The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, the sliding block is driven by the threaded connection to move downwards to push the meshing of the gears, so that the mutual transmission between the cleaning rotating shaft and the engine crankshaft is realized, the purpose of fully cleaning the surface of the engine crankshaft by the brush is realized, the cleaning efficiency is improved, and the lubricating oil filter which is filtered for multiple times and has residual dirt is cleaned by water by controlling the ball valve switch, so that the purpose of recycling the lubricating oil filter is realized, the cleaning efficiency is improved, and the condition that the lubrication is not clean due to residual dirt after multiple times of filtering is avoided.

When needs filter the used lubricating oil that recycles, first motor 45 starts to drive second axis of rotation 44 and rotates to make filter core 50 rotate, then the dirt in the lubricating oil through filter core 50 adsorbs in filter core 50, when filter core 50 adsorbs too much dirt and makes filter core 50's filter effect reduce, close fourth ball valve 49 and first ball valve 41, open second ball valve 48 and third ball valve 42, thereby water pump 47 starts to send water into in lubricating oil filter 40, wash filter core 50, realized clean and filterable loop action, strengthened lubricating oil filter 40's filtration efficiency.
