Abstract
The invention discloses an electric brush mounting device for an aircraft attack angle indicator, which comprises: a base and a pedestal; the base is provided with two parallel grooves, namely a groove A and a groove B, wherein the groove A is used for being matched with the lower clamping plate, and the groove B is used for being integrally matched with the potentiometer and the upper clamping plate; the cross sections of the grooves A and the grooves B are rectangular, the longitudinal sections of the grooves A and the grooves B are arched and are coaxially distributed, and the corresponding diameters of the arches of the grooves A and the grooves B are equal; a positioning through groove with a semicircular groove bottom is processed at the top of the shaft bracket, and the radius of the semicircle is the same as that of the electric brush to be installed; the bottom of the shaft bracket is arranged on the base, and the semicircular positioning through grooves of the shaft bracket are coaxially distributed with the grooves A and the grooves B; the positioning through groove and the groove A are respectively positioned at two sides of the groove B; the invention can realize the efficient and safe installation of the electric brush assembly of the attack angle indicator.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of aviation repair, and particularly relates to an electric brush mounting device for an aircraft attack angle indicator.
Background
During the repair process of the aircraft attack angle indicator, if the conditions of large hysteresis error, large pointer shaking amount, shaft looseness and the like exist in the indicator, the brush assembly needs to be replaced. The special appearance of the airplane attack angle indicator product is restricted, two persons are required to be matched when the electric brush is installed, one person fixes the positions of the electric brush assembly, the shaft and the positioning pin by hand, and the other person smashes the positioning pin by a punch, so that the method has the following defects:
firstly, time and labor are wasted, and the working efficiency is low;
secondly, the electric brush and the potentiometer are damaged due to unstable fixation of hands, so that economic loss is caused;
and thirdly, the personnel are easily injured in the process of smashing the positioning pin.

In view of this, the invention provides an aircraft attack angle indicator brush mounting device, which can realize efficient and safe mounting of an attack angle indicator brush assembly.

the potentiometer is coaxially connected with the shaft, two ends of the shaft extend out of the potentiometer, the shaft at one end of the potentiometer is provided with an upper clamping plate and a lower clamping plate which are coaxial, a set distance is arranged between the upper clamping plate and the lower clamping plate, and the upper clamping plate is attached to the end face of the potentiometer; a radial positioning hole matched with the positioning pin is processed on the shaft at the other end of the potentiometer; the circumferential surface of the electric brush is provided with a radial positioning hole matched with the positioning pin;
the mounting device includes: a base and a pedestal;

a positioning through groove with a semicircular groove bottom is processed at the top of the shaft bracket, and the radius of the semicircle is the same as that of the electric brush to be installed; the bottom of the shaft bracket is arranged on the base, and the semicircular positioning through grooves of the shaft bracket are coaxially distributed with the grooves A and the grooves B; the positioning through groove and the groove A are respectively positioned at two sides of the groove B;
during installation, the shaft, the upper clamping plate, the lower clamping plate and the potentiometer are placed on the base, the lower clamping plate is located in the groove A of the base, the whole formed by the potentiometer and the upper clamping plate is located in the groove B, and the shaft and the positioning through groove of the shaft bracket are coaxially distributed; the electric brush is sleeved on the outer circumferential surface of the shaft, and the outer circumferential surface of the electric brush is contacted with the semicircular groove bottom of the positioning through groove of the shaft bracket; the positioning pin is inserted into the radial positioning hole on the coaxial electric brush and the radial positioning hole on the shaft.
Further, the base and the shaft bracket are integrally formed.
Has the advantages that: the installation device has the advantages that the electric brush, the shaft and the positioning pin are arranged on the installation device for installation, compared with the existing electric brush installation method, the installation device has higher practicability, time and labor are saved, the condition that the electric brush and the potentiometer are damaged due to unstable fixation of hands is avoided, the installation efficiency and quality of the electric brush of the attack angle indicator are improved, and the safety is improved.

the aircraft angle of attack indicator includes: the shaft 3, the upper clamping plate 4, the lower clamping plate 5, the potentiometer 6, a positioning pin 7 to be installed and an electric brush 8;
the potentiometer 6 is coaxially connected with the shaft 3, two ends of the shaft 3 extend out of the potentiometer 6, the shaft 3 at one end of the potentiometer 6 is provided with an upper clamping plate 4 and a lower clamping plate 5 which are coaxial, a distance is set between the upper clamping plate 4 and the lower clamping plate 5, and the upper clamping plate 4 is attached to the end face of the potentiometer 6; a radial positioning hole matched with the positioning pin 7 is processed on the shaft 3 at the other end of the potentiometer 6; the circumferential surface of the electric brush 8 is provided with a radial positioning hole matched with the positioning pin 7;
the base 1 is provided with two parallel grooves, namely a groove A and a groove B, wherein the groove A is used for being matched with the lower clamping plate 5, and the groove B is used for being integrally matched with the potentiometer 6 and the upper clamping plate 4; the cross sections of the grooves A and the grooves B are rectangular, the longitudinal sections of the grooves A and the grooves B are arched, and the grooves A and the grooves B are coaxially distributed; in the embodiment, the diameters corresponding to the arches are all 40mm, the width of the groove A is 2mm, and the width of the groove B is 8 mm;
a positioning through groove with a semicircular groove bottom is processed at the top of the shaft bracket 2, and the radius of the semicircle is the same as that of the electric brush 8 to be installed and is 4 mm; the bottom of the shaft bracket 2 and the base 1 are integrally formed, and the semicircular positioning through grooves of the shaft bracket 2 are coaxially distributed with the grooves A and the grooves B; the positioning through groove and the groove A are respectively positioned at two sides of the groove B;
referring to the attached figure 3, during installation, a shaft 3, an upper clamping plate 4, a lower clamping plate 5 and a potentiometer 6 are placed on a base 1, the lower clamping plate 5 is positioned in a groove A of the base 1, the whole formed by the potentiometer 6 and the upper clamping plate 4 is positioned in a groove B, and the shaft 3 and a positioning through groove of a shaft bracket 2 are coaxially distributed; the electric brush 8 is sleeved on the outer circumferential surface of the shaft 3, the outer circumferential surface of the electric brush 8 is in contact with the semicircular groove bottom of the positioning through groove of the shaft bracket 2, and the positioning through groove supports the electric brush 8; after the radial positioning hole on the electric brush 8 is coaxially aligned with the radial positioning hole on the shaft 3, the punch is held by hand, and the positioning pin 7 is hammered into the radial positioning hole of the electric brush 8 and the radial positioning hole of the shaft 3, so that the installation of the electric brush 8 is completed.

the potentiometer (6) is coaxially connected with the shaft (3), two ends of the shaft (3) extend out of the potentiometer (6), the shaft (3) positioned at one end of the potentiometer (6) is provided with an upper clamping plate (4) and a lower clamping plate (5) which are coaxial, a set distance is arranged between the upper clamping plate (4) and the lower clamping plate (5), and the upper clamping plate (4) is attached to the end face of the potentiometer (6); a radial positioning hole matched with the positioning pin (7) is processed on the shaft (3) at the other end of the potentiometer (6); the circumferential surface of the electric brush (8) is provided with a radial positioning hole matched with the positioning pin (7);

a positioning through groove with a semicircular groove bottom is processed at the top of the shaft bracket (2), and the radius of the semicircle is the same as that of the electric brush (8) to be installed; the bottom of the shaft bracket (2) is arranged on the base (1), and the semicircular positioning through grooves of the shaft bracket (2) are coaxially distributed with the grooves A and the grooves B; the positioning through groove and the groove A are respectively positioned at two sides of the groove B;
during installation, the shaft (3), the upper clamping plate (4), the lower clamping plate (5) and the potentiometer (6) are placed on the base (1), the lower clamping plate (5) is located in the groove A of the base (1), the whole formed by the potentiometer (6) and the upper clamping plate (4) is located in the groove B, and the shaft (3) and the positioning through groove of the shaft bracket (2) are coaxially distributed; the electric brush (8) is sleeved on the outer circumferential surface of the shaft (3), and the outer circumferential surface of the electric brush (8) is in contact with the semicircular groove bottom of the positioning through groove of the shaft bracket (2); the positioning pin (7) is inserted into a radial positioning hole on the coaxial electric brush (8) and a radial positioning hole on the shaft (3).
2. An aircraft angle of attack indicator brush mounting apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base (1) and the shaft bracket (2) are integrally formed.
