Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of wet tissue raw materials, in particular to a dispersible wet tissue material and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The market of Chinese wet tissues is in the blowout bedding period, and ice can be broken by a small thing to promote the growth of the whole industry.
The wet tissue is divided into two types according to the materials: one is wet strength paper, the other is non-woven fabric, most of the wet tissues are made of non-woven fabric, and the raw material non-woven fabric is mostly spunlaced. The spunlace non-woven fabric has the characteristic of long period in the natural degradation time. Therefore, a new raw material for wet wipes, which can be rapidly degraded, is urgently needed to be developed. In addition, the existing wet tissue material adopts terylene or cotton, the terylene wet tissue material is hard and smooth, and the cotton material is soft but easy to damage.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects and shortcomings in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a dispersible wet tissue material, which is prepared by mixing terylene and cotton in a proper proportion to obtain a wet tissue raw material which is smooth in texture and not easy to damage; the corn flour is added, so that the material is easy to hydrolyze and is environment-friendly.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the dispersible wet tissue material, which has the advantages of simple operation, convenient control, high production efficiency, low production cost and suitability for large-scale production.
The invention further aims to provide application of the dispersible wet tissue material.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a dispersible wet tissue material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
40-80 parts of cotton;
10-40 parts of terylene;
10-40 parts of starch;
30-40 parts of anionic aliphatic polyester type polyurethane;
20-30 parts of fatty alcohol sulfate surfactant;
10-15 parts of water.
The raw material of the wet tissue which is smooth in texture and not easy to damage is obtained by mixing the terylene and the cotton in a proper proportion; the corn flour is added, so that the material is easy to hydrolyze and is environment-friendly. The wet tissue or sanitary towel made of the wet tissue raw material is soft and smooth, comfortable and environment-friendly.
Preferably, the dispersible wet tissue material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
50-70 parts of cotton;
20-30 parts of terylene;
20-30 parts of starch;
35 parts of anionic aliphatic polyester polyurethane;
25 parts of fatty alcohol sulfate surfactant;
and 10 parts of water.
More preferably, the dispersible wet tissue material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
60 parts of cotton;
30 parts of terylene;
20 parts of starch;
35 parts of anionic aliphatic polyester polyurethane;
25 parts of fatty alcohol sulfate surfactant;
and 10 parts of water.
Preferably, the starch is one or a mixture of two of corn starch and sweet potato starch.
A preparation method of a dispersible wet tissue material comprises the following steps:
a) putting cotton and terylene in proportion into a carding machine for carding and directly laying to form a base material 1;
b) uniformly mixing anionic aliphatic polyester polyurethane, fatty alcohol sulfate surfactant and water, stirring at a high speed to obtain slurry, and uniformly coating the slurry on the surface of the substrate 1 obtained in the step a) to form a substrate 2;
c) uniformly mixing starch with water to form starch slurry, and uniformly coating the starch slurry on the surface of the base material 2 obtained in the step b);
d) and (5) putting the mixture into an oven for baking, drying and rolling.
The preparation method of the dispersible wet tissue material has the advantages of simple operation, convenient control, high production efficiency and low production cost, and is suitable for large-scale production.
Further, the carding times in the process of a) are 3 times.
Further, the stirring speed of high-speed stirring in the b) process is 5000-7000r/min, and the stirring is carried out until the viscosity of the slurry is 8000 cps;
the invention can rapidly adjust the viscosity of the slurry to 8000cps by controlling the rotating speed to be 5000-7000r/min, thereby effectively saving the time cost and the raw material cost.
Further, the viscosity of the starch slurry in the c) process is 5000-7000cps, and the temperature of the starch slurry is 30-50 ℃.
The invention keeps the temperature of the starch slurry at 30-50 ℃, so that the applied starch slurry is more uniform.
Further, the baking temperature in the d) process is 50-150 ℃, and the baking time is 20-80 min.
According to the invention, the drying temperature is adjusted to 50-150 ℃, and the drying time is 20-80min, so that the slurry is dried fully and uniformly, and the thickness of the dispersible wet tissue material is uniform.
An application of a dispersible wet tissue material in preparing wet tissue or sanitary towel is provided.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the raw material of the wet tissue which is smooth in texture and not easy to damage is obtained by mixing the terylene and the cotton in a proper proportion; the corn flour is added, so that the material is easy to hydrolyze and is environment-friendly.
The preparation method of the dispersible wet tissue material has the advantages of simple operation, convenient control, high production efficiency and low production cost, and is suitable for large-scale production.
Wet tissues and sanitary towels prepared from the material are easy to hydrolyze and have moderate texture.
