As a specific implementation manner, the evaporator 60 is located at the rear side of the evaporation cavity 71, a flat plate heat exchanger or a U-shaped heat exchanger can be selected according to the size of the system cold, and the indoor fan 10 is a rear suction axial flow fan located at the front side of the evaporator 60, so as to improve the energy efficiency ratio of the whole machine.
For the indoor air return opening 74, it is arranged on the rear side plate of the indoor housing part corresponding to the evaporation cavity 71, i.e. on the upper part of the indoor rear side plate 710, so as to realize the rear air suction of the indoor fan 10 and ensure the uniform heat exchange of the heat exchanger. As shown in fig. 2 and 4, a filter screen bracket 120 is disposed on the indoor housing 70 and located at the rear side of the evaporator 60, a filter screen 130 is mounted on the filter screen bracket 120, and the filter screen 130 is disposed corresponding to the indoor return air inlet 74 to filter the indoor return air. The filter screen 130 is disposed on the indoor rear side plate 710 of the indoor housing 70, which does not affect the appearance of the air conditioner, and the filter screen bracket 120 is disposed at two positions, specifically, a horizontal L-shaped bracket, up and down to form a sliding rail of the filter screen 130, which facilitates the detachment of the filter screen 130.
The integrated air conditioner of this embodiment may be a single-cooling air conditioner or a cooling and heating air conditioner, and is not particularly limited. Preferably, in the integrated air conditioner of the present embodiment, an electric heating assembly 140 is disposed between the evaporator 60 and the indoor fan 10. When the integrated air conditioner is a single-cold air conditioner, the electric heating assembly 140 works to realize air conditioner heating, and when the integrated air conditioner is a cold-hot air conditioner, the electric heating assembly 140 can be used as an air conditioner to perform auxiliary heating during heating, so that the heating performance of the air conditioner is improved.
In order to cooperate with the axial flow indoor fan 10 to realize remote air supply and increase the cold covering area, preferably, a wind deflector 150 is installed on the indoor air outlet 73. The specific structure of the air guide sleeve 150 can be referred to as a rectification mesh cover in the chinese patent application "an air conditioner indoor unit" with the publication number CN107816754A, and is not described herein again. The air guide sleeve 150 can ensure that the air blown out from the axial flow fan is rectified in the axial direction and the radial direction, and the structure of the axial flow fan does not need to be improved, so that the purpose of improving the air supply distance is realized on the basis of ensuring the advantages of the axial flow fan.
The indoor fan 10 can adjust the inclination angle according to the requirement, preferably makes the axis of the indoor fan incline upwards relative to the horizontal plane, realizes the air supply in the inclined direction, and balances the indoor temperature as far as possible, and the indoor air outlet 73 can be selectively provided with an air device to adjust the air outlet direction. Of course, the axis of the indoor fan 10 may be in the horizontal direction, and there may be no particular limitation thereto.
In order to insulate heat of the outdoor side and the indoor side by the heat insulation partition plate, and simultaneously not to influence the circulation of the refrigerant pipeline, a through hole for the pipeline to pass through is formed in the heat insulation partition plate 100, and a sealing sleeve, such as a rubber sleeve, for sealing a gap between the through hole and the pipeline is further configured on the through hole, so that mosquitoes and insects at the outdoor side are prevented from climbing into the room and water at the outside is prevented from permeating into the room.

the air conditioner comprises an air conditioner shell, a refrigerating system, an indoor fan, an outdoor fan and an electric control system, wherein the refrigerating system at least comprises a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator and a throttling device;

the air conditioner shell comprises an indoor shell positioned on the indoor side and an outdoor shell positioned on the outdoor side during installation, the indoor shell and the outdoor shell are assembled into a whole, a water receiving disc is arranged in the indoor shell to divide the inner space of the indoor shell into an evaporation cavity positioned above and an electric control cavity positioned below, the outdoor shell is positioned on one side of the electric control cavity, and a heat insulation partition plate is arranged between the outdoor shell and the part of the indoor shell corresponding to the electric control cavity; the evaporator and the indoor fan are positioned in the evaporation cavity, the electric control system is arranged in the electric control cavity, the compressor is arranged in an outdoor cavity defined by the electric control cavity or the outdoor shell, the throttling device is arranged in the electric control cavity or the outdoor cavity, and the condenser and the outdoor fan are arranged in the outdoor cavity; an indoor air outlet and an indoor air return inlet are formed on the indoor shell part corresponding to the evaporation cavity, and an outdoor air outlet and an outdoor air return inlet are formed on the indoor shell.
