The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the stepless adjustable electric long sliding rail according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a first sliding rail 1 and a second sliding rail 2, wherein the first sliding rail 1 is fixedly installed on the floor of the vehicle, and the second sliding rail 2 is fixedly connected with the seat frame and is arranged on the first sliding rail 1 for sliding fit. The first slide rail 1 has a tooth window 11, which is matched with the second slide rail 2 to lock the second slide rail 2 to the first slide rail 1 in a coupled state, as shown in fig. 2, and to enable the second slide rail 2 to freely slide back and forth relative to the first slide rail 1 in a decoupled state, as shown in fig. 3. As shown in fig. 5, the locking mechanism 22 includes a housing 221, a locking tooth plate 222, an unlocking rod 223 and a return spring 224, wherein the middle of the locking tooth plate 222 is fixedly connected to the unlocking rod 223, and two ends of the locking tooth plate 222 are respectively connected to the housing 221 through the return spring 224. Specifically, the bottom edge of the side wall 2211 of the housing 221 has a plurality of wall slots 2211a, the locking teeth 2222 of the locking tooth plate 222 are received in the wall slots 2211a to define the up-and-down movement path of the locking tooth plate 222, and in addition, the top wall 2212 has a long through hole 2212a, and the top end of the unlocking lever 223 protrudes from the long through hole 2212a and is slidable therein.
Fig. 6 is a sectional view of the locking state of fig. 2, in which the locking tooth plate 222 of the locking mechanism 22 is in the high position, i.e., the locking teeth 2222 (see fig. 5) are received in the slide rail grooves 112 (see fig. 1) of the tooth window 11 under the action of the return spring 224 (see fig. 5) to achieve locking. When the unlocking is needed, the unlocking motor 252 drives the unlocking plate 251 to move to press down the top end of the unlocking rod 223 of the locking mechanism 22, as shown in fig. 3 and 7, so that the locking tooth plate 222 is in the low position, that is, the locking tooth 2222 (see fig. 5) is located below the sliding rail tooth 111 (see fig. 1) of the tooth window 11, and at this time, the position of the second sliding rail 2 relative to the first sliding rail 1, that is, the position of the seat frame can be adjusted as needed. When the seat frame needs to be locked at a certain position, if the stop position of the locking tooth 2222 of the locking tooth plate 222 of the locking mechanism 22 is just aligned with the slide rail groove 112 (see fig. 1) of the tooth window 11, the locking tooth 2222 (see fig. 5) is lifted up under the action of the return spring 224 (see fig. 5) and is accommodated in the slide rail groove 112 to realize locking; if the stop position is deviated from the slide rail groove 112 (see fig. 1) of the tooth window 11, an external force acts on the screw rod 23 and the polish rod 24 to rotate, so as to drive the locking mechanism 22 to move in the gap 212 (see fig. 4) to align with the slide rail groove 112 (see fig. 1) of the tooth window 11, and then the locking is achieved.
