Abstract
本发明公开了一种静脉留置针用透气性贴膜及其制备方法,包括主体膜层和功能层,所述主体膜层的内侧通过粘合剂与功能层的背面进行粘合,所述主体膜层的内侧且位于功能层的两侧均涂有医用胶黏剂,本发明涉及医疗用品技术领域。该静脉留置针用透气性贴膜及其制备方法,可实现通过增强贴膜材料的弹性,来迎合患者表皮的拉扯力,很好的达到了既保证静脉留置针的固定完好又能够避免对患者带来不适的目的,大大增强了贴膜材料的弹性,避免贴膜在使用过程中使患者的粘附部位皮肤褶皱,让患者感到不适的情况发生,防止由于贴膜弹性较差,贴膜容易在患者表皮的拉扯下脱落,从而保证了人们能够正常使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗用品技术领域,具体为一种静脉留置针用透气性贴膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
静脉留置针的应用是临床输液较好的方法,一方面可以减轻婴幼儿因头皮针反复穿刺带来的痛苦和可以适用于长期输液的成人,另一方面也减轻临床护士的工作量,静脉留置针操作简便,适用于任何部位的穿刺,同时减轻了病人反复穿刺的痛苦,减轻了护理人员的工作量,在临床上深受护患欢迎,但留置时间一直存在争议,卫生行政部门,院感及留置针厂家都主张留置时间不应超过3-5天,静脉留置针在使用过程中,需要使用贴膜将针头固定于患者的体表,避免静脉留置针从患者体表脱落。
目前的静脉留置针用贴膜大多是采用医用塑料材料或医用无纺布材料制成,然而,这样的材料弹性较差,在使用过程中,会使患者的粘附部位皮肤褶皱,让患者感到不适,同时由于弹性较差,贴膜容易在患者表皮的拉扯下脱落,不能实现通过增强贴膜材料的弹性,来迎合患者表皮的拉扯力,无法达到既保证静脉留置针的固定完好又能够避免对患者带来不适的目的,同时,现有的贴膜的功能较为单一,只能实现单一的固定静脉留置针,不能实现对患者的表皮进行止血、杀菌和舒缓处理,从而给患者的使用带来不便。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种静脉留置针用透气性贴膜及其制备方法,解决了现有的材料弹性较差,在使用过程中,会使患者的粘附部位皮肤褶皱,让患者感到不适,同时由于弹性较差,贴膜容易在患者表皮的拉扯下脱落,不能实现通过增强贴膜材料的弹性,来迎合患者表皮的拉扯力,无法达到既保证静脉留置针的固定完好又能够避免对患者带来不适的目的,同时,现有的贴膜的功能较为单一,只能实现单一的固定静脉留置针,不能实现对患者的表皮进行止血、杀菌和舒缓处理的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种静脉留置针用透气性贴膜,包括主体膜层和功能层,所述主体膜层的内侧通过粘合剂与功能层的背面进行粘合,所述主体膜层的内侧且位于功能层的两侧均涂有医用胶黏剂,所述主体膜层的组成原料按重量比份包括:聚氨酯橡胶30-40份、硅橡胶10-20份、丁基橡胶10-20份、偶联剂5-10份、凝聚剂3-5份和润湿剂3-5份,且功能层的正面涂覆有复合药剂,所述复合药剂的组成原料按重量比份包括:三七粉10-20份、仙鹤草提取物10-20份、白茅根粉10-20份、甘草提取物10-20份、乙醇5-10份和果酸5-10份。
优选的,所述主体膜层的组成原料按重量比份包括:聚氨酯橡胶35份、硅橡胶15份、丁基橡胶15份、偶联剂7份、凝聚剂4份和润湿剂4份,且复合药剂的组成原料按重量比份包括:三七粉15份、仙鹤草提取物15份、白茅根粉15份、甘草提取物15份、乙醇7份和果酸7份。
优选的,所述主体膜层的组成原料按重量比份包括:聚氨酯橡胶30份、硅橡胶10份、丁基橡胶10份、偶联剂5份、凝聚剂3份和润湿剂3份,且复合药剂的组成原料按重量比份包括:三七粉10份、仙鹤草提取物10份、白茅根粉10份、甘草提取物10份、乙醇5份和果酸5份。
优选的,所述主体膜层的组成原料按重量比份包括:聚氨酯橡胶40份、硅橡胶20份、丁基橡胶20份、偶联剂10份、凝聚剂5份和润湿剂5份,且复合药剂的组成原料按重量比份包括:三七粉20份、仙鹤草提取物20份、白茅根粉20份、甘草提取物20份、乙醇10份和果酸10份。
优选的,所述医用胶黏剂是由a-氰基丙烯酸正丁酯和二氧化硫等组成,该胶能强力黏合肌体组织,黏合速度迅速,无毒,对组织反应小,不会造成血栓,可灭菌。
优选的,所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂或钛酸酯偶联剂中的一种,且凝聚剂为聚合氯化铝、三氯化铁或硫酸亚铁中的一种。
优选的,所述润湿剂为乙醇、丙二醇、甘油或聚乙二醇中的一种。
本发明还公开了一种静脉留置针用透气性贴膜的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
S1、主体膜材料的配料及混合:首先通过配料设备分别量取所需重量比份的聚氨酯橡胶、硅橡胶、丁基橡胶、偶联剂、凝聚剂和润湿剂,将量取的聚氨酯橡胶、硅橡胶和丁基橡胶依次通过粉碎设备破碎后,通过150-200目的筛网进行筛选,然后将筛选后的各粉料依次加入到混合搅拌设备中进行混合,之后将量取的偶联剂、凝聚剂和润湿剂依次加入到混合搅拌设备中,以转速为600-700r/min,温度为25-33℃的条件下搅拌40-50min,从而得到主体膜混料;
S2、主体膜层的成形:将步骤S1制得的主体膜混料转移至压膜设备的进料仓中,先在温度为130-150℃的条件下加热熔融,然后将熔料倒入挤出机构中,再通过挤出机构挤入模具内,然后通过压膜机构下压成形,之后依次经过冷却、起模、机加工和清洗烘干处理,即可得到主体膜层;
S3、复合药剂的配制:通过配料设备分别量取所需重量比份的三七粉、仙鹤草提取物、白茅根粉、甘草提取物、乙醇和果酸,先后将三七粉、仙鹤草提取物、白茅根粉、甘草提取物、乙醇和果酸依次加入到混合设备中,以700-800r/min的转速搅拌1-2h,使混合液呈粘稠状,即可制得复合药剂乳液;
S4、功能层的成形:选取杀菌消毒后的医用棉布作为原料布,然后通过切割成形设备对棉布切割成统一尺寸,之后将步骤S3配制的复合药剂通过涂覆设备涂覆于成形后的棉布表面,沉浸10-15min,即可得到功能层;
S5、贴膜的组装:将步骤S2得到的主体膜层通过压控设备压出透气孔,然后将步骤S4得到的功能层背面涂覆粘合剂,之后将功能层压于主体膜层表面,静压5-10min,使功能层与主体膜层进行紧密贴合,然后将医用胶黏剂通过涂覆设备分别涂覆与主体膜层内侧,之后将防护膜貼附与贴膜内侧,即可得到贴膜,最后将制得的贴膜放入高压蒸汽消毒设备内消毒处理5-10min。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种静脉留置针用透气性贴膜及其制备方法。与现有技术相比具备以下有益效果:
(1)、该静脉留置针用透气性贴膜及其制备方法,通过在主体膜层的内侧通过粘合剂与功能层的背面进行粘合,主体膜层的内侧且位于功能层的两侧均涂有医用胶黏剂,主体膜层的组成原料按重量比份包括:聚氨酯橡胶30-40份、硅橡胶10-20份、丁基橡胶10-20份、偶联剂5-10份、凝聚剂3-5份和润湿剂3-5份,可实现通过增强贴膜材料的弹性,来迎合患者表皮的拉扯力,很好的达到了既保证静脉留置针的固定完好又能够避免对患者带来不适的目的,大大增强了贴膜材料的弹性,避免贴膜在使用过程中使患者的粘附部位皮肤褶皱,让患者感到不适的情况发生,防止由于贴膜弹性较差,贴膜容易在患者表皮的拉扯下脱落,从而保证了人们能够正常使用。
(2)、该静脉留置针用透气性贴膜及其制备方法,通过功能层的正面涂覆有复合药剂,且复合药剂的组成原料按重量比份包括:三七粉10-20份、仙鹤草提取物10-20份、白茅根粉10-20份、甘草提取物10-20份、乙醇5-10份和果酸5-10份,可实现对患者的表皮进行止血、杀菌和舒缓处理,丰富了贴膜的功能,不仅能够实现固定静脉留置针,而且能够对患者的皮肤进行很好的保护,从而大大方便了患者的使用。

实施例1
一种静脉留置针用透气性贴膜,包括主体膜层1和功能层2,主体膜层1的内侧通过粘合剂与功能层2的背面进行粘合,主体膜层1的内侧且位于功能层2的两侧均涂有医用胶黏剂,且功能层2的正面涂覆有复合药剂,主体膜层1的组成原料按重量比份包括:聚氨酯橡胶35份、硅橡胶15份、丁基橡胶15份、偶联剂7份、凝聚剂4份和润湿剂4份,且复合药剂的组成原料按重量比份包括:三七粉15份、仙鹤草提取物15份、白茅根粉15份、甘草提取物15份、乙醇7份和果酸7份,医用胶黏剂是由a-氰基丙烯酸正丁酯和二氧化硫等组成,该胶能强力黏合肌体组织,黏合速度迅速,无毒,对组织反应小,不会造成血栓,可灭菌,偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂,且凝聚剂为聚合氯化铝,润湿剂为乙醇。
一种静脉留置针用透气性贴膜的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
S1、主体膜材料的配料及混合:首先通过配料设备分别量取所需重量比份的聚氨酯橡胶、硅橡胶、丁基橡胶、偶联剂、凝聚剂和润湿剂,将量取的聚氨酯橡胶、硅橡胶和丁基橡胶依次通过粉碎设备破碎后,通过175目的筛网进行筛选,然后将筛选后的各粉料依次加入到混合搅拌设备中进行混合,之后将量取的偶联剂、凝聚剂和润湿剂依次加入到混合搅拌设备中,以转速为650r/min,温度为30℃的条件下搅拌45min,从而得到主体膜混料;
S2、主体膜层1的成形:将步骤S1制得的主体膜混料转移至压膜设备的进料仓中,先在温度为140℃的条件下加热熔融,然后将熔料倒入挤出机构中,再通过挤出机构挤入模具内,然后通过压膜机构下压成形,之后依次经过冷却、起模、机加工和清洗烘干处理,即可得到主体膜层1;
S3、复合药剂的配制:通过配料设备分别量取所需重量比份的三七粉、仙鹤草提取物、白茅根粉、甘草提取物、乙醇和果酸,先后将三七粉、仙鹤草提取物、白茅根粉、甘草提取物、乙醇和果酸依次加入到混合设备中,以750r/min的转速搅拌1.5h,使混合液呈粘稠状,即可制得复合药剂乳液;
S4、功能层2的成形:选取杀菌消毒后的医用棉布作为原料布,然后通过切割成形设备对棉布切割成统一尺寸,之后将步骤S3配制的复合药剂通过涂覆设备涂覆于成形后的棉布表面,沉浸13min,即可得到功能层2;
S5、贴膜的组装:将步骤S2得到的主体膜层1通过压控设备压出透气孔,然后将步骤S4得到的功能层2背面涂覆粘合剂,之后将功能层2压于主体膜层1表面,静压7min,使功能层2与主体膜层1进行紧密贴合,然后将医用胶黏剂通过涂覆设备分别涂覆与主体膜层1内侧,之后将防护膜貼附与贴膜内侧,即可得到贴膜,最后将制得的贴膜放入高压蒸汽消毒设备内消毒处理7min
实施例2
一种静脉留置针用透气性贴膜,包括主体膜层1和功能层2,主体膜层1的内侧通过粘合剂与功能层2的背面进行粘合,主体膜层1的内侧且位于功能层2的两侧均涂有医用胶黏剂,且功能层2的正面涂覆有复合药剂,主体膜层1的组成原料按重量比份包括:聚氨酯橡胶30份、硅橡胶10份、丁基橡胶10份、偶联剂5份、凝聚剂3份和润湿剂3份,且复合药剂的组成原料按重量比份包括:三七粉10份、仙鹤草提取物10份、白茅根粉10份、甘草提取物10份、乙醇5份和果酸5份,医用胶黏剂是由a-氰基丙烯酸正丁酯和二氧化硫等组成,该胶能强力黏合肌体组织,黏合速度迅速,无毒,对组织反应小,不会造成血栓,可灭菌,偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂,且凝聚剂为三氯化铁,润湿剂为丙二醇。

S1、主体膜材料的配料及混合:首先通过配料设备分别量取所需重量比份的聚氨酯橡胶、硅橡胶、丁基橡胶、偶联剂、凝聚剂和润湿剂,将量取的聚氨酯橡胶、硅橡胶和丁基橡胶依次通过粉碎设备破碎后,通过150目的筛网进行筛选,然后将筛选后的各粉料依次加入到混合搅拌设备中进行混合,之后将量取的偶联剂、凝聚剂和润湿剂依次加入到混合搅拌设备中,以转速为600r/min,温度为25℃的条件下搅拌40min,从而得到主体膜混料;
S2、主体膜层1的成形:将步骤S1制得的主体膜混料转移至压膜设备的进料仓中,先在温度为130℃的条件下加热熔融,然后将熔料倒入挤出机构中,再通过挤出机构挤入模具内,然后通过压膜机构下压成形,之后依次经过冷却、起模、机加工和清洗烘干处理,即可得到主体膜层1;

S5、贴膜的组装:将步骤S2得到的主体膜层1通过压控设备压出透气孔,然后将步骤S4得到的功能层2背面涂覆粘合剂,之后将功能层2压于主体膜层1表面,静压5min,使功能层2与主体膜层1进行紧密贴合,然后将医用胶黏剂通过涂覆设备分别涂覆与主体膜层1内侧,之后将防护膜貼附与贴膜内侧,即可得到贴膜,最后将制得的贴膜放入高压蒸汽消毒设备内消毒处理5min

S1、主体膜材料的配料及混合:首先通过配料设备分别量取所需重量比份的聚氨酯橡胶、硅橡胶、丁基橡胶、偶联剂、凝聚剂和润湿剂,将量取的聚氨酯橡胶、硅橡胶和丁基橡胶依次通过粉碎设备破碎后,通过200目的筛网进行筛选,然后将筛选后的各粉料依次加入到混合搅拌设备中进行混合,之后将量取的偶联剂、凝聚剂和润湿剂依次加入到混合搅拌设备中,以转速为700r/min,温度为33℃的条件下搅拌50min,从而得到主体膜混料;
S2、主体膜层1的成形:将步骤S1制得的主体膜混料转移至压膜设备的进料仓中,先在温度为150℃的条件下加热熔融,然后将熔料倒入挤出机构中,再通过挤出机构挤入模具内,然后通过压膜机构下压成形,之后依次经过冷却、起模、机加工和清洗烘干处理,即可得到主体膜层1;
S3、复合药剂的配制:通过配料设备分别量取所需重量比份的三七粉、仙鹤草提取物、白茅根粉、甘草提取物、乙醇和果酸,先后将三七粉、仙鹤草提取物、白茅根粉、甘草提取物、乙醇和果酸依次加入到混合设备中,以800r/min的转速搅拌2h,使混合液呈粘稠状,即可制得复合药剂乳液;
S4、功能层2的成形:选取杀菌消毒后的医用棉布作为原料布,然后通过切割成形设备对棉布切割成统一尺寸,之后将步骤S3配制的复合药剂通过涂覆设备涂覆于成形后的棉布表面,沉浸15min,即可得到功能层2;
S5、贴膜的组装:将步骤S2得到的主体膜层1通过压控设备压出透气孔,然后将步骤S4得到的功能层2背面涂覆粘合剂,之后将功能层2压于主体膜层1表面,静压10min,使功能层2与主体膜层1进行紧密贴合,然后将医用胶黏剂通过涂覆设备分别涂覆与主体膜层1内侧,之后将防护膜貼附与贴膜内侧,即可得到贴膜,最后将制得的贴膜放入高压蒸汽消毒设备内消毒处理10min。
测试实验
某医用品生产企业采用本发明实施例1-3的制备方法分别制得三组贴膜,并选取常规贴膜作为对照组,然后对这四组贴膜进行弹性拉伸测试实验,记录每组贴膜所能承受的最大拉力,测试数据如表1所示。

由表1可知,采用本发明实施例1制得的贴膜所能承受的最大拉力最大,所以,实施例1为最佳方案,而采用本发明实施例2和实施例3制得的贴膜所能承受的最大拉力均比对照组大,因此,本发明可实现通过增强贴膜材料的弹性,来迎合患者表皮的拉扯力,很好的达到了既保证静脉留置针的固定完好又能够避免对患者带来不适的目的,大大增强了贴膜材料的弹性,避免贴膜在使用过程中使患者的粘附部位皮肤褶皱,让患者感到不适的情况发生,防止由于贴膜弹性较差,贴膜容易在患者表皮的拉扯下脱落,从而保证了人们能够正常使用。

1.一种静脉留置针用透气性贴膜,包括主体膜层(1)和功能层(2),所述主体膜层(1)的内侧通过粘合剂与功能层(2)的背面进行粘合,所述主体膜层(1)的内侧且位于功能层(2)的两侧均涂有医用胶黏剂,其特征在于:所述主体膜层(1)的组成原料按重量比份包括:聚氨酯橡胶30-40份、硅橡胶10-20份、丁基橡胶10-20份、偶联剂5-10份、凝聚剂3-5份和润湿剂3-5份,且功能层(2)的正面涂覆有复合药剂,所述复合药剂的组成原料按重量比份包括:三七粉10-20份、仙鹤草提取物10-20份、白茅根粉10-20份、甘草提取物10-20份、乙醇5-10份和果酸5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种静脉留置针用透气性贴膜,其特征在于:所述主体膜层(1)的组成原料按重量比份包括:聚氨酯橡胶35份、硅橡胶15份、丁基橡胶15份、偶联剂7份、凝聚剂4份和润湿剂4份,且复合药剂的组成原料按重量比份包括:三七粉15份、仙鹤草提取物15份、白茅根粉15份、甘草提取物15份、乙醇7份和果酸7份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种静脉留置针用透气性贴膜,其特征在于:所述主体膜层(1)的组成原料按重量比份包括:聚氨酯橡胶30份、硅橡胶10份、丁基橡胶10份、偶联剂5份、凝聚剂3份和润湿剂3份,且复合药剂的组成原料按重量比份包括:三七粉10份、仙鹤草提取物10份、白茅根粉10份、甘草提取物10份、乙醇5份和果酸5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种静脉留置针用透气性贴膜,其特征在于:所述主体膜层(1)的组成原料按重量比份包括:聚氨酯橡胶40份、硅橡胶20份、丁基橡胶20份、偶联剂10份、凝聚剂5份和润湿剂5份,且复合药剂的组成原料按重量比份包括:三七粉20份、仙鹤草提取物20份、白茅根粉20份、甘草提取物20份、乙醇10份和果酸10份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种静脉留置针用透气性贴膜,其特征在于:所述医用胶黏剂是由a-氰基丙烯酸正丁酯和二氧化硫等组成。
6.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种静脉留置针用透气性贴膜,其特征在于:所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂或钛酸酯偶联剂中的一种,且凝聚剂为聚合氯化铝、三氯化铁或硫酸亚铁中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种静脉留置针用透气性贴膜,其特征在于:所述润湿剂为乙醇、丙二醇、甘油或聚乙二醇中的一种。
8.一种根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的静脉留置针用透气性贴膜的制备方法,其特征在于:具体包括以下步骤:
S1、主体膜材料的配料及混合:首先通过配料设备分别量取所需重量比份的聚氨酯橡胶、硅橡胶、丁基橡胶、偶联剂、凝聚剂和润湿剂,将量取的聚氨酯橡胶、硅橡胶和丁基橡胶依次通过粉碎设备破碎后,通过150-200目的筛网进行筛选,然后将筛选后的各粉料依次加入到混合搅拌设备中进行混合,之后将量取的偶联剂、凝聚剂和润湿剂依次加入到混合搅拌设备中,以转速为600-700r/min,温度为25-33℃的条件下搅拌40-50min,从而得到主体膜混料;
S2、主体膜层(1)的成形:将步骤S1制得的主体膜混料转移至压膜设备的进料仓中,先在温度为130-150℃的条件下加热熔融,然后将熔料倒入挤出机构中,再通过挤出机构挤入模具内,然后通过压膜机构下压成形,之后依次经过冷却、起模、机加工和清洗烘干处理,即可得到主体膜层(1);
S3、复合药剂的配制:通过配料设备分别量取所需重量比份的三七粉、仙鹤草提取物、白茅根粉、甘草提取物、乙醇和果酸,先后将三七粉、仙鹤草提取物、白茅根粉、甘草提取物、乙醇和果酸依次加入到混合设备中,以700-800r/min的转速搅拌1-2h,使混合液呈粘稠状,即可制得复合药剂乳液;
S4、功能层(2)的成形:选取杀菌消毒后的医用棉布作为原料布,然后通过切割成形设备对棉布切割成统一尺寸,之后将步骤S3配制的复合药剂通过涂覆设备涂覆于成形后的棉布表面,沉浸10-15min,即可得到功能层(2);
S5、贴膜的组装:将步骤S2得到的主体膜层(1)通过压控设备压出透气孔,然后将步骤S4得到的功能层(2)背面涂覆粘合剂,之后将功能层(2)压于主体膜层(1)表面,静压5-10min,使功能层(2)与主体膜层(1)进行紧密贴合,然后将医用胶黏剂通过涂覆设备分别涂覆与主体膜层(1)内侧,之后将防护膜貼附与贴膜内侧,即可得到贴膜,最后将制得的贴膜放入高压蒸汽消毒设备内消毒处理5-10min。
