本发明公开了一种焦炉装煤孔盖用轻质保温浇注料及其制备和使用方法,以重量百分比计,所述浇注料含有如下原料组分:粒度为1~3mm的氧化铝空心球15~30%、粒度为0~1mm的六铝酸钙10~35%、粒度为0~3mm的熔融石英10~15%、粒度为0~1mm的氧化锆7~20%、粒度为0.5~1mm的钛酸钾5~20%、硼纤维5~15%、粒度为180目~200目的磷酸二氢铝1~5%、粒度为0~0.5mm的氯化镁2~8%,以及粒度为0~1mm的氧化亚铁1~3%。该浇注料可满足焦炉炉顶使用条件,具有导热系数低、强度及结合强度高,与装煤孔盖铸造件结合牢固等优点,可大幅度减少炉内热量损失,提高使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于钢铁行业焦炉用耐火材料领域,具体的说涉及一种焦炉装煤孔盖用浇注料及其制备和使用方法。
背景技术
焦炉是复杂的大型工业窑炉,通常由耐火砖和耐火砌块砌成的炉子,用煤炼制焦炭的窑炉,是炼焦的主要热工设备。装煤口是焦炉的重要部分,由装煤孔盖和装煤口座砖组成,加煤时,打开装煤孔盖,各种规格的煤炭通过加煤口进入焦炉炭化室内,然后关闭装煤孔盖,生产焦炭。目前国内焦炉使用的装煤孔盖普遍采用普通铸铁材质整体式铸造,这种装煤孔盖导热系数较大,炭化室的热量大量通过装煤孔盖向焦炉炉顶表面环境散逸,既造成能源浪费,又恶化了焦炉炉顶的作业环境。由于这种装煤孔盖在背面内槽灌以耐火材料进行隔热,加之其长期处于高温烘烤的恶劣工况中,耐火材料容易脱落,装煤孔盖易被烧裂、变形,严重影响其使用寿命。为了加强装煤孔盖的隔热效果、降低炉顶散热并提高热工效率,近几年,有人开发了一种新型节能装煤孔盖来替代传统的装煤孔盖。节能型装煤孔盖采用分体式结构,使用新型材料铸造,盖内添加了保温隔热材料,与传统装煤孔盖相比,孔盖外表面温度由原来的300℃以上降低到220~235℃之间,减少了热量损失。同时,使用寿命由1年多提高到2年以上。但新型装煤孔盖仍然存在内部保温隔热材料导热系数高、强度低,与铸造母体结合不牢固,使用寿命偏低等缺点。
针对目前存在的问题,本发明的目的是在不改变新型装煤孔结构及铸造材质的前提下,提供一种轻质保温浇注料,取代现有的保温隔热材料,使装煤孔盖更节能,使用寿命更长。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种成本低廉,性能优良的装煤孔盖用轻质保温浇注料,与现有保温隔热材料相比,该浇注料拥有价格便宜、导热系数低、与母体铸件结合牢固、寿命长等优点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
以氧化铝空心球、六铝酸钙、熔融石英、氧化锆、钛酸钾、硼纤维为主料,磷酸二氢铝、氯化镁为结合剂,氧化亚铁为外加剂,以此料用于装煤孔盖轻质保温浇注料。本发明中,所述的粒度范围中的0mm均为不包括0mm,其含义为大于0mm。

本发明具有积极有效的效果
1、同现有节能型装煤孔盖中保温隔热材料相比,该浇注料导热系数更低,使孔盖表面温度由原来的220℃以上降低到150℃以下,大大减少了焦炉内部的热量损失。
2、同现有节能型装煤孔盖中保温隔热材料相比,该浇注料与孔盖铸件结合强度更高,结合更牢固。同时,浇注料自身强度更高,使孔盖使用寿命由原来的2年以上提高到3.5年以上。
3、同现有节能型装煤孔盖中保温隔热材料相比,该浇注料流动性更好,便宜施工。

钛酸钾 0.5mm~1mm 5%~20%
硼纤维 5%~15%
磷酸二氢铝 180目~200目 1%~5%
氯化镁 0mm~0.5mm 2%~8%
氧化亚铁 0mm~1mm 1%~3%。
