Detailed Description

with reference to fig. 1-4, the novel foldable brush type oil bailing swab comprises a mandrel 1, a pin shaft 2, a meniscus 3, a tray 4 and a brush 5, wherein a through hole is formed in the middle of the mandrel 1, the pin shaft 2 is horizontally inserted into the through hole in an interference fit manner, and is guaranteed not to be displaced along the axial direction and rotate, so that the position of the meniscus 3 on the pin shaft 2 is determined. A semicircular integrated brush 5 is fixed at the lower edge of the meniscus 3 by using a countersunk head screw 6, and the extending length of the brush 5 is 3-5 mm. Because the traditional rubber sealing element has the defects of poor abrasion resistance and low hardness, the brush 5 is used for replacing the traditional rubber. The brush 5 has certain rigidity, can seal the gap leakage between the meniscus 3 and the casing wall, has certain elasticity, and can deform and pass when encountering a protruding blocking object on the casing wall surface, so that the pump is prevented from being clamped. The brush 5 can scrape and rub residual substances on the wall of the shaft and has a certain cleaning effect on the inner wall of the shaft. The brush 5 is made of steel wires and has good wear resistance.
The lower end of the oil bailing swab is also connected with a weighting rod through threads. The weighting rod can improve the descending capacity of the oil bailing swab, prevent the swab from being clamped and prevent the sucker rod from being bent, and reduce the friction force between the main pipes.
