The fastening assembly according to claim 1, wherein two pairs of radial protrusions, a first protrusion (2331) and a second protrusion (2332), which are larger than the outer diameter of the first vertical sleeve (231), are symmetrically distributed on the same horizontal line on the outer circumferential wall of the middle cylinder (233), wherein the width of the first protrusion (2331) is larger than the width of the second protrusion (2332), and the height of the first protrusion (2331) is smaller than the height of the second protrusion (2332).
3. The fastening assembly of claim 1 wherein the resilient support (22) is a rubber material.
4. The fastening assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the wear-resistant support sleeve (23) is an injection-molded part with a certain hardness and wear resistance.
5. An assembly method suitable for the fastening assembly of any one of claims 1 to 4 for fixing a first fixed object (1) and a second fixed object (6), characterized in that a first vertical sleeve (231) of the wear-resistant support sleeve (23) is fitted and inserted into an annular gap between the elastic support (22) and the threaded rod (212) to form a first gap (3) with the lower surface of the washer (22); the first fixed object (1) is provided with a mounting hole (5) corresponding to a radial bulge on the middle cylinder (233) of the wear-resistant support sleeve (23); a screw rod (212) of the bolt (21) penetrates through the mounting hole (5) and enables the upper surface of the radial protrusion to be in contact with the inner surface of the first fixed object (1), and meanwhile, a second gap (4) is formed between the lower surface of the elastic support piece (22) and the inner surface of the first fixed object (1); wherein the second gap (4) is smaller than or equal to the first gap (3); the second fixed object (6) is correspondingly provided with a threaded hole which is matched with the screw rod (212) to play a role in fixing.
6. An assembling method according to claim 5, wherein said mounting hole (5) is a sharp edge on the side of the inner surface of said first fixed object (1).
7. A washing machine, characterized in that it employs a fastening assembly (2) according to any one of claims 1-4 and/or an assembly method according to any one of claims 5-6 during transport or movement, wherein the first fixed object (1) is a washing machine back plate and the second fixed object (6) is a washing machine tub.
