The invention relates to the technical field of urban heating, in particular to a coil pipe support device for installing a floor heating pipeline.
Background
At present, floor heating is short for floor radiation heating, the whole floor is used as a radiator, the whole floor is uniformly heated through a heating medium in a floor radiation layer, and the heating purpose is achieved by conducting from bottom to top by utilizing the law of heat storage and upward radiation of the floor. The water floor heating is a heating mode which heats water to a certain temperature, conveys the water to a water pipe heat dissipation network under the floor and realizes the heating purpose by heating the floor.
The in-process of hot-water heating piping erection need use coil pipe support to in-process staff receive and releases the water pipe, current coil pipe support can't tighten up the water pipe of accomodating, and the water pipe that coils on the support loses the support easily and scatters, and the process of depositing brings inconveniently for the transportation, the need for devising a coil pipe support device for the installation of ground heating pipe solves above-mentioned problem.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provides a coil support device for installing a floor heating pipeline.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a coil pipe bracket device for installing a floor heating pipeline comprises a base, wherein a supporting plate is fixedly connected with one side of the top of the base, the bottom of one side of the supporting plate is connected with an angle iron through a bolt, the angle iron is fixedly connected with the base through a bolt, and one side of the top of the supporting plate is fixedly connected with a top plate, the middle position of the bottom of the top plate is fixedly connected with an inserting cylinder, and the bottom of the inserting cylinder is inserted with an inserting rod, the bottom of the inserting rod is rotatably connected with a roller, a spring is arranged inside the inserting cylinder, the bottom of the spring is fixedly connected with the top of the inserting rod, a connecting plate is welded at the bottom of one side of the inserting cylinder, a limiting ring is fixedly connected at the bottom of one side of the connecting plate, the limiting ring is sleeved outside the inserted link, the middle part of one side of the supporting plate is fixedly connected with a motor, the output end of the motor is connected with a winding roller through a coupler in a transmission mode, and the winding roller is located right below the roller.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the top of backup pad one side has the slot through bolted connection, and the inside of slot is pegged graft and is had the inserted block, and the roof welds in the top of inserted block, and the intermediate position fixedly connected with handle at roof top.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the bottom of roof one side has the baffle through bolted connection, and one side of wind-up roll is passed through the bearing and is connected with the baffle rotation.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the bottom of one side of the supporting plate is connected with a motor support through a bolt, and the motor is connected to the top of the motor support through a bolt.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the bottom fixedly connected with diaphragm of inserted bar, and the bottom of diaphragm both sides all welds there is the riser, and the roller passes through the bearing and rotates to be connected between two risers.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the top of the base, which is close to one side of the winding roller, is fixedly connected with a speed limiting block, the middle position of the top of the speed limiting block is in threaded connection with a screw rod, the top of the screw rod is fixedly connected with a rotating handle, and the bottom of the screw rod is rotatably connected with an arc plate through a bearing.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the inner wall of the bottom of the arc-shaped plate is bonded with a rubber pad.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the water pipe winding device comprises a roller, a spring and a limiting ring, wherein the motor drives a winding roller to rotate to wind a water pipe, the roller is continuously jacked upwards along with the increase of the water pipe on the winding roller, the spring is pressed through an inserted rod, the downward reaction force of the spring is exerted on the roller, the water pipe on the winding roller is pressed through the roller, the water pipe can be prevented from being scattered, the roller and the water pipe rotate relatively in the winding process, the water pipe cannot be abraded, the limiting ring is sleeved on the inserted rod to play a limiting role, and the inserted rod is prevented from being influenced by external force to deviate in the moving process;
2. by arranging the handle, the slot and the inserting block, the top plate is fixed on one side of the supporting plate through the inserting block and the slot, and the top plate can be taken down through the handle, so that the device is convenient to disassemble and maintain;
3. through setting up screw rod, speed limit piece and arc, the in-process of rolling, the inside of speed limit piece is passed to the one end of water pipe, screws up the screw rod downwards through the turning handle, makes the arc press the water pipe downwards, increases the frictional resistance that the water pipe removed the in-process, is convenient for adjust the rolling speed of water pipe, makes the application scope of device more extensive, and the rubber pad can cushion the relative friction between arc and the water pipe, prevents that the water pipe from being worn and torn.

Wherein, there is slot 6 at the top of backup pad 5 one side through bolted connection, and the inside of slot 6 is pegged graft and is had inserted block 7, and roof 9 welds in the top of inserted block 7, and the intermediate position fixedly connected with handle 8 at roof 9 top, and roof 9 passes through inserted block 7 and slot 6 to be fixed in one side of backup pad 5.
Wherein, there is baffle 13 bottom one side of roof 9 through bolted connection, and one side of wind-up roll 14 is passed through the bearing and is connected with baffle 13 rotation, and baffle 9 can be spacing to the water pipe on the wind-up roll 14.
Wherein, there is motor support 3 bottom of backup pad 5 one side through bolted connection, and motor 4 passes through bolted connection in motor support 3's top, fixes the motor through motor support 3.
Wherein, the bottom fixedly connected with diaphragm 11 of inserted bar 18, and the bottom of diaphragm 11 both sides all welds riser 17, and roller 12 rotates through the bearing to be connected between two riser 17, rotates roller 12 through diaphragm 11 and riser 17 and connects the below at inserted bar 18.
The working principle is as follows: motor 4 drives wind-up roll 14 and rotates, wind the water pipe, along with the increase of the water pipe on wind-up roll 14, roller 12 is constantly upwards jack-up, and press down spring 19 through inserted bar 18, the decurrent reaction force of spring 19 is applyed on roller 12, compress tightly the water pipe on wind-up roll 14 through roller 12, can prevent that the water pipe from scattering, at the in-process of rolling, roller 12 rotates with the water pipe is relative, can not lead to the fact wearing and tearing to the fact the water pipe, spacing ring 16 covers on inserted bar 18, play spacing effect, avoid inserted bar 18 to remove the in-process and receive the influence of external force and skew, roof 9 passes through inserted block 7 and slot 6 to be fixed in one side of backup pad 5, can take off roof 9 through handle 8, be convenient for the dismantlement and the maintenance of device, baffle 9 can be spacing to the water pipe on wind-up roll 14, prevent that the water pipe from droing.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, compared with embodiment 1, the top of the base 1 near one side of the wind-up roll 14 is fixedly connected with a speed-limiting block 22, a screw rod 21 is in threaded connection with the middle position of the top of the speed-limiting block 22, a rotating handle 20 is fixedly connected with the top of the screw rod 21, the bottom of the screw rod 21 is rotatably connected with an arc-shaped plate 23 through a bearing, and a rubber pad is bonded on the inner wall of the bottom of the arc-shaped plate 23.
The working principle is as follows: in the winding process, one end of the water pipe penetrates through the inside of the speed limiting block 22, the screw rod 21 is screwed downwards through the rotating handle 20, the arc plate 23 presses the water pipe downwards, the friction resistance in the moving process of the water pipe is increased, the winding speed of the water pipe is convenient to adjust, the application range of the device is wider, the rubber pad can buffer the relative friction between the arc plate 23 and the water pipe, and the water pipe is prevented from being abraded.
