Description

Film-covered sensor
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of analytical instruments, and particularly relates to a film-covered sensor.
Background
In the fields of marine economy, biochemical engineering, environmental protection and the like, chemical components such as dissolved oxygen, hydrogen, ammonia nitrogen content, sulfur dioxide and the like in a water body need to be detected and analyzed, and a film-covered sensor is very common in detection. In order to ensure the accuracy of such an analysis, it is necessary to ensure that the pressure between the coating and the sensor element remains constant. Since the coating film is a thin film having a certain strength, the pressure applied to the coating film cannot be too large. If the electrolyte pressure in the film-covered sensor is too large, the electrolyte can push the film open, so that the film is deformed to be separated from the sensor element, and the measurement of the film-covered sensor is influenced. If the electrolyte pressure in the film-covered sensor continues to increase, the electrolyte can burst the film, and the film-covered sensor is damaged.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a film-covered sensor with a self-balancing water pressure function, which consists of a sensor body, an elastic floating sheet (or an elastic sealing sheet), electrolyte and a sensor cap. The elastic floating sheet is embedded on the sensor body. The end face of the sensor cap is provided with a film, electrolyte is filled in the sensor cap, and the other end of the sensor cap is provided with an external thread screwed on the internal thread of the sensor body. The elastic floating piece is made of soft rubber and used for isolating electrolyte and water solution, and when the water pressure of the water outside the sensor changes, the elastic floating piece can slide on the inner wall of the sensor cap, so that the water pressure of the electrolyte in the sensor cap is balanced with the water pressure of the external water.
The pressure balance sensor with the water pressure is not influenced by the change of the external water pressure, so that the pressure of the film attached to the sensor element is not changed. The film-coated sensor is ensured to have good measurement stability and reliability.
Drawings
The above and other objects, features and advantages of exemplary embodiments of the present invention will become readily apparent from the following detailed description read in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. Several embodiments of the invention are illustrated by way of example, and not by way of limitation, in the figures of the accompanying drawings and in which:
FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a film-covered sensor according to one embodiment of the invention.
1-water body, 2-film, 3-sensitive element, 4-electrolyte, 5-sensor cap, 6-elastic sealing piece, 7-through hole, 8-sensor body, 9-wire and 10-container.
Detailed Description
According to one or more embodiments, the film-coated sensor capable of balancing water pressure comprises a sensor body, an elastic floating sheet (elastic sealing sheet), electrolyte and a sensor cap. The sensor cap is provided with a film and electrolyte. The sensor body and the sensor cap are screwed together by threads, and the covering film has certain pressure on a sensitive element on the sensor body after being screwed. The elastic floating sheet on the sensor main body is made of soft (much softer than the coating film) rubber and is used for isolating electrolyte from external water solution. When the water pressure of the water outside the film-coated sensor changes, the elastic floating sheet can slide up and down on the inner wall of the sensor cap to balance the pressure of electrolyte and the external water, so that the film-coated sensor has certain constant pressure on the sensitive element on the sensor body, and the film-coated sensor has good measurement stability and reliability. The sensing elements can be selected differently according to different detection parameters.
As shown in fig. 1, a film 2 of the film-covered sensor assembly is fixed on a sensor cap 5, an electrolyte 4 is contained in the sensor cap 5, and a through hole 7 is formed in the sensor cap 5. The sensing element 3 is fixed on the sensor body 8 and connected with the lead 9. The elastic sealing sheet 6 is fixed on the sensor body 8 in a sealing way. The sensor cap 5 is screwed and fixedly connected to the sensor body 8, so that the covering film 2 is tightly attached to the end face of the sensitive element 3. When the film-covered sensor assembly is placed in a river channel or a container 10, water in the water body 1 flows in or out due to pressure changes at the inner end and the outer end of a through hole 7 in the sensor cap 5, and the elastic sealing sheet 6 can slide up and down on the inner wall of the sensor cap 5 to balance the pressure of the electrolyte 4 and the pressure of the external water body 1, so that the pressure of the film 2 on the sensitive element 3 cannot change along with the change of the depth of the film-covered sensor in the water body 1.
It should be noted that while the foregoing has described the spirit and principles of the invention with reference to several specific embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments, nor is the division of aspects, which is for convenience only as the features in these aspects cannot be combined. The invention is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims.
