In addition, when the gate valve is closed, the valve plate is positioned in the valve cavity, and dust can be deposited on the valve plate; when the flashboard valve is opened, dust on the valve plate is easy to move out of the valve cavity along with the valve plate, and the field environment is affected.
In view of the above problems, there is a need for a valve body that prevents dust in a valve chamber from leaking out, improves sealing reliability, and has the problems of free movement and no jamming in desulfurized fly ash.
The sealing method used in the factory at present is to add a baffle at the outlet of the valve plate, fill a sealing strip between the baffle and the outlet, and screw down the bolt on the baffle to deform the sealing strip after being extruded, so as to achieve the purpose of tight contact between the sealing strip and the inserting plate, thereby realizing the sealing of the inserting plate valve.
However, the sealing method causes the sealing strip and the inserting plate to have large friction force, the sealing strip is easy to block in the opening and closing process, the sealing strip is also very seriously worn, and the inserting plate valve can leak dust after the sealing strip is seriously worn, so that the sealing strip needs to be frequently replaced.
