Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of gas extraction, and particularly relates to a normally closed automatic water drainage device for gas extraction of a high-gas mine.
Background
In the process of gas extraction, water blockage can occur. The extraction pipeline is an environment of a negative pressure pipeline, liquid water possibly exists in the extraction pipeline, the liquid water flows and gathers in the extraction pipeline and cannot be discharged in time, the effective section of a local pipeline is easily reduced obviously, even the extraction pipeline is blocked, and the extraction efficiency is seriously influenced.
At present, in order to eliminate the problem of accumulated water in a pipeline, a group of automatic water drainage devices are usually arranged at intervals, particularly in a low-lying section of the pipeline.
The working environment of the existing automatic water drainage device is a negative pressure environment; however, in a high gas mine, when the conditions of on-site power failure, equipment maintenance, extraction pump stop and the like exist, the gas extraction pipeline system is gradually changed from negative pressure to positive pressure. Because the negative pressure drainer closes the water outlet by means of negative pressure, positive pressure conduction occurs, gas in the drainage pipeline escapes from the valve bank of the automatic gas extraction drainer in a large quantity, gas leakage is caused, the instantaneous high-concentration overrun of the gas on the working face is caused, and great hidden danger is formed. Therefore, how to ensure the normal use of the automatic water drainage device for gas extraction in a high-permeability gas mine is a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a normally closed type automatic gas extraction water drainage device for a high gas mine, which aims to prevent liquid water from blocking an extraction pipeline and enable the automatic gas extraction water drainage device to be normally used in the high gas mine.
A gas extraction normally closed type automatic water drainage device for a high gas mine is characterized in that two parallel guide plates are fixedly installed on the inner wall, located above a water outlet, of a water outlet side of a conventional gas extraction automatic water drainage device, one end of a floating rod penetrates through the two guide plates and is in clearance fit with the two guide plates, the other end of the floating rod is connected with a safety valve, and an upper fixing plate and a lower fixing plate are connected to the floating rod between the safety valve and the guide plates; one end of the upper fixing plate is connected with the floating rod, and the other end of the upper fixing plate is sleeved on the mounting shaft and can move up and down along the mounting shaft; one end of the lower fixing plate is connected with the floating rod, and the other end of the lower fixing plate is sleeved on the mounting shaft and can move up and down along the mounting shaft; a buoy is arranged between the upper fixing plate and the lower fixing plate, and is sleeved on the mounting shaft and can move up and down along the mounting shaft; the top end of the mounting shaft is connected with a three-way valve; the sealing plate is fixed on a bottom plate of the common gas extraction automatic water drainage device, is positioned at the water outlet and is close to the safety valve.
When the automatic gas extraction water discharger stops working, negative pressure does not exist in the pipeline, the water discharger is communicated with the atmosphere, all water in the water discharger flows out, the float descends, the safety valve slides down along with the descending of the float, the descending of the float drives the lower fixing plate to descend, the lower fixing plate drives the safety valve to descend to the water outlet and plug the water outlet, the water outlet of the water discharger is guaranteed not to be communicated with the atmosphere, the inner cavity of the automatic gas extraction water discharger is in a negative pressure state, and the three-way valve is closed, so that gas entering from the three-way valve is blocked.
When the automatic gas extraction water drainage device works normally, the buoy rises continuously along with the water level, and when the buoy rises to a certain height, the safety valve is driven to rise, and the safety valve leaves the water outlet, so that the normal opening of the water outlet is ensured, and the normal operation of the automatic gas extraction water drainage device is realized.
The invention utilizes the displacement of the float of the existing automatic gas extraction water drainage device to control the opening and closing of the safety valve, prevents liquid water from blocking an extraction pipeline, and thus ensures the normal use of the automatic gas extraction water drainage device in a high gas mine.

In an embodiment, a gas extraction normally closed automatic water discharger for a high gas mine as shown in fig. 1 includes: the automatic water drainage device for the conventional gas extraction comprises a conventional gas extraction automatic water drainage device 1, a guide frame 2, a floating rod 3, an upper fixing plate 4, a safety valve 5, a sealing plate 6 and a lower fixing plate.
The two guide frames 2 are fixed on the inner wall of one side of the common gas extraction automatic water drainage device 1 and located above the water outlet 11, the sealing plate 6 is fixedly connected with the bottom plate of the common gas extraction automatic water drainage device 1, the sealing plate 6 is close to the safety valve, the two guide frames 2 guarantee the movement direction of the floating rod 3, and the sealing plate 6 realizes accurate positioning of the safety valve 5.
The upper fixing plate 4 is fixed with the floating rod, and the other end of the upper fixing plate 4 is sleeved on the mounting shaft 10 of the float 8 and can slide up and down along the mounting shaft 10; one end of a lower fixed plate 7 is fixed with the floating rod, and the other end of the lower fixed plate 7 is sleeved on the mounting shaft of the float 8 and can slide up and down along the mounting shaft; thereby ensuring that the floating rod 3 moves downwards with it when the float 8 moves downwards.
The top of the mounting shaft 10 is connected with a three-way valve 9.
The buoy 8 is arranged between the upper fixing plate 4 and the lower fixing plate 7 and slides up and down along the shaft; when the float 8 floats upwards at a certain height, the floating rod 3 moves upwards along with the float 8.
The lower end of the floating rod 3 is fixed with a safety valve 5, so that the safety valve 5 is opened and closed along with the displacement of the float 8.
The safety valve 5 can be a plug or a stopper, which is intended to block the water outlet.
The conventional automatic gas extraction water drainage device 1 adopts a gas extraction automatic water drainage device used in a current extraction pipeline. Belongs to the known technology.
The connection according to the invention is a conventional welded or bolted connection. The fixing is bolt fixing, welding fixing or screw fixing.

A gas extraction normally closed type automatic water discharger for a high gas mine is characterized in that two parallel guide plates are fixedly installed on the inner wall, located above a water outlet, of the water outlet side of a common gas extraction automatic water discharger, one end of a floating rod penetrates through the two guide plates and is in clearance fit with the two guide plates, the other end of the floating rod is connected with a safety valve, and an upper fixing plate and a lower fixing plate are connected to the floating rod between the safety valve and the guide plates; one end of the upper fixing plate is connected with the floating rod, and the other end of the upper fixing plate is sleeved on the mounting shaft and can move up and down along the shaft; one end of the lower fixing plate is connected with the floating rod, and the other end of the lower fixing plate is sleeved on the mounting shaft and can move up and down along the shaft; a buoy is arranged between the upper fixing plate and the lower fixing plate, and is sleeved on the mounting shaft and can move up and down along the shaft; the mounting shaft is connected with a three-way valve; the sealing plate is fixed on a bottom plate of the common gas extraction automatic water drainage device, is positioned at the water outlet and is close to the safety valve.

The gas extraction normally closed automatic water discharger for the high gas mine according to claim 1, wherein when the gas extraction automatic water discharger stops working, negative pressure does not exist in the pipeline, the water discharger is communicated with the atmosphere, all water in the water discharger flows out, the float descends, the safety valve slides down along with the descent of the float, the descent of the float drives the lower fixing plate to descend, the lower fixing plate drives the safety valve to descend to the water outlet and block the water outlet, it is ensured that the water outlet of the water discharger is not communicated with the atmosphere, so that the inner cavity of the gas extraction automatic water discharger is in a negative pressure state, and the three-way valve is closed, thereby blocking gas leakage entering from the three-way valve;
