The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:
the curtain wall mounting piece comprises a front pressing plate, a rear connecting rod, a mounting head and a pull ring. The side end of the front pressure plate is provided with a plurality of installation parts. The rear pressing plates are a plurality of and are respectively installed on the edge of the rear end face of the front pressing plate through bolts. One end of the rear connecting rod is a ball head, the ball head is clamped between the front pressing plate and the rear pressing plate, and the other end of the rear connecting rod penetrates through the rear pressing plate. The front connecting rods are a plurality of and are each of a U-shaped bending structure, one end of each front connecting rod is installed on the installation portion, and the installation portion is installed at the other end of each front connecting rod in a threaded mode. The mounting head faces the front end face of the front pressing plate. The pull rod comprises two pull rings, one end of each pull ring is hinged with a screw, and the two screws are connected through a first nut; the two pull rings are respectively sleeved on two sections which are oppositely arranged after the front connecting rod is bent.
Preferably, the end face of the front pressure plate is provided with a through middle hole, and the middle hole is arranged corresponding to the mounting head.
Preferably, the mounting portion is a through hole penetrating from a side end of the front platen to the center hole; the connecting end of the front connecting rod and the mounting part is provided with threads, the connecting end is arranged in the through hole, and the front connecting rod is fixed with the front pressure plate through a second nut arranged in an opposite manner.
Preferably, the mounting part is two press plates which are buckled with each other, and the two press plates are connected through bolts and clamp the end part of the front connecting rod between the two press plates.
Preferably, the mounting head is a polygonal column, and a notch is formed on a side surface of the column.
The invention has the advantages that the installation and adjustment are convenient, the adjustment of the installation angle and the installation position of each wallboard can be convenient in the installation process of the curtain wall, the integral installation efficiency of the curtain wall is improved, and the installation gap and the installation stress between the wallboards are reduced; the parts of the invention have simple structure, are beneficial to assembly and disassembly, and are convenient to process and produce.

When the ball head clamping device is installed, the clamping force of the front pressing plate 100 and the rear pressing plate 200 to the ball head can be adjusted through bolts. The swing of the rear end of the rear connecting rod 300 when the clamping pressure is reduced is beneficial to the connection and adjustment of the rear connecting rod 300 and the building steel structure, and the position compensation is realized. The installation position is determined and then the clamping pressure is adjusted to be increased so that the rear link 300 is fixed. And then can improve the installation and the regulation efficiency of curtain. The curtain wall mounting part further comprises a front connecting rod 400, the front connecting rod 400 is used for mounting curtain wall boards, the number of the front connecting rod 400 is a plurality of, the specific number of the front connecting rod 400 can be determined according to the number of the wall boards, under the general condition, the number of the front connecting rod 400 is equal to the number of the connected wall boards, and each wall board is mounted with the corresponding front connecting rod 400. Each front connecting rod 400 is a U-shaped bending structure, and two sections oppositely arranged after being bent into a U shape have certain elasticity, but the elasticity is enough to support the wall board, so that the installation strength of the wall board is ensured. One end of the front link 400 is mounted on the mounting part 101, and the other end is threadedly mounted with a mounting head 600; wherein the mounting head 600 after mounting is disposed toward the front end surface of the front platen 100 and can be connected with a wall board. When the wall plate is mounted with the mounting head 600, the mounting position of the mounting head 600 can be adjusted by screw threads, i.e., the mounting head 600 moves along the axis of the front link 400. During installation, when the wallboard installation position deviates from the implementation position, compensation and adjustment can be performed through the movement of the installation head 600, so that the installation and adjustment of the installation head 600 and the wallboard are facilitated. In use, the tie bar 500 is mounted on the front link 400 in order to stabilize the elasticity of the front link 400 and further enhance the strength of the front link 400, and to change the mounting position of the mounting head 600 by using the characteristic of the elasticity of the front link 400. The pull rod 500 comprises two pull rings 501, one end of each pull ring 501 is hinged with a screw 502, and the two screws 502 are connected through a first nut 503; two pull rings 501 are respectively sleeved on two sections of the front connecting rod 400 which are oppositely arranged after being bent, namely two vertical edges of the U-shaped structure, when the position of the mounting head 600 is adjusted, the front connecting rod 400 of the U-shaped structure is deformed by screwing the first nut 503, namely the opening of the U-shaped structure is increased or reduced, at the moment, the mounting head 600 can swing, and therefore the angle and the gap between the mounting head 600 and a wallboard can be conveniently adjusted.
During installation, the rear connecting rod 300 is firstly connected with a building steel structure preliminarily; then, the hoisted wall boards are respectively and primarily connected with the mounting heads 600 corresponding to the front connecting rods 400; when the accurate adjustment is carried out after the aforesaid is connected, connecting rod 400 and installation head 600 can be convenient for be connected between curtain installed part and the wallboard before adjusting, connecting rod 300 can be convenient for be connected between curtain installed part and the building steel construction through adjusting.
According to the above, in order to further facilitate the installation of the curtain wall panel, the partial structure of the curtain wall panel is further limited, and the specific scheme is as follows:
in order to facilitate the installation and adjustment between the mounting head 600 and the wall plate, a through middle hole 102 is formed in the end surface of the front pressing plate 100, the middle hole 102 is arranged corresponding to the mounting head 600, and when the mounting head 600 is installed with the wall plate, the middle hole 102 can facilitate the screwing of the mounting head 600 and the checking of the position of the mounting head 600. On the basis of the installation and adjustment of the front connecting rod 400 and the front pressure plate 100, the installation part 101 is a through hole penetrating from the side end of the front pressure plate 100 to the middle hole 102; the connecting end of the front connecting rod 400 and the mounting part 101 is provided with threads, the end is arranged in the through hole, the front connecting rod 400 is fixed with the front pressing plate 100 through second nuts 700 arranged in an opposite mode, the two second nuts 700 are respectively arranged on the outer side wall of the front pressing plate 100 and the inner wall of the through hole 102, the mounting position of the front connecting rod 400 can be locked through screwing the two second nuts 700, and the front connecting rod 400 and the front pressing plate 100 are fixed; after the two second nuts 700 are unscrewed, the threaded end of the front connecting rod 400 can move along the through hole, so that the mounting position of the mounting head 600 can be adjusted, and the mounting head 600 can be conveniently connected with the wall board.
Similarly, in order to facilitate the mounting and adjustment of the front link 400 and the front pressure plate 100, the mounting portion 101 may be provided as two pressure plates that are engaged with each other and are connected by bolts to sandwich the end portion of the front link 400 therebetween. The front connecting rod 400 is pressed by the two pressing plates to fix the front connecting rod 400 and the front pressing plate 100; after the two pressing plates are loosened, the mounting position of the mounting head 600 can be adjusted, and the connection between the mounting head 600 and the wall board is further facilitated.
