The invention provides a fast-assembly logistics tray which comprises a tray main body, wherein the tray main body is divided into three parts and is connected through hinges; an assembly slot penetrating through the three parts is arranged in the tray main body; a bolt is arranged in the assembling slot; according to the invention, the tray is arranged into a three-section combined structure, and the assembling slots and the bolts are introduced, so that the requirements of folding transportation and field assembly and use of the tray can be met, the structure is more flexible, the occupied space in the transferring process is smaller, and the transfer cost of the tray logistics can be greatly saved.
