Example one
In shops such as laundries and clothing stores, a garment steamer is used by a merchant to iron clothes so that the wrinkled area becomes smooth and beautiful.
After the garment steamer is electrified by adding water, the water is heated by the internal heater, so that the normal-temperature water is vaporized into high-temperature and high-pressure steam, and the scorching water steam is released through the guide pipe and the spray head. In the use process, a user only needs to aim the steam at the wrinkles of the clothes for spraying, and presses or stretches the wrinkles, so that the purpose of leveling the clothes can be achieved.
Because the garment steamer is convenient to operate, more and more families can purchase the garment steamer at present so as to be used at home and in the journey. Along with the popularization of garment steamer, the safety of garment steamer is becoming more and more important.
The garment steamer can generate very high temperature during working, and the heater can generally heat the water to about 80-90 ℃. When the operation of leveling the clothes is completed by the steamer, if the heater is not closed in time, serious consequences such as scalding or fire caused by dry burning of the heater may be caused.
To this end, in the present embodiment, a switch control method is proposed for turning on or off the heater of the garment steamer. Wherein, the safety of the garment steamer can be effectively improved by utilizing the switch control method.
Referring to fig. 1, the switching control method includes:
detecting the current state of the garment steamer;
when the garment steamer is in a folded state, controlling a heater of the garment steamer to be powered off;
when the garment steamer is in a fully unfolded state, the heater of the garment steamer is controlled to be started to be electrified.
It should be noted that all the garment steamer mentioned in this embodiment is foldable.
As shown in fig. 2, the garment steamer comprises a main body 1 and a handle 2, wherein the main body 1 is rotatably connected with the handle 2.
For the convenience of subsequent understanding, in the present embodiment, the garment steamer is divided into a folded state and a fully unfolded state by the positional relationship between the main body 1 and the handle 2, wherein the folded state includes a fully folded state and a half-folded state.
As shown in fig. 4, the included angle α between the main body 1 and the handle 2 is within a certain range due to the mutual restriction between the main body 1 and the handle 2.
Referring to figure 3, when α is at its minimum, the main body 1 can no longer rotate counter-clockwise relative to the handle 2, at which point the steamer is in a fully folded condition;
referring to figure 4, when α is at its maximum, the main body 1 can no longer rotate clockwise relative to the handle 2, at which point the steamer is in a fully extended state;
when α is between the minimum and maximum values, and not inclusive, the garment steamer is in a semi-folded state.
In this embodiment, the heater of the steamer is turned on only when the steamer is in the fully extended state, thereby effectively improving the safety of the steamer.
Based on the above-mentioned switch control method, in the present embodiment, a switch device 4 is also proposed, wherein the heater 3 of the garment steamer can be turned on or off by means of the switch device 4.
As shown in fig. 5, the switching device 4 comprises a detection module 5 and a control module 6.
The detection module 5 is used for detecting the current state of the garment steamer;
the control module 6 is configured to: when the garment steamer is in a folded state, controlling the heater 3 of the garment steamer to be powered off; when the garment steamer is in the fully unfolded state, the heater 3 of the garment steamer is controlled to be electrified.
In this embodiment, the detection module 5 may adopt a mechanical detection unit, which has the advantages of high reliability, strong anti-interference capability, and the like.
As shown in fig. 6, the mechanical detecting unit may include a push rod 7, a pressing member 8, and an elastic member 9, and the elastic member 9 may use a spring.
The jacking part 8 is fixedly arranged at the top of the push rod 7, and the elastic part 9 is sleeved on the push rod 7. Wherein, both ends of the elastic component 9 are respectively fixedly connected with the control module 6 and the jacking component 8. Whether the garment steamer is in a folded state can be detected by the position of the top pressing piece 8.
In this embodiment, the mechanical detection unit may be disposed on the handle 2, thereby avoiding occupying a space of the main body 1.
The control module 6 can be fixedly arranged inside the handle 2, and the jacking piece 8 can be slidably arranged on the handle 2. The sliding direction of the top pressing piece 8 relative to the handle 2 is parallel to the telescopic direction of the elastic piece 9, and the sliding direction is parallel to the length direction of the handle 2.
The top of handle 2 can be provided with the mounting hole, and control module 6 accessible screw etc. mode is fixed in the bottom of mounting hole, and top pressure piece 8 and mounting hole clearance fit and sliding connection between the two.
In order to ensure the stability of sliding, the side surface of the pressing member 8 may be provided with a protrusion, and the inner wall of the mounting hole may be provided with a guide rail corresponding to the protrusion, wherein the protrusion is inserted into the guide rail and slidably connected thereto.
When no external force is applied, the top pressure part 8 protrudes above the handle 2 under the action of the elastic part 9, and the head part of the top pressure part extends out of the mounting hole.
When the garment steamer is in a fully-unfolded state, the jacking piece 8 jacks the push rod 7, so that the push rod 7 is in contact with the control module 6 to start the heater 3 of the garment steamer; when the steamer is in a folded state, the elastic member 9 pushes the push rod 7 so that the push rod 7 is separated from the control module 6 to close the heater 3 of the steamer.
The pressing member 8 is often in contact with and rubbed against the main body 1 during folding and unfolding of the garment steamer. For this reason, the top of the pressing member 8 may be provided with a rounded chamfer, whereby the life of the pressing member 8 may be increased and the frictional resistance with the body 1 may also be reduced.
Further, a sliding groove corresponding to the pressing member 8 may be provided on one side of the main body 1 close to the handle 2. After the jacking member 8 contacts the main body 1, the jacking member 8 enters the sliding groove, and at the moment, the sliding direction of the jacking member 8 relative to the main body 1 can be guided through the sliding groove.
With reference to fig. 3 and 4, the operating principle of the switching device 4 will be explained:
when the heater 3 needs to be turned on, the user holds the handle 2 and rotates the main body 1 clockwise, and the main body 1 gradually approaches the detection module 5. When the main body 1 rotates to a certain angle, the jacking piece 8 slides into the sliding groove of the main body 1 and then keeps a sliding connection relationship with the sliding groove; when the main body 1 is rotated to enable the garment steamer to be in a fully unfolded state, the main body 1 presses the top of the pressing piece 8, the pressing piece 8 and the push rod 7 move downwards to the limit position, the push rod 7 is in contact with the control module 6 and acts on the control module 6, at the moment, a circuit between the heater 3 and a power supply is switched on, and therefore the heater 3 is started and enters a working state.
When the heater 3 needs to be turned off, the user holds the handle 2 and rotates the main body 1 in the counterclockwise direction, and at this time, the main body 1 gradually moves away from the detection module 5. When the garment steamer is in a folded state by rotating the main body 1, the push rod 7 is separated from the control module 6 due to the length of the push rod 7 and the elastic member 9, so that the circuit between the heater 3 and the power supply is disconnected, thereby achieving the purpose of closing the heater 3.
For the convenience of observation, a partial perspective is adopted for the position of the switch device 4 in fig. 3 and 4.
In this embodiment, the control module 6 may employ a tact switch. The tact switch is also called a key switch, and is closed and connected when pressure is applied, and is opened when the pressure is removed.
When the mechanical detection unit is assembled with the light touch switch, the central holes of the push rod 7 and the spring are opposite to the button of the light touch switch, the spring can be fixed on the shell of the light touch switch, and the spring cannot be in contact with the button.
In the present embodiment, a garment steamer is also presented, comprising a main body 1, a handle 2 and a switch device 4, wherein the handle 2 is rotatably arranged on the main body 1.
The main body 1 and the handle 2 can be connected through a rotating shaft.
The main body 1 may be provided with a heating panel 10 and a water tank 16, and the heating panel 10 and the water tank 16 are disposed at both ends of the main body 1. Wherein, the heating panel 10 is circular, the spraying hole can be arranged on the heating panel 10, and the heater 3 can be arranged in the water tank 16.
The heat emitting panel 10 may be made of a metal material such as copper, steel, etc. The heater 3 can be an aluminum alloy heater, an all-copper heater, a copper-plastic heater or a zinc alloy heater and the like according to needs.
After the heater 3 is turned on, the heater 3 heats the water in the water tank 16 and gasifies the water into steam, and the steam is sprayed out after passing through the spraying holes through the pipeline.
The steam is sprayed out after passing through the heating panel 10, and the heating panel 10 absorbs a part of the heat of the steam, so that the temperature of the heating panel 10 becomes very high after the garment steamer operates for a period of time.
In order to avoid scalding accidents, a base 11 may be disposed at the bottom of the handle 2, wherein a heat insulation member 12 may be disposed on the base 11. When the garment steamer is in a fully folded state, the heating panel 10 is accommodated in the base 11, and the heating panel 10 is attached to the heat insulation member 12, so that a heat insulation effect can be achieved, and a user is prevented from being scalded by the heating panel 10.
The thermal insulation member 12 may be elastic and may be made of a material having poor thermal conductivity, and the thermal insulation member 12 may be resistant to temperatures at least 200 ℃.
Preferably, the heat insulation member 12 may employ heat insulation silicone or the like.
Since the heat insulator 12 has elasticity, when the heat generating panel 10 is attached to the heat insulator 12, the heat insulator 12 may be deformed to wrap the heat generating panel 10 better, thereby improving the effect of heat insulation protection. Meanwhile, due to the effect of the elastic heat insulation piece 12, the heat generating panel 10 and the base 11 are in interference fit, so that the garment steamer in a fully folded state can be more stable, and the relative rotation between the main body 1 and the handle 2 due to vibration or dead weight and the like is avoided.
In order to improve the reliability of heat insulation and scald prevention, a protective cover 13 can be arranged on the base 11, and the heat insulation piece 12 is positioned in the protective cover 13. The heat generating panel 10 can be better covered by the protective cover 13.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, a side of the protective cover 13 away from the handle 2 may be provided with a notch through which the main body 1 can enter or leave the protective cover 13 when the main body 1 is rotated. Wherein the width of the gap is larger than the diameter of the heat emitting panel 10.
The protective cover 13 is movably provided with a circular arc-shaped blocking cover, and the gap can be opened or closed through the blocking cover. After the heating panel 10 completely enters the protective cover 13, the gap can be closed by the blocking cover, so that the heating panel 10 can be completely wrapped, and at the moment, the heating panel 10 is isolated from the outside under the protection of the protective cover 13 and the blocking cover.
The flap may be removably connected to the protective cover 13. Wherein, the blocking cover can be fixedly connected with the protective cover 13 through a buckle, a magnetic attraction and other modes.
Further, the shield cover may be rotatably coupled to the shield case 13. Wherein, keep off lid one side and be connected with safety cover 13 rotation, the opposite side accessible buckle or magnetism inhale mode such as etc. and safety cover 13 fixed connection.
In the present embodiment, the main body 1 may be provided with an operation indicating device, such as an operation indicating lamp 14. When the heater 3 is in a working state, the working indicator lamp 14 is turned on, so that a user is reminded of paying attention to safety in use, and accidents such as scalding and the like caused by mistaken touch are avoided.
Further, a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the heat generating panel 10 may be provided on the main body 1 or the heat generating panel 10. When the temperature of the heating panel 10 exceeds a preset value, for example, 50 ℃, the high temperature indicator lamp will light up, thereby achieving the purpose of reminding the user.
Wherein, temperature sensor and high temperature pilot lamp all can link to each other with a treater.
For improved safety, a main switch 15 may be provided on the handle 2. When the main switch 15 is closed, all the power utilization units on the garment steamer are powered off.
In this embodiment, there may be frictional damping between the body 1 and the handle 2. When the main body 1 or the handle 2 is rotated to enable the garment steamer to be in a fully unfolded state, the garment steamer can be enabled to be kept in the fully unfolded state under the action of friction force.
Furthermore, the main body 1 can be provided with a buckle with elasticity, and the handle 2 can be provided with a clamping groove corresponding to the buckle. When the main body 1 or the handle 2 is rotated to enable the garment steamer to be in a fully unfolded state, the buckle can be clamped into the clamping groove, and therefore the garment steamer can be enabled to be kept in the fully unfolded state.
Example two
The present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the detection module 5 employs an electronic detection unit.
Compared with a mechanical detection unit, the electronic detection unit is smaller in size and higher in intelligent degree.
In the present embodiment, the electronic detection unit may employ a proximity sensor.
There are many types of receiving sensors, such as inductive proximity sensors, capacitive proximity sensors, photoelectric sensors, hall sensors, and the like. During the manufacturing process, the appropriate type of receiving sensor can be selected according to the actual needs.
The electronic detection unit may employ an angle sensor in addition to the proximity detection module 5.
The angle sensor can be mounted on the handle 2 and can be used for detecting the relative angle between the main body 1 and the handle 2, so that the angle sensor can be used for judging whether the garment steamer is in a folded state or not.
In order to cooperate with the electronic detection unit, in this embodiment, the control module 6 may include a processor and a switch circuit, wherein the electronic detection unit and the switch circuit are both electrically connected to the control module 6, and the heater 3 is disposed on the switch circuit.
When the electronic detection unit detects that the garment steamer is in a folded state, the electronic detection unit sends a corresponding detection signal to the control module 6, at the moment, the control module 6 sends a corresponding control instruction, so that the switch circuit is in a disconnected state, and the heater 3 is closed.
When the electronic detection unit detects that the garment steamer is in a fully-unfolded state, the electronic detection unit sends a corresponding detection signal to the control module 6, and at the moment, the control module 6 sends a corresponding control instruction, so that the switch circuit is in a switched-on state, and the heater 3 is started.
In order to further improve the safety of the garment steamer, the handle 2 may be provided with a sensor for sensing whether the user holds the handle, wherein the sensor is also electrically connected to the processor.
The switch circuit will only be switched on when the steamer is in the fully extended state and the sensor senses that the user is holding the handle.
The position of the sensor can be arranged in the middle of the handle 2, so that the user can trigger the sensor conveniently.
The sensor may be a pressure sensor. When the user holds the handle 2 and makes the pressure sensor receive the pressure signal, the heater of the garment steamer will work.
