role of loosening the film 4 on the other hand.
The invention also discloses a projection lamp, which comprises a lamp holder, a light source and a lens which are arranged on the lamp holder, and a film winding mechanism provided by any one of the embodiments, wherein the frame 1 of the film winding mechanism is arranged on the lamp holder between the light source and the lens, and the film 4 is generally vertical to the projection direction of the projection lamp.
On the basis of the projection lamp, the rack 1 can be rotatably connected with the lamp holder, the rotation axis of the rack 1 is parallel to the projection direction, and the rack 1 is also provided with an angle fine adjustment mechanism. So set up for when the projection lamp place the back and take place the slope, only need through the angle fine-tuning adjust film take-up mechanism (film 4) the angle after, make the picture just can again.
As a scheme for realizing rotatable connection between the rack 1 and the lamp holder, the lamp holder and the rack 1 are respectively provided with an outer ring and an inner ring which are coaxial, and a guide ball is arranged between the outer ring and the inner ring. When the frame 1 rotates together with the inner ring fixed on the frame, only the ball rolls along with the inner ring, and the outer ring and the lamp holder bearing the outer ring are not moved.
As another scheme for realizing rotatable connection between the rack 1 and the lamp holder, an annular slide rail can be fixedly arranged on the lamp holder, a plurality of slide blocks matched with the annular slide rail are fixedly arranged on the rack 1, and the slide blocks are preferably arranged and uniformly arranged on the annular slide rail respectively. In this embodiment, the slider is preferably a T-shaped slider or a dovetail-shaped slider to prevent the rack 1 from falling off from the lamp holder.
Since the film 4 of the projection lamp of the present invention only needs to be finely adjusted in angle, in another embodiment, the annular slide rail may be a segmented slide rail, specifically comprising a plurality of arc segments, wherein the arc segments are uniformly distributed at intervals, and each arc segment is provided with one of the slide blocks. With such an arrangement, the corresponding angle of each arc-shaped segment only needs to be larger than the fine adjustment angle (determined empirically) of the film 4, so that an integral annular slide rail does not need to be configured.
On the basis of the rotatable connection scheme, the angle fine adjustment mechanism is arranged to comprise an annular gear ring or an arc-shaped gear ring which is fixed on the rack 1 and the axis of which coincides with the rotation axis of the rack 1, and also comprises a fine adjustment motor fixed on the lamp holder, and an adjusting gear meshed with the annular gear ring or the arc-shaped gear ring is installed on the fine adjustment motor. The fine adjustment operation can be realized by changing the rotating direction and the number of the rotating circles of the fine adjustment motor, namely, the rack 1 can be driven to rotate by the annular gear ring or the arc-shaped gear ring.
Of course, under the non-electric condition, a locking screw can be directly arranged on the sliding block, and after the film winding mechanism is manually rotated, the sliding block can be fixed at a certain position of the annular sliding rail through the locking screw.
When the projection lamp is used, when the projection lamp is inclined due to uneven ground surface, the inclined direction of the projection lamp is determined only according to the picture of the film 4, and then the film winding mechanism is controlled by the angle fine adjustment mechanism to rotate in the opposite direction by a certain angle, so that the picture can be re-aligned. Compared with the projection lamp which is heavy and bulky to adjust, a great deal of time and labor input can be saved.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the described embodiments. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, and the scope of protection is still within the scope of the invention.
