Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of petroleum and natural gas drilling equipment, relates to an easily-assembled and disassembled gear box without an outward flange, and further relates to application of the easily-assembled and disassembled gear box without the outward flange.
Background
As shown in fig. 1(a), the high-pressure drilling pump set mainly comprises a motor 1, a gear box 2, a drilling pump 3, a base 4, a bolt 5, a nut 6 and the like, and the motor, the gear box and the drilling pump of the pump set are arranged on the base, so that the integral hoisting and the moving are very convenient. However, the conventional well pump set gear box has a flange protruding outwards and is connected with the well pump through the flange, as shown in fig. 1(B) and 1(C), and the gear box has two main problems: firstly, the outward convex flange makes the width of the gear box itself wider, and the total width of the drilling pump set (namely, the position B in figures 1 and 2) easily exceeds the standard limit of railway or road transportation, so that the drilling pump and the gear box must be detached when moving, the operation is difficult and the equipment is damaged, but in order to ensure that the connecting bolt and the connecting nut can be detached smoothly, the outward convex width of the gear box flange must be enough; (II) the gear box is difficult to disassemble and assemble: the space between the drilling pump and the gear box is narrow, and the installation and the disassembly of the connecting bolt and the connecting nut are very inconvenient.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an easily-disassembled and assembled gear box without an outward flange, and solves the problems that in the prior art, the gear box is difficult to disassemble and assemble, the total width of a pump set is too wide due to the installation of the outward flange, and the gear box needs to be disassembled for transportation.
It is a further object of the present invention to provide a use of the above gearbox.
The invention adopts the technical scheme that the gear box without the convex flange is easy to assemble and disassemble and comprises a box body, a gear set and a box cover which are sequentially connected, wherein the gear set is connected with the box body and the box cover through a bearing set, gear operation holes are formed in the circumference of a gear of the gear set, box cover operation holes are formed in the box cover, bolt holes are formed in the box body, and through-penetrating holes are formed in the gear operation holes, the box cover operation holes and the bolt holes.
The invention is also characterized in that:
gear operation hole evenly distributed is on gear train gear circumference, and gear operation hole is the circular port.
The case cover operation hole and the gear operation hole are correspondingly arranged, and the case cover operation hole is a circular hole.
The bolt hole corresponds the setting with gear operation hole, and the bolt hole is the circular port.
The gear set comprises an input gear, an intermediate gear and an output gear which are sequentially meshed and connected.
The bearing set includes an input bearing, an intermediate bearing and an output bearing which connect the input gear, the intermediate gear and the output gear with the case body and the case cover.
The box cover further comprises a cover plate arranged on the box cover.
The invention adopts another technical scheme that the easy-to-assemble and easy-to-disassemble non-convex flange gear box is applied to a drilling pump set.
The third technical scheme is that the easy-to-assemble and easy-to-disassemble and easy-to-assemble non-convex flange gear box is applied to the fracturing pump set.
The fourth technical scheme is that the easy-to-assemble and easy-to-disassemble and easy-to-assemble non-convex flange gear box is applied to the water injection pump set.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the easily-disassembled and assembled flange-free gearbox, the bolt and nut operating holes and the bolt holes for disassembling and assembling the through gearbox are skillfully designed, so that the disassembling and assembling operation is led to the completely-opened outer side from the inner side of the gearbox, the space of an operator at a station is almost not limited, and the bolt and nut are more convenient to assemble and disassemble; meanwhile, the design of changing the dismounting position and the dismounting mode of the bolt and the nut ensures that the convex flange on the gear box has no need of arrangement, the width of the gear box can be greatly reduced, particularly the width of a high-power five-cylinder pump set applying the gear box can be reduced to be within 3 meters, the transportation standard limit value of the pump set on railways and highways is met, the gear box is prevented from being dismounted during transportation, and the gear box can also be applied to a fracturing pump combined water injection pump set.

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
The invention discloses an easily-disassembled and assembled gear box without an outward flange, which comprises a box body, a gear set and a box cover which are sequentially connected, wherein the gear set is connected with the box body and the box cover through a bearing set, gear operation holes 17 are formed in the circumference of a gear of the gear set, box cover operation holes 18 are formed in the box cover, bolt holes 19 are formed in the box body, and through holes are formed by the gear operation holes 17, the box cover operation holes 18 and the bolt holes 19.
Gear operation holes 17 are evenly distributed on the circumference of the gear set, and the gear operation holes 17 are circular holes.
The cover operation hole 18 is provided corresponding to the gear operation hole 17, and the cover operation hole 18 is a circular hole.
The bolt holes 19 are arranged corresponding to the gear operation holes 17, and the bolt holes 19 are circular holes.
The gear set comprises an input gear, an intermediate gear and an output gear which are sequentially meshed and connected.
The bearing set includes an input bearing, an intermediate bearing and an output bearing which connect the input gear, the intermediate gear and the output gear with the case body and the case cover.
The box cover further comprises a cover plate arranged on the box cover.
The invention discloses an easily-disassembled and assembled gear box without an outward flange, which comprises the following installation steps: firstly, the input gear 12, the intermediate gear 11 and the output gear 8 are respectively connected with the box body 7 and the box cover through the input bearing 15, the intermediate bearing 14 and the output bearing 13, and then the bearing cover is arranged on the box body 7 and the box cover 9, so that the gear box without the convex flange and easy to assemble and disassemble is completed.
The steps of mounting the gear box on a drilling pump set, a fracturing pump set or a water injection pump set are as follows: the bolts 5 are respectively assembled in threaded holes uniformly distributed at the input end of a pump set, then the input gear 12 is rotated, so that the gear operation holes 17 uniformly and respectively formed in the output gear 8, the box cover operation holes 18 formed in the box cover 9 and the bolt holes 19 formed in the box body 7 form through hole channels, a socket wrench 16 used for screwing or unscrewing the nuts 6 can smoothly enter and exit the hole channels, the hole channels are aligned with the bolts 5 one by one, the nuts 6 are assembled with the bolts 5 through the hole channels and screwed to a specified torque value, and finally the cover plate 10 is installed on the box cover 9 to complete installation.
The steps of disassembling the gear box from a drilling pump set, a fracturing pump set or a water injection pump set are as follows: firstly, the cover plate 10 is dismounted, the output gear 8 is rotated to enable the gear operating hole 17, the box cover operating hole 18 on the box cover 9 and the bolt hole 19 on the box body 7 to form a through hole channel, the box wrench 16 penetrates through the hole channel to dismount the nut 6, the gear box is lifted to be separated from the pump group, and the bolt 5 assembled on the pump group is dismounted.
