Example 2
55 parts of lijinhui LH-J05 aqueous polyester resin, 2 parts of cosolvent ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 0.3 part of a moderate FX600 dispersant, 0.2 part of a digao 245 substrate wetting agent, 0.1 part of a digao 450 leveling agent, 1 part of Luborun 2043 aqueous adhesive force additive and 26.4 parts of water are mixed, and the mixture is stirred uniformly at a low speed (the rotating speed is 600 revolutions per minute) by a dispersion machine; then adding 20 parts of boa R996 titanium dioxide, 5 parts of 303 amino resin and 0.2 part of BD7722 drier, dispersing uniformly at high speed (rotating speed 1600 rpm) by using a dispersion machine, grinding by using a basket type sand mill until the fineness is less than 20 mu m, and controlling the grinding temperature to be less than 50 ℃ to obtain the polyester type high-gloss water-based aluminum coil coating.
The performance of the polyester type high-gloss water-based aluminum coil coating obtained in example 2 was tested, and the test results are shown in table 2.

Example 3
50 parts of lijinhui LH-J06 aqueous polyester resin, 2 parts of cosolvent propylene glycol monomethyl ether, 0.2 part of digao 760W dispersant, 0.2 part of humble W77 substrate wetting agent, 0.1 part of digao 410 flatting agent, 1 part of Luborun 2042 aqueous adhesive force additive and 20.4 parts of water are mixed, and the mixture is stirred uniformly at a low speed by a dispersion machine (the rotating speed is 750 revolutions per minute); then adding 20 parts of Dongjia SR237 titanium dioxide, 6 parts of Zhanxin 385 amino resin and 0.1 part of BD7732 drier, uniformly dispersing at high speed by using a dispersion machine (rotating speed of 1850 r/min), and grinding by using a basket type sand mill until the fineness is less than 20 mu m, wherein the grinding temperature is controlled to be less than 50 ℃ to obtain the polyester type high-gloss water-based aluminum coil coating.
The performance of the polyester type high-gloss water-based aluminum coil coating obtained in example 3 was tested, and the test results are shown in table 3.

Example 4
55 parts of a lighihui LH-J06 aqueous polyester resin, 1 part of cosolvent propylene glycol monomethyl ether, 0.2 part of a Digao 755W dispersant, 0.4 part of a moderate W77 substrate wetting agent, 0.2 part of a Diehuka 3777 flatting agent, 1 part of Luobou 2042 aqueous adhesion promoter and 13.1 parts of water are mixed and stirred uniformly at a low speed by a dispersion machine (the rotating speed is 690 revolutions per minute); then adding 22 parts of Dongjia SR237 titanium dioxide, 7 parts of Zhanxin 303 amino resin and 0.1 part of BD7722 drier, dispersing uniformly at a high speed by using a dispersion machine (rotating speed of 1760 r/min), grinding by using a basket type sand mill until the fineness is less than 20 mu m, and controlling the grinding temperature to be less than 50 ℃ to obtain the polyester type high-gloss water-based aluminum coil coating.
The performance of the polyester type high-gloss water-based aluminum coil coating obtained in example 4 was tested, and the test results are shown in table 4.

The commercial waterborne coil aluminum coating manufacturers and designations in table 4: roll aluminum coating, Huangshan Jiaborui science and technology ltd; commercial solvent-based coiled aluminum coating manufacturers and brands: jiangsu Haifeng New materials Co., Ltd, coil aluminum coating.
As can be seen from tables 1 to 4, the hardness reaches the level of the Chinese pencil 3H without scratches; the adhesion of the substrate is 0 grade; the T bend can reach 1T without peeling; salt spray resistance time: the thickness of the water-based coiled aluminum dry film is 17-20 mu m, the salt spray resistance time of a pretreated common aluminum plate can reach 4000h, which is far higher than that of a water-based coiled aluminum coating product sold in the market, and the product performance of the water-based coiled aluminum coating product is almost consistent with that of an oil-based coiled aluminum coating product; the water-based aluminum coil belongs to a low VOC product (less than 20mg/L) in a water-based paint, and has the characteristics of environmental protection and green.
Comparative example 1
55 parts of a lighihui LH-J06 aqueous polyester resin, 1 part of cosolvent propylene glycol monomethyl ether, 0.2 part of a Digao 755W dispersant, 0.4 part of a moderate W77 substrate wetting agent, 0.2 part of a Diehuka 3777 flatting agent, 1 part of Luobou 2042 aqueous adhesion promoter and 16.1 parts of water are mixed and uniformly stirred at a low speed by a dispersion machine (the rotating speed is 690 revolutions per minute); then adding 22 parts of Dongjia SR237 titanium dioxide, 10 parts of Zhanxin 303 amino resin and 0.1 part of BD7722 drier, dispersing uniformly at a high speed by using a dispersion machine (rotating speed of 1760 r/min), grinding by using a basket type sand mill until the fineness is less than 20 mu m, and controlling the grinding temperature to be less than 50 ℃ to obtain the polyester type high-gloss water-based aluminum coil coating.
Comparative example 2
50 parts of lijinhui LH-J06 aqueous polyester resin, 2 parts of cosolvent propylene glycol monomethyl ether, 0.2 part of Digao 760W dispersant, 0.2 part of moderate W77 substrate wetting agent, 0.1 part of Digao 410 flatting agent, 1 part of Luobou 2042 aqueous adhesive force additive and 23.4 parts of water are mixed and stirred uniformly at a low speed by a dispersion machine (the rotating speed is 750 revolutions per minute); then adding 20 parts of Dongjia SR237 titanium dioxide, 3 parts of Zhanxin 385 amino resin and 0.1 part of BD7732 drier, uniformly dispersing at high speed by using a dispersion machine (rotating speed of 1850 r/min), and grinding by using a basket type sand mill until the fineness is less than 20 mu m, wherein the grinding temperature is controlled to be less than 50 ℃ to obtain the polyester type high-gloss water-based aluminum coil coating.
The polyester type high gloss water based aluminum coil coating materials obtained in comparative example 1 and comparative example 2 were analyzed, and the performance test results thereof are shown in table 5.

As can be seen from Table 5, the amino ratio is low, the salt spray resistance time and hardness are increased, but the T-bend performance is reduced; the amino ratio is high, the salt spray resistance time and the hardness are reduced, but the T-bend performance is improved.
Comparative example 3
Mixing 65 parts of lijinhui LH-J06 aqueous polyester resin, 1 part of cosolvent propylene glycol monomethyl ether, 0.2 part of Diga755W dispersant, 0.4 part of moderate W77 substrate wetting agent, 0.2 part of Diehuka 3777 flatting agent, 1 part of Luborun 2042 aqueous adhesive force additive and 6.1 parts of water, and stirring uniformly at low speed by using a dispersion machine (the rotating speed is 690 revolutions per minute); then adding 22 parts of Dongjia SR237 titanium dioxide, 10 parts of Zhanxin 303 amino resin and 0.1 part of BD7722 drier, dispersing uniformly at a high speed by using a dispersion machine (rotating speed of 1760 r/min), grinding by using a basket type sand mill until the fineness is less than 20 mu m, and controlling the grinding temperature to be less than 50 ℃ to obtain the polyester type high-gloss water-based aluminum coil coating.
Comparative example 4
35 parts of lijinhui LH-J06 aqueous polyester resin, 2 parts of cosolvent propylene glycol methyl ether, 0.2 part of digao 760W dispersant, 0.2 part of humble W77 substrate wetting agent, 0.1 part of digao 410 flatting agent, 1 part of Luborun 2042 aqueous adhesive force additive and 28.4 parts of water are mixed and stirred uniformly at a low speed by a dispersion machine (the rotating speed is 750 revolutions per minute); then adding 30 parts of Dongjia SR237 titanium dioxide, 3 parts of Zhanxin 385 amino resin and 0.1 part of BD7732 drier, uniformly dispersing at high speed by using a dispersion machine (rotating speed of 1850 r/min), and grinding by using a basket type sand mill until the fineness is less than 20 mu m, wherein the grinding temperature is controlled to be less than 50 ℃ to obtain the polyester type high-gloss water-based aluminum coil coating.
The polyester type high gloss water based aluminum coil coating materials obtained in comparative examples 3 and 4 were analyzed, and the results of performance test thereof are shown in table 6.

As can be seen from Table 6, the base ratio was low, the salt spray resistance time and gloss were improved, but the hardness was reduced; high aspect ratio, reduced salt spray resistance time and gloss, and reduced T-bend performance.

Claims (10)

1. A polyester type high-gloss water-based aluminum coil coating is characterized by comprising:

2. the polyester type high-gloss water-based aluminum coil coating material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the viscosity of the water-based polyester resin is 300 to 2000 mPa-s; the pH value is 6.5-7.5; the solid content is 40-60 wt%; the solid content of the amino resin is 80-100 wt%; the amino resin is selected from fully methylated amino resin and/or partially methylated amino resin.
3. The polyester type high gloss aqueous aluminum coil coating according to claim 1, wherein the aqueous polyester resin is selected from LH-J05 and/or lanxin LX1632 of bosch leigh kov; the amino resin is selected from one or more of CYMEL325, CYMEL303, CYMEL308 and CYMEL 385.
4. The polyester type high-gloss water-based aluminum coil coating material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pigment and filler is selected from one or more of rutile titanium dioxide, barium sulfate, talc, calcined kaolin and wet sericite powder.
5. The polyester type high-gloss water-based aluminum coil coating material according to claim 1, wherein the dispersant is one or more selected from polyurethane type, acrylic type and carboxylate type dispersants; the substrate wetting agent is selected from one or more of polyether siloxane, high molecular weight block copolymer, nonionic surfactant and anionic surfactant; the leveling agent is selected from one or more of acrylate leveling agents, polyether siloxane leveling agents and non-silicon leveling agents.
6. The polyester type high-gloss water-based aluminum coil coating according to claim 1, wherein the dispersant is selected from one or more of BYK190, Dego755W, Dego760W and a D.E. FX 600; the substrate wetting agent is selected from one or more of BYK190, Dego270, Dego245 and D.E. W-77; the leveling agent is selected from one or more of PW336, Dego410, Dego450 and Efka 3777.
7. The polyester type high-gloss water-based aluminum coil coating material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cosolvent is selected from one or more of ethanol, n-butanol, ethylene glycol butyl ether and propylene glycol methyl ether; the aqueous adhesion promoter is selected from Lubrizol2063 and/or Lubrizol 2062; the acid catalyst is selected from one or more of BD7732, BD7722 and BD 7719.
8. The polyester type high-gloss water-based aluminum coil coating material according to claim 1, comprising:

9. the polyester type high-gloss water-based aluminum coil coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein the polyester type high-gloss water-based aluminum coil coating is cured at an aluminum plate temperature of 200-250 ℃ for 20-30 s.
10. A preparation method of polyester type high-gloss water-based aluminum coil coating is characterized by comprising the following steps:
mixing 40-70 parts by weight of water-based polyester resin, 2-5 parts by weight of cosolvent, 0.1-0.5 part by weight of dispersant, 0.1-0.6 part by weight of base material wetting agent, 0-0.5 part by weight of flatting agent, 1-5 parts by weight of water-based adhesion promoter and 5-26.4 parts by weight of water, stirring at low speed, adding 15-30 parts by weight of pigment and filler, 3-8 parts by weight of amino resin and 0.1-0.5 part by weight of acid catalyst, and uniformly dispersing at high speed to obtain the polyester type high-gloss water-based aluminum rolling coating.
