the second shell is provided with a second ventilation pipe 406, the second ventilation pipe is connected with the first ventilation pipe through a ventilation pipeline 407, the ventilation pipeline is provided with an air pump 408, and the air pump is used for pumping out hot air in the primary drying chamber and introducing the hot air into the secondary drying chamber for utilization.

1) After locking and fixing the furniture by using the clamping mechanism, clamping and fixing the furniture between two second support slots of the conveying assembly through the sample injection opening;
2) The furniture in the sample introduction channel is moved to a transfer cavity, two first clamping fixing seats are correspondingly arranged with two socket slots of the socket assembly, and after the first inserting plate and the second inserting plate which are arranged in alignment penetrate through the socket openings and are inserted into the socket slots, the first motor drives the second gear to rotate, so that the first gear and the second inserting plate are driven to rotate in the socket slots, and the second inserting plate is clamped in the socket openings to realize fixation;
3) Rotating the rotary supporting column by 90 degrees under the action of the first rotary platform, and moving the furniture to the opening of the primary drying chamber;
4) As shown in fig. 2, the first linear guide moves the second clamping mechanism out of the cavity, and after the second clamping mechanism is fixed on another group of socket assemblies on the locking assembly, the second plugboard of the first clamping mechanism is rotated and reset; as shown in fig. 3, the first linear guide rail controls the second clamping mechanism to drive the furniture to move into the primary drying chamber;
5) The door plate is moved downwards until the primary drying chamber is closed, the air pump pumps air from the primary drying chamber through the first vent pipe while the electric heating plate heats, and meanwhile, the first hydraulic cylinder pushes the second rotary platform to move upwards until the first support slot is clamped and fixed with the outer positioning pressing blocks, and at the moment, furniture clamped and fixed between the two inner positioning pressing blocks can rotate under the action of the second rotary platform; the furniture is dried for the first time by the hot air heated by the electric heating plate;
6) The door plate is moved upwards to open, furniture is moved outwards through the first linear guide rail and is transferred to the corresponding first clamping mechanism again, the rotary supporting column is rotated by 90 degrees under the action of the first rotary platform, and the furniture is moved to the opening of the secondary drying chamber;
7) Repeating the step 4) to move the furniture into a secondary drying chamber, drying the rotated furniture through heat conduction oil, and simultaneously, sending hot air extracted from the primary drying chamber into the secondary drying chamber by an air pump;
8) After the drying is finished, repeating the step 6), moving the furniture to the opening of the sample discharging cavity, and then moving the furniture out through the conveying component;
9) And repeating the steps 1) -8) to realize continuous drying operation of furniture.

Claims (1)

1. The drying method of the independent furniture drying device is characterized by comprising a transfer chamber with a cylindrical structure, wherein the outer side of the transfer chamber is mutually communicated and provided with four chambers, and two adjacent chambers are mutually vertical; the four chambers are a sample injection chamber, a primary drying chamber, a secondary drying chamber and a sample outlet chamber in sequence;
the furniture is fixed by a clamping mechanism;
a group of conveying components are respectively arranged in the sample feeding cavity and the sample discharging cavity, and the conveying components are used for moving furniture into the transfer room or moving furniture out of the transfer room;
the transfer chamber is provided with a clamping assembly which is used for interacting with the clamping mechanism to fix furniture moving into the transfer chamber;
a group of transfer assemblies are respectively arranged in the primary drying chamber and the secondary drying chamber, and the transfer assemblies are used for moving furniture in the transfer chamber into the corresponding chambers;
the primary drying component is arranged in the primary drying chamber, and the secondary drying component is arranged in the secondary drying chamber; the clamping mechanism comprises an upper clamping assembly, a lower clamping assembly and a locking assembly;
the upper clamping assembly and the lower clamping assembly both comprise a fixed plate, a supporting rotating shaft is rotatably arranged at the center of the fixed plate, and two ends of the supporting rotating shaft are respectively connected and fixed with the inner positioning pressing block and the outer positioning pressing block, so that the inner fixing pressing block and the outer fixing pressing block can rotate in a linkage way;
the end face of the external fixed pressing block is square;
the upper clamping component and the lower clamping component are respectively pressed at the upper end and the lower end of the furniture, so that the inner positioning pressing block is pressed on the furniture and is locked and fixed through the locking component;
two groups of socket components are symmetrically arranged at one side of the outer positioning pressing block of the fixed plate;
the socket assembly comprises a socket connecting rod detachably fixed on the fixed plate through a screw, the end part of the socket connecting rod is fixed with a socket end block, two socket grooves with cylindrical structures are arranged on the socket end block, socket openings are arranged on the outer sides of the socket grooves, the socket openings are of strip-shaped structures, the length of the socket openings is equal to the inner diameter of the socket grooves, and the width of the socket openings is smaller than the inner diameter of the socket grooves; the locking assembly comprises an upper connecting rod and a lower connecting rod, one end of the upper connecting rod is rotatably fixed on a fixed plate of the upper clamping assembly, one end of the lower connecting rod is rotatably fixed on a fixed plate of the lower clamping assembly, which corresponds to the upper connecting rod, the fixed ends of the upper connecting rod and the lower connecting rod are positioned on one side of the positioning pressing block, an external thread inserted rod is arranged at the other end of the upper connecting rod, and the external thread inserted rod is locked and fixed through a nut after passing through a slot at the other end of the lower connecting rod; the clamping assembly comprises a clamping base fixed at the center of the transfer chamber, a first rotary platform is arranged on the clamping base, a rotary supporting column is arranged on the first rotary platform, two first clamping mechanisms are respectively arranged on four side walls of the rotary supporting column with the regular quadrangular prism structure, and the two first clamping mechanisms on each side wall are distributed up and down;
the first clamping mechanism comprises a first clamping fixing seat fixed on the rotary supporting column, and two splicing structures are arranged on the first clamping fixing seat;
the inserting structure comprises an inserting rod vertically fixed on the first clamping fixing seat, a first inserting plate is welded and fixed at the end part of the inserting rod, the first inserting plate is in clearance fit with the socket opening, a shaft sleeve is rotatably arranged on the inserting rod, a second inserting plate and a first gear are respectively fixed at two ends of the shaft sleeve, the second inserting plate is identical to the first inserting plate in structure, the first gear is meshed with a second gear fixed on the first motor, and the first motor is fixed on the first clamping fixing seat;
the two first clamping fixing seats are correspondingly arranged with two socket slots of the socket assembly, and after the first inserting plate and the second inserting plate which are arranged in an aligned manner penetrate through the socket opening and are inserted into the socket slots, the first motor drives the second gear to rotate, so that the first gear and the second inserting plate are driven to rotate in the socket slots, and the second inserting plate is clamped in the socket opening to realize fixation; the transfer assembly includes a guide assembly and a first bottom support assembly;
the guide assembly comprises two first linear guide rails which extend along the length direction of the cavity, a first support column is fixed on a sliding block of each first linear guide rail, a fixed end plate is fixed on each first support column which is correspondingly arranged, and two second clamping mechanisms are arranged on each fixed end plate;
the second clamping mechanism and the first clamping mechanism are identical in structure and distribution mode, the second clamping mechanism is used for fixing another group of socket assemblies positioned on the locking assembly, and the first linear guide rail drives the sliding block to move so that furniture moves into or moves out of a corresponding cavity along with the socket assemblies;
the first bottom supporting assembly comprises a second rotary platform fixed on the first hydraulic cylinder, a first supporting slot is arranged on the second rotary platform, and the first supporting slot is in clearance fit with the outer positioning pressing block;
when the furniture moves to the position above the second rotating platform, the first hydraulic cylinder pushes the second rotating platform to move upwards until the first supporting slot is clamped and fixed with the outer positioning pressing blocks, and at the moment, the furniture clamped and fixed between the two inner positioning pressing blocks can rotate under the action of the second rotating platform; the primary drying assembly comprises a first heating assembly fixed at the top of the primary drying chamber and a first ventilation pipe arranged on the outer side wall of the primary drying chamber;
the first heating component comprises a first shell with an opening at the bottom, the first shell is adhered or fixed at the top of the primary drying chamber through screws, a plurality of first vent holes are uniformly distributed at the top of the first shell, and a plurality of second vent holes communicated with the first shell are formed at the top of the primary drying chamber;
a first separation net is horizontally arranged in the first shell, an electric heating plate is arranged below the first separation net, at least one layer of non-woven fabric is covered above the first separation net, and active carbon is arranged above the non-woven fabric;
the secondary drying assembly comprises a filtering assembly fixed on the outer side wall of the secondary drying chamber and a coil pipe fixed in the inner wall of the secondary drying chamber, and heat conduction oil is circularly introduced into the coil pipe;
the filter assembly comprises a second shell, the second shell is adhered or fixed on the outer side wall of the secondary drying chamber through screws, the secondary drying chamber is communicated with the second shell through a third air hole, a second separation net is arranged in the second shell, one side, close to the third air hole, of the second separation net is covered with at least one layer of non-woven fabric, and activated carbon is filled between the non-woven fabric and the second drying chamber;
the second shell is provided with a second ventilation pipe, the second ventilation pipe is connected with the first ventilation pipe through a ventilation pipeline, the ventilation pipeline is provided with an air pump, and the air pump is used for pumping out hot air in the primary drying chamber and introducing the hot air into the secondary drying chamber for utilization; the number of the conveying components is two, and the conveying components are respectively fixed at the top and the bottom of the sample injection cavity or the sample discharge cavity;
the conveying assembly comprises second linear guide rails which are arranged along the length direction of the cavity and extend into the transfer chamber, a second clamping fixing seat is fixed between the sliding blocks of the two second linear guide rails, a second hydraulic cylinder is arranged in the second clamping fixing seat, a supporting platform is arranged on a push rod of the second hydraulic cylinder, and a second supporting slot in clearance fit with the external positioning pressing block is arranged on the supporting platform;
