step f, the rotating mechanism 103 drives the filling head 101 to rotate along with the cantilever 102, the filling head 101 leaves the opening of the bag 702, and the third translating mechanism drives the second chuck 402, the third chuck 403 and the cover 703 to be close to the opening of the bag 702;
step g, the second translation mechanism brings the second clip head 402 and the third clip head 403 close to the platform 701 and covers the opening of the bag 702 with the cover 703;
step h, the fourth translation mechanism 502 tilts the support plate 501.
Regarding the filling process, steps a, b, c, d, e, f, g and h correspond one-to-one to fig. 11 to 18. The filling process can realize the automatic assembly and disassembly of the cover 703 and the filling of the liquid into the bag 702, and can also automatically send out the bag 702 after the filling is finished, thereby improving the automation degree of the bagging machine. Higher degree of automation can reduce the contact of operating personnel to the bagging machine, is favorable to realizing the isolation of filling environment and external environment, is favorable to improving the sanitary level of filling process.
With regard to step g, while step g is in progress, the filling head 101 may be directed at a spray module that may spray liquid toward the filling head 101 to clean the filling head 101.
With respect to step h, the bag 702 slides out of the platform 701 on the inclined support plate 501 in step h, and then the bag 702 falls onto the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt runs and further transports the bag 702 out of the bagger.
Fig. 19 shows the filling head 101 in abutment with the cleaning tube 301, and the cleaning module can feed cleaning liquid into the filling module, so that the filling module and the various lines connected thereto can be cleaned.
