The working principle of the drainage valve for the automobile gas storage tank is as follows:
the drain valve is directly installed at a water outlet of a vehicle air storage tank, accumulated water in the air storage tank passes through a first connecting pipe 16, an extension pipe 11 and a second connecting pipe 17 in sequence through a filter screen cylinder 23 and finally enters a water storage box 13 of the drain valve to be gradually accumulated, when the water surface of the accumulated water in a water storage cavity rises to the position of a water content sensor 8, the water content sensor 8 detects the accumulated water and sends an accumulated water signal to an external controller, a water drainage electromagnetic valve 6 is opened through the external controller to start drainage, and during the icing period in winter, the first heating piece 15 is automatically opened to heat and melt ice; after the electromagnetic valve 6 is opened, the pressure sensor 7 detects the air pressure change, confirms the opening of the electromagnetic valve 6, simultaneously controls the air pressure reduction amplitude, and closes the electromagnetic valve 6 when the air pressure is reduced to the preset air pressure or the opening time reaches the preset time. After the electromagnetic valve is closed, whether accumulated water is discharged or not, whether the electromagnetic valve 6 is completely closed or not, whether the air leakage phenomenon exists or not and the like are retested.
In the invention, the second connecting pipe 17 and the gas storage tank 20 are fixed through the connecting bolt 22, and the connecting channel 5 is rotated by rotating the assembly body of the bottom groove 1 and the top cover 2, so that the connecting channel 5 is fixed with the bottom of the first connecting pipe 16, and the assembly and disassembly are convenient, thereby being convenient to clean the interiors of the first connecting pipe 16 and the second connecting pipe 17;
the water in the gas storage tank 20 flows into the connecting bolt 22 after being filtered by the filter screen cylinder 23, the connecting bolt 22 is provided with the through groove 221, so that the water enters the second connecting pipe 17 through the through groove 221 on the connecting bolt 22, the second heating sheet 19 is arranged at the bottom of the second connecting pipe 17, the water in the second connecting pipe 17 is effectively prevented from being frozen, the second connecting pipe 17 is prevented from being blocked, and the normal drainage of the gas storage tank 20 is ensured;
according to the invention, the extension pipe 11 is arranged between the first connecting pipe 16 and the second connecting pipe 17, so that the overall length of the first connecting pipe 16, the second connecting pipe 17 and the extension pipe 11 can be adjusted according to the bottom distance of the adjacent gas storage tanks 20, the expansion pipe can be adapted to the drainage of the gas storage tanks with different sizes, and the adaptability is strong.

a shell (4) is fixedly arranged on the bottom wall of the inner side of the bottom groove (1), a water storage box (13) is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the shell (4), a moisture sensor (8) and a temperature sensor (9) are fixedly arranged on one side of the shell (4), a pressure sensor (7) is fixedly arranged on one side of the shell (4), one ends of the moisture sensor (8), the temperature sensor (9) and the pressure sensor (7) extend to the inner side of the water storage box (13), an electromagnetic valve (6) for controlling the connection channel (5) to be opened and closed is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of one side of the shell (4), a mounting plate (10) is fixedly arranged on one side of the shell (4) far away from the moisture sensor (8), a first heating sheet (15) is fixedly arranged in the mounting plate (10), and one side of the first heating sheet (15) is tightly contacted with the outer wall of one side of the shell (4);

secondly, inserting a connecting bolt (22) into a second connecting pipe (17) from bottom to top and screwing the connecting bolt (22) to fix the second connecting pipe (17) at the bottom of the air storage tank (20), wherein a filter screen cylinder (23) extends into the air storage tank (20), a bottom groove (1) with internal parts installed is sealed through a top cover (2) and then placed below the first connecting pipe (16), a connecting channel (5) is aligned with an inner hole of a pipeline joint (18), the connecting channel (5) is rotated and screwed and fixed with the pipeline joint (18), and the top cover (2) and a fixing plate (26) are fixed through the bolt;
