Abstract
一种强化仿石纹玻璃托纤维板饰板，是一种新型
家具材料及各种台面材料，其结构包括透明强化玻璃
(1)，粘合树脂层(2)，诸如丝印或转移的凹凸印油墨
图案层(3)，局部或全部的粘合剂层(4)，固态板(诸如
木板、纤维板、塑脂板等)(5)，包边层(6)。
Description
本发明提供了一种强化仿石纹玻璃托纤维板饰板，是一种新型的装饰材料，可用于酒楼台面、酒吧台面、办公桌台面、家庭餐台、茶几、咖啡台等装饰。
此项发明较以前的家俱及台面制品而言，有以下综合性能特点，第一：本发明产品有意大利等国天然石材的质感;第二：有比意大利等国高级石材更好的硬度和光泽，可受压2000公斤不碎，不易划花和打坏，耐用，轻便;第三：有比玻璃家具台面更好的安全性（如下面有纤维中密板，万一打碎也不伤人，四周有美观、协调、精细的A、B、S包边条，不象玻璃一般地易碰坏或伤人;第四：本发明产品还可出现超过天然石材或玻璃的新装饰性特点，出现水晶光泽，令家俱高贵感倍增。本发明产品将是同类家俱及台面材料中，最具优良性能的装饰材料。
本发明实施例的目的是这样实现的，在透明强化玻璃上涂一层粘合剂，再在粘合剂层上粘上一层用凹印或凸印技术印上的一层由一种或一种以上颜料组成的油墨层的图案膜层，再在转移的油墨图案层上涂上部分或全部粘合剂使之与有机材料板（诸如木材或纤维板等粘合，然后在其整体外加上固态材料（诸如塑料，ABS、PVC或金属铝等）包边层。即得到本发明产品强化仿石纹玻璃托纤维板饰板。
下面结合附图对本发明实施例的目的加以详细说明：
附图1为本发明实施例的平面示意图，表示由带有颜料的油墨图案与透明强化玻璃共同组成的叠合图案，黑色部分表示油墨图案层。
附图2为本发明实施例的剖视图，（1）……为透明强化玻璃;（2）……为环氧树脂粘合剂层;（3）……为彩色油墨图案层;（4）……为聚胺脂粘合剂层;（5）……为木材板;（6）……为金属铝包边层。
Claims (4)
1、一种强化仿石纹玻璃托纤维板饰板，是一种新型家私材料及各种台面材料，其结构包括透明强化玻璃(1)，粘合树脂层(2)，诸如丝印或转移的凹凸印油墨图案层(3)，局部或全部的粘合剂层(4)，固态板(诸如木板、纤维板、塑脂板等)(5)，包边层(6)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的强化仿石纹玻璃托纤维板饰板，其特征在于粘合树脂层（2）和（4），可以是其他各类树脂，如环氧树脂、聚胺脂、密胺脂、丙稀酸等。也可以是热固型，光敏感光型或双组分树脂。
3、根据权利要求1所述的强化仿石纹玻璃托纤维板饰板，其特征在于固态板（5），可以是各种材料，诸如木材板、纤维板、塑料板、金属板等。
4、根据权利要求1所述的强化仿石纹玻璃托纤维板饰板，其特征在于包边层（6）也可以是各种固态材料，诸如塑料，各种金属等。
