Referring to fig. 1-4, a pipe orifice polishing device for metal pipe processing comprises a workbench 1 with supporting legs welded at four corners of the bottom, a pipe fixing mechanism and an adjusting polishing mechanism are respectively installed at two sides of the top end of the workbench 1, the pipe fixing mechanism comprises a sliding plate 4 slidably connected to the workbench 1 and two upright posts 5 welded at two ends of the top of the sliding plate 4, an upright post 2 is welded at the other side of the workbench 1, a fixing support ring 17 is welded at the top end of the upright post 2 and one of the upright posts 5, the fixing support ring 17 is rotatably connected with an extension end 18, a fixing ring 501 is welded at one side of the extension end 18, return springs 24 annularly distributed at equal intervals are welded at the inner wall of the fixing ring 501, an arc-shaped pressing plate 25 is welded at the other end of the return springs 24, a threaded support rod 28 is connected at one side of the fixing, the opposite side of the two extending ends 18 is provided with an adjusting connecting mechanism, and the end of the workbench 1 far away from the grinding mechanism is provided with a turnover driving mechanism.
In the invention, the adjusting and connecting mechanism comprises inserting columns 22 which are respectively welded on the two extending ends in an annular mode at equal intervals and an adjusting column 19 which is provided with a sliding cavity matched with the inserting column 22.

When the invention is used: firstly, according to the length of a pipe to be processed, adjusting holes 21 at different positions on an insert column 22 are selected and connected with alignment holes through locking bolts 20, the distance between two fixing rings 501 is adjusted, after the pipe is inserted into the two fixing rings 501, a threaded abutting rod 28 is rotated to push an arc-shaped pressing plate 25 to fix two ends of the pipe, after the pipe is finished, a speed reducing motor 27 is started to drive the fixing rings 501 to rotate through a worm 26 and a worm gear ring 23, the pipe is further driven to rotate slowly, meanwhile, a rotary motor 15 is started to drive a polishing disc 16 to rotate, the rapidly rotating polishing disc 16 is contacted with the pipe orifice through a lifting frame 12 and an electric telescopic power rod 14, the polishing operation is carried out, and the pipe orifice is polished more uniformly due to the rotation of the pipe; the dust extractor 8 is started in the polishing process, chips and dust generated in the polishing process are collected through the corrugated hose 7 and the suction slag barrel 6 through the suction box 9, the environment of a polishing workshop is improved, and physical and psychological health of operators is guaranteed.
