As shown in fig. 1. When different optical schemes are switched, the switching between different optical schemes can be easily realized only by pulling out the light source module 200 and inserting another light source module 200. When the camera modules 300 of different models need to be replaced, the camera module 300 is detached, and another camera module 300 is mounted to the corresponding reserved position of the system frame 100.
To achieve the above design concept, the installation positions and postures of all kinds of cameras in the camera module 300 need to be identical. All kinds of light sources are arranged inside the light source module 200, however, the mechanical interface and the electrical interface connected with the system frame 100 through the light source module 200 are the same, and the light path can be connected seamlessly. The two modules can implement a universal and easy switch within the system framework 100.
As shown in fig. 2, the system frame 100 is connected to the light source module 200, and a mechanical interface and an electrical interface are reserved. As shown in fig. 3, the light source module 200 is also reserved with a mechanical interface and an electrical interface.
The light source module 200 is mounted within the system frame 100 as shown in fig. 4. When the light source module 200 is inserted into the system frame 100, the electrical and mechanical interfaces reserved for both are reliably connected and positioned in one push action.
The system frame 100 is connected to the camera module 300, and the system side reserved interface is shown in fig. 5. The camera module 300 side reservation interface is shown in fig. 6.
When the optical scheme is switched and different cameras are replaced, the camera module 300 after the replacement of the cameras is only required to be correspondingly installed to a certain reserved mechanical interface position shown in fig. 5. The camera module 300 is mounted within the system frame 100 as shown in fig. 7.
When the light source module 200 is pushed into the system frame 100, the front-back common mechanical interface positioning design shown in fig. 7 is the key to ensure the repeatability precision and interchangeability of the whole light source module 200 inside the system.
The electrical connection pins are small and easy to break and deform under external force. The flexible adaptation of the electrical is key to ensure that the electrical parts are automatically connected successfully when the light source module 200 is inserted inside the system. The application adopts the existing needle end connector and the existing hole end connector kit in the market, wherein the needle end connector has a self-adaptive quantity of +/-2.5 mm, and the application requirement under the design environment can be completely met.
The embodiments provided in the present application are only a few examples of the general concept of the present application, and do not limit the scope of the present application.
