Compared with the prior art, the grinding equipment with high safety performance for the metal tool passes through the collecting mechanism, the collection box 27 is pumped, so that the chips generated during polishing can be conveniently guided into the collection box 27 through the suction nozzle 30 through the communication pipe 29, the function of collecting the chips is realized, the chips are prevented from being splashed onto the body of a user, the safety of the equipment is improved, and the device can work through the cooling mechanism, the grinding disc 6 is sprayed with cooling liquid, the grinding disc 6 is prevented from being damaged due to overheating during grinding, thereby improving the safety of the equipment, the cooling mechanism and the collecting mechanism are an integrated linkage mechanism, the connecting rod 15 can also drive the air pumping component to work when moving, the function of collecting the scraps is realized, and the cooling mechanism and the collecting mechanism adopt the same driving source with the grinding work, so that the energy is saved and the environment is protected.

A polishing device for metal tools and with high safety performance comprises a base (1), a top plate (3), a connecting pipe (4), a bearing, a polishing disc (6), a driving device, a protective cover (7), two supporting rods (5) and two supporting columns (2), wherein two sides of the top plate (3) are respectively fixed above the base (1) through the two supporting columns (2), a first through hole is formed below the top plate (3), the bearing is fixed below the top plate (3), the driving device is arranged at the bottom in the top plate (3), the driving device is connected with one end of the connecting pipe (4), the other end of the connecting pipe (4) penetrates through the first through hole and is arranged below the top plate (3), the connecting pipe (4) is fixedly connected with an inner ring of the bearing, two sides above the polishing disc (6) are respectively fixedly connected with the other end of the connecting pipe (4) through the two supporting rods (5), the protective cover (7) is provided with a second through hole, the outer ring of the bearing is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the second through hole, the polishing disc (6) is arranged inside the protective cover (7), one of the support columns (2) is fixedly provided with an operating plate, and a PLC is arranged in the operating plate;
the cooling mechanism comprises a water storage box (19), a water inlet pipe (20), a water outlet pipe (21), a fixed box (18) and two connecting assemblies, the water storage box (19) is fixed above the top plate (3), the fixed box (18) is fixed at the top of the top plate (3), the top of the fixed box (18) is communicated with the water storage box (19) through the water inlet pipe (20), the lower part of the fixed box (18) is communicated with a connecting pipe (4) through the water outlet pipe (21), the two connecting assemblies are respectively arranged at two sides of the fixed box (18), small holes are respectively arranged at two sides of the fixed box (18) and are in one-to-one correspondence with the connecting assemblies, the connecting assemblies are in one-to-one correspondence with the collecting mechanism, each connecting assembly comprises a connecting rod (15), a moving plate (16) and a first spring (17), the moving plate (16) is arranged in the fixed box (18, the movable plate (16) is connected with the inner wall of the fixed box (18) in a sealing mode, one end of the connecting rod (15) is fixedly connected with the movable plate (16), the other end of the connecting rod (15) penetrates through the small hole to be connected with the collecting mechanism, the connecting rod (15) is connected with the driving device, two ends of the first spring (17) are respectively connected with the inner wall of the fixed box (18) close to one side of the small hole and the movable plate (16), the water inlet pipe (20) and the water outlet pipe (21) are internally provided with first one-way valves, and the first one-way valves are electrically connected with the PLC;
the collecting mechanism comprises a collecting box (27), a filter screen (28), a suction nozzle (30), a communicating pipe (29) and an air extracting component, the collecting box (27) is fixed inside the top plate (3), the filter screen (28) is fixed inside the collecting box (27), the suction nozzle (30) is fixed on one side, close to the polishing disc (6), of the protective cover (7), the suction nozzle (30) is communicated with the collecting box (27) through the communicating pipe (29), the air extracting component is arranged on one side, close to the fixing box (18), of the collecting box (27), and the air extracting component is connected with one end, far away from the moving plate (16), of the connecting rod (15);
the driving device comprises a first gear (8) and two driving components, the first gear (8) is fixedly connected with one end of the connecting pipe (4) close to the water outlet pipe (21), the two driving components are symmetrically arranged relative to the axis of the connecting pipe (4), the driving components are connected with the first gear (8) and correspond to the connecting rods (15) one by one, the driving component comprises a motor (9), a rotating shaft (11), a second gear (10) and a driving unit, the motor (9) is fixed at the bottom in the top plate (3), the motor (9) is in transmission connection with one end of the rotating shaft (11), the other end of the rotating shaft (11) is connected with a connecting rod (15) through a driving unit, the second gear (10) is fixed on the rotating shaft (11), the first gear (8) is meshed with the second gear (10), and the motor (9) is electrically connected with the PLC;
the drive unit comprises an eccentric wheel (12), a reciprocating frame (13) and two moving rods (14), one end, far away from the motor (9), of the rotating shaft (11) is fixedly connected with the eccentric wheel (12), the eccentric wheel (12) abuts against the inner wall of the reciprocating frame (13), and the two sides of the reciprocating frame (13) are fixedly connected with the lower portion of the connecting rod (15) through the two moving rods (14) respectively.
